Septic backed up into basement on on a Sunday...Roto Rooter was out within an hour. Fairly easy fix but what stood out was our technician. He was awesome. Professional polite and took the time to explain a few things to help better maintain the system. Great service.

These guys were fantastic! They got the drain cleared and it wasn’t easy. In a nutshell, new construction, subcontractor plumber dropped an ABS glue lid down the drain and it stuck there. Roto Rooter cleared the clog, then sent a camera down to investigate. They saw the glue lid and proceeded to use a large auger with a cutting head to clear that lid out. I’m thankful for the use of the camera, because if a plumber cleared the clog and didn’t send the camera, the drain would’ve eventually plugged up again.

Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend and will call on them in the future. When I contacted them, I thought my sewer was clogged. After explaining the issue to the technician, he advised that I have the septic checked first, saving me the expense of paying them and paying for pumping. Indeed it was the septic. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy. I know I will need them for an upcoming project. They will be the first I call for my plumbing needs.

I had a steady leak on my main line underneath my home. I called and got ahold of a lady named Krystal. She was able to get someone to come out pretty quickly to come and fix the leak. I am very pleased with their service and the technician, Darren, was friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Central Mechanical when I was getting a new dishwasher. The value under the sink should nothing shut off. With in an hour they had a plumber at my house and the value was replaced. It was amazing… they told me they keep openings in their schedule for calls like mine! I also had them install the dishwasher since the delivery service I paid to do it did not have a long enough hose to hook up. Central Mechanical was amazing so good I found them!

We used CSR to install 80ft of main sewer line and have it tied into the city sewer tap. Sal was very polite and professional from beginning to end. CSR was prompt and quickly got the job done. Sal kept us in the loop the whole way and clearly explained everything they were doing. His whole crew was great to work with! CSR was beyond fair; we were billed exactly what we were quoted...no hidden fees:) They also cleaned up after themselves, you couldn't even tell they were here. Lastly, Sal did all the footwork with the county to complete all the inspections, we didn't have to do anything other than get the permit. I would highly recommend CSR for any plumbing or drain problem you have - Business or Personal! I will definitely use them again...They were great!!!

Sal was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was available to address my plumbing issue on a Saturday, arrived on time, and, after assessing the problem, he explained exactly what he would be doing to address it. I am very pleased with the job that he did. The total charges were also far less than what I had been quoted by another company for labor alone. I will not hesitate to call again for any future plumbing needs, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Manny was very professional, his work was neat and tight. He snaked and scoped the drain in quick order. I appreciate his advice for maintenance. The price for the service and maintenance fluid was very reasonable. Very pleasant experience.

We recently had Campbell & Company come out to clean our A/C vents, and they did an excellent job. The team was professional and respectful of our home—they even gave us a heads-up before arriving, which we really appreciated. They wore shoe covers before entering and vacuumed after cleaning each AC vent. I also appreciated that they didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary. We had an old tank, about 18 years old, needed to replace it. The Serviceman got us a price quote, which was ok, replaced the tank the next day. Very nice job of installing. Great service!

Jorge Nunez came to our home and repaired a water shutoff valve to our toilet and the toilet flush valve. He also took the time to repair frost-free faucet on our exterior wall that had leaked for some time. He was prompt, worked quickly, and was polite. Definitely would use Burkes Plumbing and Jorge again should a need arise.

so i had a plumber come out and fix a leak instead on brasing the copper together he fixed it with a shark slapped a expensive price tag called it good. dont have the plumber aran morse come out rude to customers too.

We’ve used Marcus twice. Both times he was easy to get ahold of and showed up on time exactly when he said he would. He was very helpful and took the time to suggest ways to prevent our clogs from happening again. Marcus is very courteous and provided above average customer service. His fees are reasonable and he always seems to be looking for ways to educate and help his customers. I would highly recommend 24 Rooter.

24 hr rooter was recommended to us as a quality and affordably priced plumber. He was able to fix our issue the same day I talked to him on the phone and came out while he was supposed to be on his vacation so I could tell he truly cares about customer satisfaction. I had a water leak on my main line running to the house and Joe came out promptly and assessed the situation and got his team rolling right away. The crew was very quick and professional and did a great job overall. Would certainly recommend the work they do! These fine folks did a full repipe of my 80 year old house, installed a hot water heater, and replaced the shower valve all in two full days. They did good work, were thorough, and were friendly as well. They even came back and helped me diagnose/ameliorate leaks due to my old shower surrounds, showing great patience with me! Will be also having them do my mainline to the curb once I refill the coffers, so I definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience getting help from Tyler! It took a while to diagnose what was causing my leak, but he was willing to keep going until we figured it out. Was very willing to do what was necessary to help me! I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced as well!

The plumbers that came to help us replace a tub faucet did a great job. We appreciated how skilled and friendly they were. We haven’t needed help from a plumber for some time. Honestly, we were a bit surprised at what it all ended up costing, but I know everything costs more than it used to. We are glad to have things working like they should.

The plumber did not correctly diagnose the problem. He was clearly inexperienced and did not investigate thoroughly. Problem is still not resolved. No follow up. Very disappointed. Upon my one star review, Shepard called to understand my concerns. I explained the situation and without hesitation they refunded my payment in full. I appreciate the owner taking responsibility for their mistake and promptly addressing the matter.
