Late in the day I spotted water leaking from under one of my toilets, not knowing yet that my store’s sewer line had backed up as well. It was the weekend, so I expected higher rates and started calling around. It was about 5 p.m. on Saturday when I tried PriceBusters, and to my surprise someone actually picked up. It was the owner, Zach. He gave me a fair quote on what I thought would be a simple job, pulling the toilet, checking the line with a camera, and installing a new wax ring. I told him I’d call around. After hanging up, I reached out to three other plumbing companies. Not one company answered their phone. That alone told me a lot. Zach said he could come out the next morning, so I called him back and asked if he’d meet me before we opened on Sunday to try to get the blockage cleared. He agreed without hesitation. Sunday morning, Zach showed up on time and spent several hours trying everything he could. He didn’t rush. He looked at the issue from different angles even from the rooftop and he really made an effort to find a cheaper fix before landing on what ended up being the big solution, which was digging out the pipe and installing a clean-out so they could jet the blockage from outside the building. I appreciated that he didn’t jump straight to the expensive route. The next morning his Calvin and Logan arrived early and had already dug a five-foot hole beside the building by the time I got there. Logan was fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed polite, and worked hard without a single complaint. They were out there the entire day, digging and working in the rain well into the night. Watching them made me appreciate how tough this job really is. It’s messy, humbling, and honestly the kind of job most people want nothing to do with, but they handled it with pride. They did such a solid job that I’ve already asked them to come back every six months to jet my French drains. Price Busters was really helpful helping us with a toilet clog. They clearly explained the potential actions that were needed to fix the clog and what the options would cost. We had a kitchen sink drainage clog that I couldn't resolve with Drano or a consumer-grade snake. We received a recommendation for Done Right Plumbing, and had them send a plumber to resolve the issue. It turns out there were drywall fragments in the line, apparently from a remodel we had done five years ago. The plumber (Joe) was able to resolve the problem, carefully employing methods to get the work done at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them!

We chose Done Right because the company was recommended by neighbors as we dealt with a very serious failure of our sewer and water pipe system. Our house is quite unusual in its build. Malikai assessed the house with great details to understand better the issues. With great clarity and intelligence he was able to offer a couple of concrete solutions, always aware of the cost associated with each options. We felt very confident that he had our best interest at hand. Malikai is thorough, logical and skilled. He is very much solution oriented. We are very thankful that Malikai was our point person. Wendy in the office was also a pleasure to work with. We will recommend Done Right in the future.

There were some communication issues throughout this project. In the end they lived up to their name – Done Right Plumbing! I had a water supply leak in my 25-year-old line, which ran under a paved driveway. Instead of a temporary fix, I wanted a long-term solution. After getting bids from three plumbing companies, Steve from Done Right Plumbing stood out. He assessed my situation (repeatedly) over the phone (in person would have omitted the communication issues), provided a competitive detail quote, and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Steve’s crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. Jeremy and co. were professional, tidy, and respectful of my property, I hugely appreciate the efficient service and care shown by Done Right Plumbing! Highly Recommended!

I called Ready Rooter specifically for an acute problem: my washing machine drain was overflowing and I requested a drain clear and/or camera scope to identify the blockage. Instead of addressing the immediate issue, the first technician focused on the fact that parts of the plumbing were not up to current code (the line necked down from 2” to 1.5”) and recommended replacing the entire section of drain piping to bring it up to code. While I understand that may be the appropriate long-term fix, my immediate request for a scope or temporary clear to address the active backup was declined. The supervisor came out specifically to bid the pipe replacement and initially would not scope the washing machine standpipe at all. He scoped the laundry sink drain (which was heavily corroded), but not the actual line that was overflowing. After I pushed for it, he did scope the washing machine standpipe and found a removable plug from an old sink blocking the pipe — likely from a recent remodel. Once identified, I was able to open the pipe myself, remove the obstruction, and reconnect the drain. The quote to replace about 10 feet of pipe was close to $4,000, which wasn’t realistic for me at this time. The most uncomfortable part was that the company showed up the next morning to do the work without ever confirming that I wanted to proceed or scheduling the job with me. I don’t disagree that the plumbing may need to be updated to code at some point, but clearer diagnostics of the actual problem and better communication around consent and scheduling would have made this a much better experience.

Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in explaining everything, and I always felt like I was in honest, capable hands. The pricing was very fair, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, integrity, and genuine care the way Ready Router does. Shane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe. They replaced the clogged section, jetted the remaining roots, then they showed me on camera the cleared line to the street and filled the hole to cleanup. Great communication, great service, amazing team, six stars, highly recommend!

