Shane & his crew were quick to respond when we learned our sewer pipe under the kitchen of our mobile home had become disconnected. They did cleanup & enzyme treatments so our plumber could run a new line in a timely manner. A couple of days later we had to call them back because of floor damage in our bathroom from a leaking wax ring under the toilet. They were good to keep us updated throughout the process & Shane connected us to a construction company for getting the damaged floor repaired. The workers were professional & respectful in their conduct. We appreciated them covering the traffic area on our carpet with plastic runners while working inside the house.

We hired Restoration 1 for a complex and extensive mold remediation project in our home, and I want to leave an honest review of our experience. I called and they were there quickly. I had an appointment I had to be at after meeting with the plumber. By the time I got back from the appointment everything was beautifully done and except for the spectacular work they accomplished (2 new toilets, a new faucet, and a cleared tub drain), I could hardly tell they had been in the house. Everything was left neat and tidy. The work was amazing and it almost feels like a new house. The crew was local, friendly, and a joy to work with. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends!

My sewer system was backing up. After the septic tank was pumped it still backed up. I called Peet Plumbing at 7 am and left a message. They called me back before 8. About 8 30 Jeremy arrived and cleared the clog. The cap to my clean out was no good and an odd size. Jeremy came back with the right one. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would use them again.

I had a very positive experience with Allied Plumbing in Wenatchee and was extremely happy with the service they provided. I called late at night last night after realizing my sump pump was not working correctly that had just been installed, and there was flooding in the bathroom and the adjacent workshop. Even though it was after hours, the situation was handled with professionalism and care right from the initial contact. Allied Plumbing came out first thing this morning and addressed the issue promptly. They took the time to assess what was going on, explained the problem clearly, and went straight to work. The team identified that tampons had been flushed from the upstairs tenants and were clogging the sump pump, which was causing the backup. I called them to repair a leaky faucet and they came the next morning at the time they said they would be there. Nathan and Jeff did such a great job in explaining to me the process to replace the old 30 year old faucet that leaked a lot with a new frost free version that would last a long time. I had a failing water heater at my vacation home in Chelan. I made one call to Patriot Plumbing and the immediately set an appointment for the following day. I noticed a water leak in the ceiling of my basement bathroom and called the morning it was discovered not knowing the cause. My husband was out of town, and I have very limited knowledge of home maintenance issues and plumbing. They were able to come out same day and discovered the issue quickly and repaired the source of the leak. Communication was very seamless; I was notified when they were on the way, and when arriving which helped as I have small children and a dog so that I could prepare. Jackson was very kind, and communicated the issues well in addition to expected cost. I found the cost of the service very reasonable, and far below what I was preparing myself for. Matt came on a Sunday to track down and fix a leak. We had him take care of some more minor issues as well. He was fast and efficient and the bill was less than expected. He had been recommended to me by another plumber for weekend work. Over the phone Friday evening he realized I was confused about how one shutoff worked (I thought it was damaged) and was able to guide me to shut it off minimizing the damage from the leak. Highly recommend!

Thanks to CASHMERE PLUMBING, they were fast to respond, diagnose, and fix our plumbing break in the kitchen sink drainpipe. They came in the late afternoon, within an hour of calling. Then back by 8:00 am next morning. It was all fixed 9:00am. Glad we called them!
