I used Affordable Drains for the first time today and they made the whole experience easy. They were professional, answered all of my questions, and took care of my problem in just minutes. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how straightforward they were. I would definitely recommend them.

Chis, the owner did the drain rooting for me. He was prompt, professional, careful with his equipment and work. He even gave me a good referral for some further work I'm considering. Kaden has done an outstanding job. He came fast and unclogged the main sewer in a very short time. He explained the procedure clearly and he asked if I want him to run the camera as well. All was done polite, professionally and cleanly. I appreciate that the price was very reasonable as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. Great company. I called with a water leak in our rental property and they arrived within 40 minutes of my call. The quickly assessed the problem and fixed the sewer backup. They also found future potential issues and the owner came out and did some work they weren’t originally there to do. The owner is a very nice guy and the plumbers that arrived were great. Thanks Mr Rooter! Will definitely use them again.

Beware Check the L&I site. They're not licensed plumbers. They also said that what their previous employees that did work at my house, didnt know what they were doing. They were only trained to snake drains. They also turned off my furnace, and unplugged it. It was 23 degrees that night. I spent hours trying to figure out why I had no heat. I spoke with the weekend guy and he thought it was funny. He wanted me to go to my furnace and tell him what I saw. Look to a reputable company. 3/4/2026 UPDATE After continued problems with the blockage I was advised to request pictures of my mainline. Instead of pictures I got a phone call from the owner, Chris. He was unprofessional and a bully. He claims they didnt touch my furnace, so my having to go downstairs the next morning, find the plug on the floor and flip the switch was a coincidence? Be accountable. You talked over me the whole time refusing to let me speak. You claimed my son did a google review and told a "bunch of lies". I tried to tell you that my son didnt leave a review. You lied and said he even said he was my son. You replied to "Nick". I don't have any sons named Nick. I tried to tell you that was MY updated review and you still chose to argue and prove your dishonesty.

Pat and Brady were extremely helpful in assisting us with what we needed to repair immediately, and what we can wait on for more funding. Brady did an excellent job installing our sinks and faucets. The spaces were left clean and ready for use. He even got some lime scale off one of the sinks that wasn't replaced so it looked beautiful again with the new faucet!

Hands down the best service. First, I want to acknowledge Robert Steele for getting us an appointment and having a technician come out ASAP. We had a clogged drain we thought in the laundry, turns out it was the kitchen sink. I forgot the technicians name but he was outstanding. Explained the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Very fair pricing and quick service. 10/10 recommend!

Both were very professional, Knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making our repairs to our pipe system and installation of our sink and faucet. Their estimate was accurate and once work was approved they were able to start and finish the same day. They cleaned up afterwards and even gave us some helpful tips. Definitely would have them back on any future project.

The home I purchased has been a nightmare of builder issues but Gold Seal has repeatedly been fabulous with ALL of my plumbing challenges!! Action Drain is a great company and have amazing Technicians. They have really quick response time. The Technician that helped us was DJ, who was kind, respectful, and got the issue taken care of quickly. He was also great with explaining what happened, and what he had to do to fix the situation. I would call them a millions times over any of the others!

This the third time Action Drain has been to my house for various needs and they have been on time, reasonably priced, and responsive. Proven Plumbing was great to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and they took care of all the plumbing including some modifications to existing water lines, drain lines, new faucets, and new garbage disposal. They were punctual, professional and did great work. Highly recommend.

We could not recommend Proven Plumbing enough. A couple days ago our hot water heater started leaking, which then made us realize that our floor drain was backed up. We started looking for an emergency plumber and had a close friend recommend Proven Plumbing and it was an absolute God send. Cody came to the rescue. He gave us options but ultimately we decided that it was time to replace the hot water heater. The price was totally reasonable and he even cleared the clog out of the floor drain for us. This was a stressful situation for us but Cody made it so much more manageable and took really great care of us. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and professional company to do your plumbing work, look no further. We will be calling Proven Plumbing for now on!

Cody came and installed a water softener for our house. He was knowledgeable of the system and once done installing walked us through hiw the system works and how and when to change the filters.

Caden was a peach and a TREASURE to work with! I called them around noon and they worked so well with my schedule and got him dispatched same day, arrived exactly as they said and he got right to work! Was insanely respectful, well informed and was kind enough to help my cat get hands on experience for her upcoming plumbing test. Caden was fantastic and walked me through the whole process and showed me exactly what was wrong, while its never a fun bill to get your drains cleaned the price was very reasonable especially with such great customer support. While I hope I never have too I'd always call them back to my home!!!

