Rooter Man Had someone come out day before Thanksgiving to clear a line and the tech never reconnected the pipe under the sink. Wife went to wash dishes after thinking he fixed it and boom water everywhere. Flooded my kitchen and got under my flooring. Also when he went on the roof he knocked the drain out in the laundry room and never went check it. Laundry room also flooded. Didn't stop there. My sink drain did not leak before and magically after it did. Tech tells my wife it has to be changed and he proceeded to put a stainless steel drain on my expensive gunmetal sink. My wife tells him after and they try to tell her oh well brushed nickel would have cost more. Again its gunmetal and we didn't care about the price. They sent a deceptive mitigation team and made agreements to pay through them and did not honor any of it. They didn't even refund the charge for service call. Imagine ruining someone's home and charging them. But here is the kicker, the company never even called or apologized. Not the tech, the manager, or a single person from the company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Had to call several times months later to finally get someone to speak to me and Robin was rude from the start of the conversation and said this was probably a blessing to have happened to us. Do not use them and when they do mess up your home do not allow them to send the shady RestoPros to lie to you. But hey I guess when you are a shady business you deal with other shady businesses also.

Called Rooter Man when things were not flowing, prompt service, really nice technician explained everything in detail, and gave my plumber the information he needed on 120+ year old sewer lines. And the folks in their offices, could not have been better. Oh yeah, the price was well within my expectations.

Rooterman not only cleared it, they identified the bigger issue behind it and got everything working the right way. I am over the moon impressed with this company. They use a high tech scheduling system that alerts you when they are en-route with reminders along the way. The technician, Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. I recently purchased an older home and did the usual plumbing inspection. It was reported that I needed a very expensive main sewer replacement. So, I called around and chose some of the most highly rated companies in the area to confirm the inspector's findings and to provide me with pricing on the main line replacement. First on the job was Mr. Rooter and their guy Zach. He asked some questions and immediately got to work. He was not able to provide an immediate diagnosis and scheduled a follow-up appointment first thing the very next day. Turns out that their uber expensive inspection camera system was not on his truck but available the next morning. Zach and company arrived as promised the next morning and quickly got to work running their sophisticated camera system down my main sewer line. They found that the earlier inspector was wrong and that the "break" found in the line was simply a hump in the line that the inspector's less sophisticated camera system could not navigate. What the inspector reported as a break in the line beneath the home turned out to be a hump in the run to the street. The inspector's estimate to replace the main line was above $15,000. Zach and company confirmed that the line was in good condition and was clear all the way out to the city's main. I am not a plumber and would have agreed to a reasonable price to replace the main line. It would have involved lots of digging and breaking up on my concrete driveway. Whatever was needed I would have done it. No, Zach and the Mr. Rooter team determined that the sewer line was in good shape. Final charge $375.00. It also came with the peace of mind that the prior owner had replaced the main line with ABS (a good thing). Thanks Mr. Rooter and Zach for taking care of a now lifelong customer.

It was very easy to book an appointment online and have the issue fixed within the same day. They quickly repaired the issue and advised me on the overall condition of the area they worked on. He arrive on time, I had a pipe leak from my main water line, he replace the broken main water line and remove my water softener that I was not using to the curb for trash pickup. There was a recurring drain line problem that was cleared professionally at least twice over the course of about 5 years. This team came and diagnosed a deteriorated sewer line. They scheduled the work quickly and managed to offer to begin 2 days before the agreed upon start time. We welcomed the offer and the work was promptly completed. Throughout the process, the team patiently explained all parts of project including probable cause, remediation processes and future implications. My understanding of this work is significantly more than a novice. Their pricing was fair. These professionals take their craft and commitment to service seriously.

