DJ was great, and very professional. He got us out of a bit of an emergency situation. All of our plumbing backed up due to maple tree roots in our pipes. He identified a broken cleanout cap that was leaking into our basement. Unfortunately, the cap broke beyond repair once DJ loosened it, and we both got sprayed with sewage. He stayed professional through the whole situation, and got it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend DJ and Action Drain to anyone.

Both Kaden and Jason were great and finished in less than an hour lines all cleaned, plus a color video showing no breaks. All the way to the street. Chris was very obliging on both urgency and our budget as we're both retired, gave us a great deal $450. Advised us on future needs once per year or every other depending. Mainstream quoted $16,000. Never mentioned hydrojetting at all.

Had Scott out to the house for a plumbing issue that we knew nothing about. What could have been a mainline issue turned out to be relatively minor, and he was out in 30 minutes. Our entire house is operating at full efficiency now when before, we thought we were stuck with some of the problems that we deemed a consequence of buying an old house. He was very nice, honest, and his prices were some of the best in the city. It was all extremely convienent. Would recommend to friends and family.

Would definitely recommend. Scott was at my house within a couple hours of calling for a kitchen sink clogged I couldn't fix after a couple days trying He was quick, professional, and well priced. After calling around he was about half the price from what other companies wanted. Do yourself a favor and don't call the big companies. Use a small business owner like Scott and J & R Drain Cleaning instead. I know If i need these sevices again he will be who I call.

After he did it with the same tool I have he gave me some helpful tips on how to use the tool in a more effective way next time it happens. Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. Brandon is very professional but also very personable at the same time. He recommended things that could be done to make it easier if this should happen again, and emailed me those quotes with no pressure to schedule. I’d definitely recommend Raptor Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. Ask for Brandon.. you won’t be disappointed.

Called needing a garbage disposal replacement. They answered on the first ring and got a tech out to me a couple hours later. Brandon was amazing! Super personable and very quick. Brought all the required parts to get us up and running and even fixed one of the steps on my staircase! He looked at some other work we need done and put together quotes for me. Chris came out for my bathtub and kitchen sink that were backing up, he diagnosed the problems really fast and had the right tools to get the job done fast easy and clean. He also gave me a bottle of there total C stuff and it has my kitchen sink draining good and fast and smell amazing. I really recommend these guys if you have any plumbing needs.

Amazing! Anthony came out very promptly when I discovered a broken main line to our house. He’s professional, kind, and obviously cares for both people and the work he does. He was prepared for anything and handled the situation swiftly. I’m impressed with his efficiency, and he gave great tips before leaving as well to flush out sediment from the “event” before using fresh water so we didn’t get surprise gunk when we went to use water next in the house etc. Highly recommend!

Top Dog Plumbing of Spokane, WA was amazing when it came to quick response for our company. We had a plumbing leak in a bathroom, and within an hour of the call, we had a fantastic plumber from Top Dog out to the store. He knew exactly what he needed to do and was very professional while doing his job. Joe was our plumber for this, who is a very respectful employee. He opted for a more cost effective and quicker fix to try to minimize the impact to our business. When he was done, he found me and gave me his card. He asked that if this repair didn't fully fix our problem, to call him directly and he would be back for additional repairs. I appreciated his efforts to minimize the cost to me while keeping our plumbing operational. I did end up needing to call him back to do a more extensive repair. He quickly came back to our store, and within an hour had everything fixed and operating even better than what was there. He took the time to make sure it was done correctly and apologized for any impact to our business. There was no impact and he had it done very fast. I called Shaw Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning as I had water all over the floor soaking my carpet and I could not trace it, Clay and Brandon came out a day earlier than scheduled and diagnosed my issues right away with great expertise. The unit needed to be replaced due to the fact it was 30 years old, Clay and Brandon had the old unit drained and removed and had the new one up and running the same day, they were very knowledgeable, courteous and kind. They left no sign they were even there and made sure I had all the information I needed to run the new unit efficiently and effectively. This company will be my go to from now on for all things they can handle, their prices were fair and their willingness to help to resolve the issues where above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done and need it done right the first time!

The quality and price of work that Shaw Plumbing services provides is exemplary. We originally contact Roto Rooter for a quote and it was 3X the cost for the scope of work that was done before looking at other companies. Shaw came out on top compared to other plumbing companies in the area as far as price and scope of what they handled. After uncovering a larger job that’s previously anticipated Shaw gave a very reasonable price to cut 30’ of concrete, reroute drain pipe, remove concrete, replace all our old cast iron pipe and then patch up the concrete in our basement. We had the pleasure of working with Mekie who handled everything from start to finish. Not only did he did his expertise shine in the quality of his work but he also was every helpful explaining all the details of each step and going the extra mile. Mekie was the main reason we went forward with using Shaw’s services. They do not deal directly with insurance but they were able to work with us to present their work in a manner that our insurance could help mitigate some of the costs. We would 100% work with Shaw Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Shaw Plumbing was an amazing company. I had a water problem, and within three hours a plumber was at my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to make a temporary fix. The next day the permanent fix (much more convenient for me than the original situation for this old semi-mobile woman!) was completed. The cost was reasonable, and believe me I will call Shaw Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning again when I need help.

I had a great experience with a Mr. Rooter technician named Andre. I had some questions about sediment buildup and he guided me through the water heater flushing process. He also suggested some improvements to my water system I was unaware of. Very friendly and helpful - recommended!
