In Summer, my kitchen sink was badly blocked, and another plumbing company came twice but still couldn’t fix the issue. They suggested using hydro power flushing, but said I would need to wait until their machine was available. I then contacted Thang and asked if he had the machine. He was honest and said he didn’t, but offered to come take a look and give it a try. He told me clearly that if he couldn’t fix it, there would be no charge. If he could, he gave me a very reasonable quote upfront. Thang and his crew arrived within two hours and started working immediately. They tried a couple of different methods and successfully fixed the problem. What really impressed me was their attention to detail—not only did they fix the issue, but they protected my cabinets and floor with towels and cloths and cleaned everything up afterward. This was completely different from the previous plumbing company, which left a mess and didn’t solve the problem. Thang and his team were professional, efficient, and respectful. I highly recommend them.

We had an issue where water from faucet cold tap was hot and the floor near kitchen was warm. Thang and his crew came and did some inspections and quickly found out the hot water pipe was leaking. He gave us reasonable quotes and was able to get it fixed within a week. It was great to work with them as they were professional, skilled and always kept us updated throughout the whole process. Dan shows up on time and gets the job done right, even when it's really complex. I was buying a new house and the home inspector found the sewer was bad, told me to call Dan at Steady Flow. Dan fit me in for an emergency estimate Saturday morning and quickly confirmed the sewer line was broken and eroding the foundation. Dan quickly fixed the break, ended up excavating much of the basement to fix several more issues, and finally discovered a slope issue with the side sewer responsible for the problems. Dan was able to resolve the issue, now our sewer flows up hill to the sewer main! I called Dan back when another inspector found a "minor" blockage in the sewer at our old house. Turns out we had multiple broken sections in the side sewer. He was able to fit me in for another significant sewer repair, with multiple excavations and nuflow lining completed on a very tight timeline.

Horrible absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time or money with this company. They need to really closed down until they get better employees and management. No care or sense of urgency. Company is un organized the employees are lazy. I have a leak and still have a leak. The person they sent over made me and my husband feel like it was a bothersome he was here to help. And he even told my husband that his company doesn’t pay him enough to crawl in crawl spaces. And as soon as I opened the crawl door my husband had like 5 mouse traps for caution. You could tell they had been there for like 5 to 10 years, cause the traps were really old looking no mice in them no rats in them. Some might’ve been triggered by maybe me stomping on the floor or something. The guy looked at them said I don’t do mice or rats and I’m like ok There’s none in there so go ahead. He went halfway in the crawl space and literally jumped back and said that he heard a mouse or a rat. Talked to my husband abt running a new line to avoid going under house and would email us an estimate. I didn’t receive one that day. so called office I I called office next morning day 2, was hoping it was a bad employee not the company. The lady that answered said she knew what I was talking abt and would get that estimate over to us. And have the manager call me. Not an I am sorry or even that she was shocked as to what I was telling her. Now Day three still no call or estimate. of course didn’t wait three days so I called another company. Day 2 They came crawled right up underneath the house. They did see two mummified rats, but they had been there for like years. He said at least 10 years. Andy’s plumbing really great guy, went under didn’t see any fresh activity of rodents. So the employee from all phase plumbing was a liar to top everything off. The leak is not even under the house, but still no estimate from all phase or a call from The manager and they was the first plumber we called. Worst company ever can’t believe they are actually in service.

Jose w/“Plumbing Excellence” is a Gem. The day before Thanksgiving our kitchen sink plumbing developed a leaks in both Hot & Cold plumbing lines. Apparently Rodents really love chewing through Pex material plumbing lines. Jose was able to see us for a “Same Day appt” plus he was able to Eval/Quote & Complete Fixing the damaged Pipes so we could move on to the next stage of repairing what the water destroyed. Having Plumbing Excellence text me a little info about Jose & a Photo. I felt relaxed having a man come to my home as my husband was at work. I knew a little about Jose plus I would know exactly what he would look like. He completed the repairs w/in an hour, having all the equipment he needed in his Truck. Jose installed a new furnace for me. He was very professional and explained the furnace to me. He changed my thermostat as well and made sure I knew how to set the schedule. My unit is super quiet and heats up my house so well. The highest I have had to turn it up was 74deg while it’s in the 30’s outside. Very efficient system. I would highly recommend Jose and his team.

I had a 1st time visit today with Jose, Plumbing Excellence NW, after a referral from a friend, noting Jose’s high quality work. From first communication to job completion, Jose was professional and courteous. He follows up on calls and emails within the same day. His work installing a new toilet with washlet was done well and within estimated period of time despite our condo complex having some issues with finding the corresponding water lines to my unit. His price was fair, competitive with prices of other local plumbers. He was respectful of property (wearing shoe covers) and has great ‘clean-up values’! I won’t wish for any more plumbing needs! However, if they occur, I’ll be calling Jose!