Over a year ago I got a Liberty drain pump installed for our suite in New Orleans, as the location only uses this technique. Before reaching out to Internal Pipe, I had other plumbers do tacky jobs, or do the job completely wrong causing the pump to backup and overflow constantly atleast twice a year.. I did not know this until Josue( the owner) explained to me why he had to install the pump his way lol. A year later I have had NO issues with the pump. Truly grateful for this company’s outstanding work etiquette. 10/10 recommend

Perfection is my word of choice to describe Josue G. and Da'Jour B. with Internal Pipe! I needed these gentleman at a very important time and they came in and resolved things like it never happened! The prompt response, professionalism and price was unreal. We had a clog that caused issue throughout the entire house right before preparing to welcome a guest for Memorial Day weekend. My husband came across Internal Pipe and gave them a call for services. They arrived to our home within 45min of us calling them, quickly assessed what the issue was and within 25min of entering our home, they were done! They were extremely kind and trustworthy as they made things happen. They explained to both my husband and myself what the issue was for our own knowledge. Josue and Da'Jour thoroughly cleaned up behind themselves, making it very easy to quickly sanitize my guest bath and welcome my guest. The price was more than fair and extremely reasonable considering this was an emergency call. On a more personal note, they were a pleasure to be around! Genuine Review! I do appreciate how quick they were to come out. But i didnt like the initial price i received just to run a camera down my drain. Then he tried to bundle it for 100 dollars extra which im not mad at. I also wish the guy would have done a full inspection instead of going to what i thought the problem was and listening to me (who isnt the expert). He told me to call the city because the clog was on the citys side. I had the city come out today and they saw nothing on their end. So money went down the drain, just for me to have to call another plumber

Mr. David at National Economy Plumbers is awesome. His company replaced some old galvanized piping to pex piping in my home. The work was completed in a timely manner and the pricing was very fair and accurate. While doing that work, he also helped me with a few additional small issues I had in my bathroom. I highly recommend them, as you will not be disappointed at all with the work. Great plumber!

I called David for having three things done: (1) connect a gas dryer and waterline to refrigerator's ice maker unit, (2) repair a vessel leak under washroom basin, (3) replace kitchen faucet. His estimates for the jobs were $275, $150, and $200 respectively. I had him do the first two jobs and ended up paying $375. Jobs done well enough. The 3rd job (changing kitchen faucet), I did by myself to save that $200. I don't have much idea about the expenses for plumbing labour. But after seeing him working, and changing the kitchen faucet by myself, I have an impression that they charge way too high for even very simple jobs.

Have had to call for a plumber twice since buying a home a year ago. Both times, Earl's sent a plumber out within an hour. The first time, a sink wouldn't drain. They replaced the drainpipes and took the old disposal out at my request and were done within 2 hours. The second time, the 20 year old water heater started leaking rusty water. Less than 3 hours later, they installed a new one, drilled a new drainage line, installed a pan and hauled off the old unit. Both times, the quoted price was fair and didn't change when the work was done. To my layman's eyes, the quality of the plumbing looks great. Thanks guys.

We have had 3 experiences with Earl’s plumbing. All 3 have been great. I especially want to give a shout out to the receptionist who actually gave helpful information to test before scheduling the appointment. I have never experienced a company who tried to save us a service call but sadly our old tankless water heater was definitely on its way out. She made sure she sent a technician who was very familiar with tankless water heaters. Jason and his assistant were awesome!! We ride Saturday and Sunday in Mardi Gras so Friday (when they came) was a very hectic day for us. He worked with us to get everything in the house done first then I asked if we could settle up and we could leave. My next door neighbor happened to mention when they wrapped up and it was several hours after we left. And when we finally got home from loading floats, we were able to take a nice HOT shower. I would highly recommend them. They are awesome from start to finish. Truly appreciate finding such a great company. I have not had the best luck in the past with plumbers and I am so grateful we found them. Richard

I had a leak under the slab. I had another company originally and had no water for a couple weeks. I had quotes from multiple companies. This company had the cheapest quote by more than half. Ron was able to fix the issue in a few hours. My only regret was not calling this company sooner.
