I also appreciate that the company sends a photo and personal bio of the technician—it makes the whole process feel more comfortable and transparent. I’ll definitely be using Mark Johnson Plumbing again in the future.

Matt was knowledgeable and courteous. He offer good advice to meet my needs. Most appreciated was his getting the work completed before leaving long after normal work hours. A nice young man who went the extra mile to have a satisfied customer.

Paul did a great job troubleshooting and replacing my shower valve. He had everything that he needed on his truck to complete it once I approved the job and the price. He was very informative as to what it was going to take to complete the job. The job was completed in a satisfactory amount of time. I’m sure that I’ll use you guys again in the future should a need arise.

The plumbing service experience was great. The technician, Aidan was friendly, professional, and informed of price before service. I had my kitchen sink unclogged, leaky pipe underneath sink fixed, and faucet in bathroom placed.

Super easy to work with, they had a guy in the next day to diagnose my water heater issue. Happened to still be under manufacturer warranty, so he said we’ll just get you a new one and only charge for install (awesome). They worked with my schedule and came by the next day that I was off and available, and then had the whole thing removed, replaced and running again in under 2 hours! Thanks Jimmy and Paul!!

We recently had this company come out to evaluate low water pressure issues in our 20-year-old well system. Unfortunately, the visit felt more like a sales presentation than a diagnostic service call. The technician arrived with an iPad ready to discuss “packages” and quoted us approximately $21,000 for a full new system, but was unable to clearly explain what was actually wrong with our current system. There was no clear diagnosis provided — no specific failing component identified, no explanation of test results, and no detailed reasoning for why a complete system replacement was necessary. When making a major financial recommendation like that, homeowners deserve a thorough explanation and transparent evaluation. We were hoping for troubleshooting and repair guidance, not an immediate full-system sales pitch. Based on this experience, we will be seeking a second opinion. It would have been great for a true diagnosis, but instead we got a total sales pitch. No repairs, just total replacement. The “salesman” just wanted to know “what package will you be choosing?” I disagree with 1 star and give them a negative 5 star review. They wasted my time. Bad business will get you in the end.

Kennan Walz and his helper were great. The job was scheduled within 1 day of acceptance of estimate. The cost was to the orininal estimate even though some extra parts and labor were expended that were not anticipated. One water heater drained an d flushed with new elements and thermostats and a second one replaced in 7 hours.

The man who came out was very professional and did an excellent job! He didn’t try to fix he just replaced our food disposal and did a very good job! He didn’t try leave a mess or anything! I would definitely recommend him! Thanks for the good work very rare these days! It was 100.00 service call through home warranty.

Nick came and fixed our heating and air after two months of waiting for for the other guy to come back!!! Nick has amazing skills and he fixed it all in one single day. They arrived in the time window that was given to me. Went right to work getting the hot water heater drained and gas off and ready to remove. While it was draining, they were opening the box the new heater came in that I had bought earlier . They put the old tank in the bed of my trunk so I could take it to the local recycling/ trash location. They were professional,and left the work area clean. Would recommend them if I know someone needing plumber services I would use again if need arises

Recently We had Bossier Elite Plumbing replace the walk in shower in our master bathroom. They did outstanding work from the beginning to the completion. Zach was awesome he was so friendly and he fixed my hot water heater up nicely. Answered all questions I had and worked fast! Worked also late in the day after 6pm and he said “I am not leaving until your hot water heater is fixed”. Don’t know how He got the hot water heater by himself Into that attic but he did it! 100% good dude! Also he liked the sour patch kids I gave him 😂