This was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing. He even went as far as to send me YouTube videos of how hydro jetting works to ensure my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. When he arrived at our house he was extremely respectful and transparent about what he was doing. Before completing the job he showed me the video of the inside of my pipes to show that he cleared the cause of the clog. I’ve used a lot of plumbing companies in the past and Shane is by far the best due to the fact that he is straight forward, honest, does a great job, and truly cares about his customers! My friend recommended Homeservice Plumbers because she had a good experience. My garbage disposal quit working and the drain was backing up. I called and made an appointment, and was able to get one quickly. The office called about 20 minutes before the plumbers were going to arrive, within the window they had given me and they arrived exactly 20 minutes later. Once here, I explained the problem. Apparently the blades on the garbage disposal had quit and that was causing the backup. They fixed it and were done within 10 minutes. Because it was so fast and so easy for them, they didn't charge. They are now at the top of my list to call. Jacob was professional, quick and gave a great explanation. But I'm sure anyone that would come from this company would be wonderful. I couldn't be happier. I will recommend them to all my friends.

We recently had a bathtub installed and noticed the hot water pressure was getting weaker over time. We called for service and they sent James the same day! He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything as he diagnosed the issue. Thankfully, he figured out the problem quickly and saved us from having to open up the wall and replace the valve — a huge relief. Pro Sewer Repair were professionals from start to finish. They were willing to come out on a holiday weekend to trouble shoot and bid out the project. We got three bids and the other two companies provided brute force approaches for 3x the price! Pro Sewer came up with a creative solution that worked without a hitch and was significantly(!) less expensive. They also provided an alternative approach and cost parameters should it become clear that approach #1 wasn't going to work, but we dIdn't even need it. Given the nature of our sewer problem, coordinating with the city was critical for expediting the repair. Chris was on it and updated us throughout the entire coordination process. He also checked in with us regularly to make sure we felt that things were moving along smoothly. The two gentleman who came out to do the repair knew exactly what they needed to do and understood the nuances of our particular situation. Within a few hours, we were back online. The folks at PSR are really good at what they do, are creative thinkers when a situation requires it, and are really nice human beings. They aren't interested in giving a super high bids simply because they can. I HIGHLY recommend using these guys.

They were quick to come over and scope out our deteriorated sewer line, provided a written estimate via email in the mid-price-range of the market, scheduled the work, and then came when they said they would; removed our sidewalk stones, dug a big hole, "shot a liner" to the sewer main, and restored the surface to almost as good as new. Calm communication and a good experience overall. Other sewer repair companies ghosted us after a verbal estimate or charged an expensive fee just for the scoping before the estimate.

We had a truly excellent experience with Pro Sewer Repair for a spot repair and installation of a CIPP liner for our aging side sewer. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, especially Chris B. who was always available to answer our questions and expertly guided us through the entire process. Scheduling was prompt, communication was excellent, and pricing was very competitive. They even gave us an existing customer discount on the lining project, plus matched a competing bid to keep our business. Every member of the work crew was very friendly and both projects were completed on time and in a professional manner. This is a company that really cares about their customers. My first time using O'Neill Plumbing service and was very much impressed with the quality of customer service; to wit: had an early appointment confirmed, however, plumber called in sick and dispatch advised would be later. The new time (same day) was amenable, and they arrived 15 minutes early. Ricky and Hunter were very professional, as they proceeded to clear my drains. The cost was reasonable and communication was great. At this juncture, I would not hesitate to recommend them to others for plumbing needs.

I've hired o'neill for a bunch of smaller projects over the years with great success. Most recently I hired them for a big project of a gas line upgrade, hooking up a generator, hooking up a tankless water heater and a whole house water shut off. I had the pleasure of working with Tyler, Ricky, Hunter, Colin and Bill throughout the project. It went really smoothly, they left the place clean, the pipes were run well organized and neatly across the space and they took the time to address the minor concerns I had. I love working with them and I'd hire them again anytime. It's clear why they've been around for so long they're amazing at what they do.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Austin with 1-Tom – Plumber related to an inspection of my shower drain components for an insurance claim. Austin arrived within several hours of my call. Austin was extremely thorough in his inspection and provided me with a great deal of useful information I would highly recommend their service.

I had this company come out to quote a repair for a small PVC pipe that needed to be cut out and replaced -- a very basic job with minimal material required. The plumber was here for less than five minutes to look at it, and the fix itself is simple and straightforward. The quote they gave me was $1,295 total. They stated that their labor rate was $500 per hour, even though this job would not take anywhere close to a full hour to complete. And even if it did, $500/hour is far outside the normal range for plumbing labor in this area. The remaining $700+ was quoted for parts, which for PVC is extremely difficult to justify. As a single woman dealing with an urgent repair, I left feeling taken advantage of and pressured by an inflated price for what should be a quick, inexpensive fix. There was no breakdown that logically explained the cost, and the quote felt wildly disproportionate to the work needed. Please do yourself a favor: get more than one estimate before agreeing to anything. In my experience, there was no transparency, no reasonable pricing, and the quote did not reflect the actual scope of the job.

I am in Property Management and we needed help because a toy ended up where a toy would never want to go. They came out in a moments notice to help. They are very thorough is it an amazing job and Was done in a herpes as if never even happened. Resident and property management was very pleased. We will definitely be calling again when a toy decides to take another dive.
