We’ve had slow kitchen drains for an eternity. My husband was faithful to cleaning the drains… but the slowdown persisted. I asked and asked to call a plumber! Finally got the ok to call and Mr. Rooter showed up same day. He did above and beyond - moving a pipe for better drainage, cleaning out the tub after back flow issue. We had a clogged drain line that was backing up the downstairs toilet, sink, and shower. We explained the problem over the phone and Joe the Drain King, and he quickly came up with a solution before they had even arrived. He said it would take about an hour and it took about an hour. The Drain King Company is top notch plumbing, total drain cleaning, expert diagnosing. This company gives exchange in abundance! The owner spent several hours with me last late afternoon into the mid evening finding more clogs and throughly flushing them out. These were never identified by the home inspector when I purchased this ole “dream home” in beautiful Longview. After the purchase, drains kept clogging; we never could be confident to use sinks, toilets. Joe at “Drain King” Company knew why, explained and set up a plan for future adjustments needed to keep our lines clear. He didn’t just leave after one toilet unclogged, but searched out other problems until our whole home now has entire clear pipes. And he wasn’t bad on my pocket book at all! The master plumber – owner at this company has been doing this trade as a teenager, now still a young man, with tons of energy and optimism. He really grins when the plugged line finally lets up and burps. You really will get your money’s worth plus more when you have Joe over to deal with your pipes! We would have unnecessarily replaced a toilet had we not found The Drain King.

Brandon did a great job clearing a nasty plug up in my bathroom sink. With my old plumbing pipe posing quite the challenge, it was handled quickly and cleanly. Brandon even went into the basement to scope out replacing the pipe run in the future. Great work all around.

Maxwell came out and gave a different solution from the other previous 2 drainage companies that I had out there. He was able to locate the drain and where it went after no one, not even the utility company could tell me where it went. He cleared the clogs and stayed late to get it taken care of with his subcontractor. He not only solved the problem but also gave me new information on how my drain worked and where it went and put in a new solution if this ever happens in the future to have a much less expensive fix. Great work!
