They offer speedy & reasonable services, I can guarantee you will save $ compared to the corporate Plumbing companies. Save a yacht today by calling Todd & his team! Maybe one day he can get a Boston Whaler or something. Note: these photos are just of a pump not of any finished product or service. We have had the same issue happen 4-5X now. First time: spend $1000 on pump and did it ourselves (at least 8-10 hours bc I had no idea what to do). It was absolutely gross and smelly. Second time: got lucky and it just needed to be unclogged (nothing burnt up or needed replacement) Third time: hired (other) plumber spent $1800 (4-5 years ago Fourth time: hired (a different other) plumber 🪠 spent $2000 (2 years ago) This time: Saved close to a grand. (2026) Guess who I'm calling again. 📱 Oh and they also explained more plus fixed the issue the none of the other plumbers ever took the time to investigate. They probably did 25% more work and charged 40-45% less. But I have a plumber for life now. I trust these guys.

I have had a great experience with these guys, they are quick and they get the job done! Also extremely reasonable with pricing, and working with us. I have been in my home 10 years and had multiple issues with the septic tank over the years, Todd was the first person to diagnose the issue from the root cause and fix it for good. They were there next day and I was able to use my water again before I got home from work, me and the kids were very thankful!

I had an amazing experience. From arrival time to finish time, I don’t even think it took thirty minutes. It seemed to go by so quickly. I needed a seal for the toilet because it was damaged/leaking. They (Mr. Todd and crew) were very professional, courteous, thoughtful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I am grateful to have experienced it firsthand, so that I can share with others. Hargraves plumbing From the time of scheduling to the time of Completion has been a wonderful Company to do business with! I got a call back right away, got scheduled quickly, great communication with who will be arriving. And most importantly they do great work! Mr. Johnny is the rockstar employee for me, today he caught a very dangerous situation, which was outside of expectations, but had it not been for him I could have had a fire with a ground wire not being connected in my tankless water heater.! He could have just ignored it to get back to the office to make it home on time, but he took the time to investigate it, was willing to correct it, and facilitated a phone call to my electrician. He is so kind, patient and thorough… He is a keeper and it is so hard to find great employees these days! Even the helper John was fantastic. Keep doing what y’all are doing! Howard is the man! Answered the phone in the morning on a Saturday, came out to assess the problem with our kitchen sink, and fixed it within probably 20 minutes or less of getting there. However, we have old messed up plumbing so it backed up again a little more that evening. A quick text to Howard, and he came back the next day (Sunday!) to make it right. So, we discovered a problem at our home on a Saturday. Howard came out and worked diligently to find the issue. Once he determined it was under the slab, he came up with a plan and recommended a concrete guy as well. They were able to fix the problem in a timely manner and patched what was done, both for what I thought was a very reasonable rate! I would highly recommend him should you need!

I contacted Acadiana Plumbing Services about a blockage in my main line. They were able to meet me same day and were extremely responsive and communicated every step of the process to me. Daniel was great! We had a leak that required a new water line to be run, and he was friendly, professional, and worked hard to resolve our issue as quickly and with as much quality as possible. When he reached a point where he needed assistance to run the line, he got an associate out quickly and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Connecting a first time installed tankless water heater.... looked simple right... to be done right took a professional... at first when I got the estimate I was a little shocked but when I witnessed the result of all they had done I was more than happy to write the check... first class with all safety measures in place even insulated the exposed pipes and made me an active drain for emergency. Left my office clean and me very grateful. The truck was stocked and they were well dressed and very personable..not in a rush to get out. Very happy here.. Logan Kincanon was in charge of the project. Asset to the company.

Judah and Logan were both very courteous and professional, they did an exceptional job removing and installing the new Water Heater. Everything was explained thoroughly when the job was done and they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they had been here. I would recommend A 5 Star Plumbing to anyone. Called Apex plumbing to have a water heater drain and valve installed on a gas water tank for a house we are selling. I got 4 diff quotes from licensed plumbers. $1800, 1500, and $400. Apex came in at $550 and I am so glad we went with them. Came out next day and did work. Quality work. Good price. No complaints. Even cleaned up floor of any dirt and left everything tidy. Billing system is professional and detailed. I recommend them!

CJ’s Plumbing installed a Springwell whole home water filtration system for me. Tony was excellent to coordinate with by phone and Nick and JT did a great job installing the unit. Very professionally done and it looks better than even the Springwell instructional video. Quick work and they were very open to any specific set-up plans I had in mind. Jackson came quickly and did an excellent job! He was quick to diagnose, gave suggestions on how to fix my garbage disposal and even advised on a different leaking sink and provided cost estimates. He also changed out the p-trap without me asking. He is friendly and definitely will be called again for sure!!

From the moment I called, their team was friendly and quick to get me scheduled. The plumber showed up on time, explained the issue clearly, and fixed the problem quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. The quality of the repair was excellent, and everything was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this company really delivered. They don’t do proper work and don’t stand by their guarantee. Will do shoddy work and charge you a fortune after hours. None of their repairs were insulated and wrapped and protected from future damage. Edit to add to their response: Pipes freeze in January of every year. How far out of warranty am I? A day? 4 days? A week? Doesn’t matter. Last year I was told by your techs that I will not have to worry about this pipe again. Yet here we are a year later and Hargraves repair was half done at best and lazy at worst. Pipe was repaired yes, but not insulated or wrapped and protected despite being told this wouldn’t happen again because it was repaired correctly. This pipe is in a crawl space in the attic that I never would have been able to access or verify if repairs were done properly. I had to get my handyman to climb up there and take these pics to show that the work from a year and some change ago was LAZY and not done the right way. Shame on you. I will share my story with everyone and take it to social media. Edit 1/29/2026 - Filed complaint with BBB HORRIBLE customer service. Gross behavior. Blaming customers instead of doing anything to help after they received $840 of my money for a repair that someone else had to go behind to repair properly.
