After being given the runaround by a couple of other plumbing companies, I was so relieved to find Expert Plumbing & Drain Services. It was a pleasure working with a company that communicated clearly, and delivered quality work. Their level of service went above and beyond in every way prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. The entire experience was smooth and stress free, from start to finish. I highly recommend Expert Plumbing & Drain Services and will definitely use them again.

They responded timely to my urgent clogged drains. While a new but related problem resulted from the first unclogging work, Mr. Jimmy, the owner, responded immediately and made it right. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

I had a kitchen sink backed up to my utility room sink and out my washer. Smelled terrible! And of course it happens at the start of the weekend on a Friday night! I called around for some 24 hour plumbers and no one answered their phones! Rooter picked up right away and offered help asap. Dwayne came out at almost 11pm and quickly found the clogged and cleared it. In and out in less than an hour. They quoted me up front 250 during business hours and 375 for after hours. And if they had to go into the roof it would be extra charges depending on issue. I don’t know if that’s expensive or not, but I really appreciate the straight forward pricing and prompt response. I would definitely call them again if needed.

My central A/C condensate line was blocked preventing my A/C from running in the record heat lately. The plumbers I contacted told me 3 days response was best they could do. I contacted Rooterman and got the same response. Within 30 minutes they called back and had rearranged appointments and could see me the following morning. The tech arrived in the time window and had me working in less than 30 minutes. Great service!

Called Shaun at Veterans Plumbing after hours to come and check a clogged drain that was backing up in the house. After calling multiple services that stated 24 hours, everyone wanted to schedule me for the next day. Shaun came out and worked effortless. After a complete diagnostic and figuring out the problem he gave me a quote on what the job would cost. Price was very affordable. He scheduled me in quickly to complete the job the next day. Showed up on time and worked until he was finished. The job was done great. Great service, professional, quick and reliable. I highly recommend this company and will use for future needs.

Shaun answered right away! He even came out (on a Saturday) and fixed my leaking pipe so I could restore my water. He explained his cost up front due to it being an after hours emergency repair. His work was fast, efficient, & he kept a very clean work environment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for serving and for being Army Strong! Shaun took my call over the weekend, and was at my house first thing Monday morning. What we thought was a small job ended up being an entire days worth of work. He worked all day until 7pm. He’s a very hard worker, and very polite to work with. If I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely be using him!

We couldn’t resolve our clogged kitchen sink, so we called Jake’s Plumbing. Appointment was quickly scheduled. Seth arrived and worked until the sink was unclogged. The job was performed effectively. We really appreciate Jake’s.

I called them at 8 pm they came out next morning as promised. They replaced my two kitchen light looks amazing. I having them replaced my outside as well. Plus they fixed my toilet as welll. I have also had them come out and replace all my bedroom light w lamp and fans. Mark was professional and answered all my questions.

Joey and his team performed a large sewer line update project for me. The scope involved cutting concrete, digging trenches, replacing existing sewer line as well as running new lines to tie inside. Every step of the way his crew were communicative of progress and any issues that arose. They were all extremely professional and went above and beyond to finish the job timely. Bret and Chris did a fantastic job not only replacing our tankless hot water heater, but also fixing the underlying problems that caused the old one to fail. This company is the best! From Logan answering the phone and Luke coming to make my repair. Luke was very knowledgeable. They are very courteous and communicate with you. They also answer any questions you may have. I will definitely call them if I should need plumbing assistance again.

I can't say enough good about Trinity Plumbing! Matt and his team ran new gas lines for two outdoor heaters. They did a fantastic job, Donnie his technician went the extra mile to make sure all exposed piping was level and looked good. They would not leave the job until they were sure everything worked properly and I was happy with the way the heaters functioned and looked. I will definitely call Trinity Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

Trinity Plumbing came to the rescue when a previous plumber’s work proved to be grossly inadequate. Chris and Jeramy stepped in, analyzed the situation, and began to rectify the multitude of mistakes created by the “un”professional. This included reinstalling one toilet and installing another, repairing the plumbing in a newly-tiled, shower wall, as well as digging through cement and newly laid tile to repair improperly installed plumbing for a new freestanding tub, which they installed perfectly down to the most minute detail of the finish work. The staff at Trinity Plumbing stayed in contact throughout the process. Kristina scheduled all visits at our convenience, and she kept us informed all along the way. Matt was personally aware of the work progress and made sure that his customers received good service and were satisfied with the outcome. Daniel is a great plumber! He’s friendly and will always try to work with our schedule for appointments. We had a gas lantern which fell off the brick wall!
