Repair from house to main water drain; under driveway to street. Extensive job taking several days. My house old, so the main drain line was made of cement and was cracked. Crew was good and communication to me was frequent. Sheldon was the main technician on this job. He is hardworking, professional, and was serious about his work performed. I would definitely request to have him work on any future job assignments.

This was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing. He even went as far as to send me YouTube videos of how hydro jetting works to ensure my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. When he arrived at our house he was extremely respectful and transparent about what he was doing. Before completing the job he showed me the video of the inside of my pipes to show that he cleared the cause of the clog. I’ve used a lot of plumbing companies in the past and Shane is by far the best due to the fact that he is straight forward, honest, does a great job, and truly cares about his customers! Today I called Action Jackson for a clogged sewer at my elderly parents house. I had one other company out there before Action and we found we needed a jetter & camera! I called Action which was referred to me by the other company. I was quoted a price for the job. Tyler and Jake were dispatched to the job! They both knew what they needed for the job to be complete. They brought their Jetter and was in contact with me the whole time from arriving on the job site, to during the job and after. Communication was top notch! Added a diverter valve inline on my primary water line to be able to bleed it for extended winter vacancies.
