Shannon’s bid was reasonable, and he was upfront, honest, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. He even rearranged his work schedule to ensure the septic tank was finished before my wife returned home from the hospital. While I was with her in Spokane, he kept me fully informed every step of the way, which meant more to me than he probably realizes. I highly recommend Freewater Plumbing.

Len did an awesome job. He gave us new parts and fixed up the existing parts to above and beyond the minimum required. He talked thru the entire process as we listened in simple terms. Super nice and really down to Earth.

It took me a few days to finally write a review because I’ve been so busy. But I want to make sure that I put in a good word for Young’s heating, cooling and electric. I called them to see if they could possibly come out and give an estimate for a job. I was really hoping for the same day, but not expecting it. But they did come same day, fixed the problem same day, , and that was that! I want to salute these electricians: Jose Alvarez and Luis Zarate. They arrived promptly, they were polite and professional, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t leave one single speck of dust behind! My brother recommended Youngs and I will do the same when given the chance. Thank you!

I had heard good things about them and their communication for scheduling/arriving was great. They were able to get in within 24 hours. The work generally seemed good (I’m not a plumber so *shrug*) but there was a decent mess after they left and the pipe started leaking very mildly again. I let them know and they scheduled to come back the next day. I get the impression the plumber was put out by this as he slapped a bunch of silicone messily on the pipe, wiped silicone on the floor, used a dish towel to wipe his hands off (there were paper towels on the wall near him), and a bit grumpily confirmed on the way out that it wouldn’t leak again. I didn’t find the dish towels until a few days later and they had to be thrown away. I don’t know what the industry standard is for customer service, returning the work space back to how it was found, or utilization of customer towels but I won’t be using them again and will try my luck with someone else.
