Expert Drain Cleaning in University Place, WA

I had the come out to fixed my clogged shower. The young guy came out and did all that he can do to fix it but the drain would not unclog. He stated that it’s because I have galvanize pipe and it had rusted after he looked underneath my house. He was going to cost 2,700 bucks. With today’s economy that is a lot. I paid the diagnosis of $680. I’ve paid that because when he was underneath the house, he tapped on all of the piping and I heard a gurgling sound come from the drain along the hole. He fixed the clog and didn’t even know it.

The pricing for this company is wild. I called to have some supply line valves for my washer replaced. The original cost they quoted me was $1500. When I looked at the reason for the price, they wanted to charge $468 for new supply hoses to the washer, $99 for an annual membership fee (renewal charges every year) and the remainder to replace the valves. I declined, called another plumber, and was given a price less than half what they quoted. The alternate plumber is licensed and bonded, and coming to do the repair the same day I called. $468 for braided steel supply lines. Let that sink in. That is 10x the cost of the hoses and an easy enough task for even a newb like me to complete in under 10 minutes. The customer service was excellent and the tech they sent was friendly and I have no doubt good at his job. My one star rating was raised by the professionalism of the employees. Don’t forget to get multiple quotes, folks!

Showed up on the first day with an initial quote around 350. Problem wasn't fixed, second quote was around 750 and they put several holes in my walls in incorrect spots including one that went through to the external siding of the house. They slapped clear caulk on it so “everything would be ok” and told me they would have to come back Monday to finish. I rescheduled my work appointments to be available and when the time comes they no show and I call to find they've booked me for Tuesday which I cant reschedule. Still have a broken hose, lost work, and now I have cool new holes in my house.

Dan shows up on time and gets the job done right, even when it's really complex. I was buying a new house and the home inspector found the sewer was bad, told me to call Dan at Steady Flow. Dan fit me in for an emergency estimate Saturday morning and quickly confirmed the sewer line was broken and eroding the foundation. Dan quickly fixed the break, ended up excavating much of the basement to fix several more issues, and finally discovered a slope issue with the side sewer responsible for the problems. Dan was able to resolve the issue, now our sewer flows up hill to the sewer main! I called Dan back when another inspector found a "minor" blockage in the sewer at our old house. Turns out we had multiple broken sections in the side sewer. He was able to fit me in for another significant sewer repair, with multiple excavations and nuflow lining completed on a very tight timeline.

Great plumbing service! My old water heater suddenly stopped working after many years, and I needed a replacement fast. On July 3rd our house sewer backed up. We were able to reach Conan through another plumbing clean out company. The next morning, July 4th, Conan arrived first thing in the morning. He was able to clean out the line with his equipment which involved a jetting tool and a camera. The blockage was about 90' from our clean out and Conan was concerned there might be some potential debris beyond that on local City property. In the week that followed he provided me with the video he took with the camera and advised me how to work with the City. AND he followed up with me for the next month. Conan went out go his way to make sure my issue was taken care of, he has state of the art equipment and significant experience. That said, his price was more competitive than anyones. He get's and A+ rating from me.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It was a Saturday at the end of their shift. Conan and Brent showed up with smiles. They were wonderful, kind, courteous and respectful. I thought for sure my issue was a clogged washing machine drain because the toilet opposite gurgled when the washer emptied. I was wrong! I had a chronic sewer line backup in my residential property remodeled into an Adult Family Home with a DSHS inspection due in a few days.