We came home to find water in our garage coming from the hot water tank and knew we needed help quickly. We called Bulldog Rooter, and they responded immediately with an after-hours service call on a Thursday evening. They arrived within 20 minutes and had the issue diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. The speed, professionalism, and ease of the entire experience absolutely earned our loyalty. These guys were AMAZING!!! Top notch service all the way! My initial call was to see about getting someone to come out and take a look at my plumbing and main shutoff valve, (we had a middle of the night emergency a couple nights earlier. I wish I would have called Bulldog then!) The representative on the phone was so sweet and helpful! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves major kudos for kindness and help!!! So she hooked me up right away and sent out Sully Sullivan. He was at my house in less than an hour of my phone call. And I gotta say, this guy is AWESOME!!! I felt like the sky was falling from a ton of family emergency issues, health problems and vet bills this past month, and plumbing issues was just the icing on the cake! But Sully assured me he could help us out, no problem! And he was right! He came back the next day and cut out our old 50's plumbing, in extremely tight quarters, and rebuilt our plumbing and main shutoff valves under the kitchen sink! All on a Friday afternoon and without tearing our walls apart, like another company wanted to do! 4 hours of struggling under there (old piping did NOT come out easy!) and he always kept an upbeat attitude while constantly pushing forward! Even joking & laughing with me through our conversations. GREAT GUY! Very knowledgeable and explains things very well! He even took a liking to our cat and was very sweet to him! Always gave us a heads up when he was going to be extra loud so our cat could get in the back room to not be freaked out! ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE!!! Oh, and the price for our work was way less than I was quoted by others! Without tearing out our walls too! I could keep rambling on and on but I'll just say this... I highly recommend Plumb Zebra. They fixed and restored my plumbing after a sewer backup. They came out multiple times at different stages of rebuild and every time they were super professional and got the job done quickly and efficiency. In particular, Jett and Nate. They were super kind and knowledgeable. Nate asked if had any other plumbing concerns in the house and patiently walked thru and answered all my questions (even in the uneffected areas!). And Jett brought to my attention issues w my water heater and helped me with a plan going forward. All the work they did was exceptional. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. Had Plumb Zebra install a new 50 gallon water heater in 2024. Prompt and efficient service. However, the mixing valve went out a few weeks back and Cole and his team came and replaced it at no charge immediately regardless of warranty eligibility. Shaw folks arrived right on time. Very courteous, knew their trade well & took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly before/after work. They cleaned up everything. Basement floor drain was rusted so a bypass plug was installed, options discussed for other projects. Thankful for an honest plumber.

David arrived right on time and delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He removed our old water heater quickly and installed the new one with impressive efficiency. The entire job was completed within just a few hours. He also took the time to explain how to use the new unit properly and walked us through the exterior controls. I requested a bid for repairing a leaky pipe, and the next morning I was called to set up an appointment for the same day. Brandon arrived within an hour. Justin come recommended by Taylor at Spokane Rooter, who said that "Justin taught him everything he knew back when he was learning the trade." Justin was communicative, timely, and very knowledgeable. He clearly likes helping people and is committed to mastery of his craft. He cleared out roots in our sewer line, advised us on how to determine if we could get the job done every to years instead of one in order to save money. Justin also has a broader background in plumbing and I had him advise on some outside water issues. he gave us good advice and for one of the issues recommended that we contact a sprinkler company to replace a part. In total, he spent just under 2h with us. Friendly. Professional. Very high value.

If this is the same cougar company that I called about a hot water heater, I cannot for the life of me figure out who would give them anything but a one star review I called them letting them know that I just need to buy a hot water heater and it was like I could not get through to the person that I did not want them to show up to my house to give me a quote. I needed him to tell me how much it cost over the phone and then I’d buy one, but it took two phone calls of me arguing with him and then I get a text message from somebody who works there named Robin 🌹 telling me that if they come and install it which I never don’t want I never wanted and never said I did that they wanna charge me $4500 to install a hot water heater and that I have to get a state permit and all this other crap but yet you can just go buy one and install it yourself without a state permit so you must not need one or you wouldn’t be able to do it at home yeah I guess if you have endless amount of money I don’t know in any world would I ever call them or recommend them

Had Scott out to the house for a plumbing issue that we knew nothing about. What could have been a mainline issue turned out to be relatively minor, and he was out in 30 minutes. Our entire house is operating at full efficiency now when before, we thought we were stuck with some of the problems that we deemed a consequence of buying an old house. He was very nice, honest, and his prices were some of the best in the city. It was all extremely convienent. Would recommend to friends and family.

Would definitely recommend. Scott was at my house within a couple hours of calling for a kitchen sink clogged I couldn't fix after a couple days trying He was quick, professional, and well priced. After calling around he was about half the price from what other companies wanted. Do yourself a favor and don't call the big companies. Use a small business owner like Scott and J & R Drain Cleaning instead. I know If i need these sevices again he will be who I call.
