2 months agoPrice Busters Plumbing & Sewer
20907 Hwy 99, Lynnwood, WA 98036, USA
(206) 759-7745Late in the day I spotted water leaking from under one of my toilets, not knowing yet that my store’s sewer line had backed up as well. It was the weekend, so I expected higher rates and started calling around. It was about 5 p.m. on Saturday when I tried PriceBusters, and to my surprise someone actually picked up. It was the owner, Zach. He gave me a fair quote on what I thought would be a simple job, pulling the toilet, checking the line with a camera, and installing a new wax ring. I told him I’d call around. After hanging up, I reached out to three other plumbing companies. Not one company answered their phone. That alone told me a lot. Zach said he could come out the next morning, so I called him back and asked if he’d meet me before we opened on Sunday to try to get the blockage cleared. He agreed without hesitation. Sunday morning, Zach showed up on time and spent several hours trying everything he could. He didn’t rush. He looked at the issue from different angles even from the rooftop and he really made an effort to find a cheaper fix before landing on what ended up being the big solution, which was digging out the pipe and installing a clean-out so they could jet the blockage from outside the building. I appreciated that he didn’t jump straight to the expensive route. The next morning his Calvin and Logan arrived early and had already dug a five-foot hole beside the building by the time I got there. Logan was fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed polite, and worked hard without a single complaint. They were out there the entire day, digging and working in the rain well into the night. Watching them made me appreciate how tough this job really is. It’s messy, humbling, and honestly the kind of job most people want nothing to do with, but they handled it with pride. They did such a solid job that I’ve already asked them to come back every six months to jet my French drains. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that actually answers the phone, shows up, and works as if your problem is their problem, call PriceBusters. Zach and his team earned every one of these five stars.

The plumber arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and provided an upfront price before starting the work. 2 months agoShane and team at Professional Plumbing were outstanding in fixing my plugged sewer line! They communicated clearly and were very transparent about costs. They came out to scope and jet quickly to clear the line. Showed me the source of the problem was a root clog on camera and explained their process to address it. They located the clog point with distance estimate and dug out the section of clogged/broken pipe. They replaced the clogged section, jetted the remaining roots, then they showed me on camera the cleared line to the street and filled the hole to cleanup. Great communication, great service, amazing team, six stars, highly recommend!
6 months agoThis was the most outstanding customer service! I called Professional Plumbing LLC after learning that there was some sort of back up in our pipes causing water to come out of the tub drain when flushing the toilet. Shane answered all of my questions regarding pricing and what type of work he would be doing to fix the issue with my plumbing. He even went as far as to send me YouTube videos of how hydro jetting works to ensure my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. When he arrived at our house he was extremely respectful and transparent about what he was doing. Before completing the job he showed me the video of the inside of my pipes to show that he cleared the cause of the clog. I’ve used a lot of plumbing companies in the past and Shane is by far the best due to the fact that he is straight forward, honest, does a great job, and truly cares about his customers! Will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to family and friends! 10/10 service

2 months agoPro Sewer Repair
9824 Lake City Way NE Lower, Seattle, WA 98115, USA
(425) 842-0907Pro Sewer Repair were professionals from start to finish. They were willing to come out on a holiday weekend to trouble shoot and bid out the project. We got three bids and the other two companies provided brute force approaches for 3x the price! Pro Sewer came up with a creative solution that worked without a hitch and was significantly(!) less expensive. They also provided an alternative approach and cost parameters should it become clear that approach #1 wasn't going to work, but we dIdn't even need it. Given the nature of our sewer problem, coordinating with the city was critical for expediting the repair. Chris was on it and updated us throughout the entire coordination process. He also checked in with us regularly to make sure we felt that things were moving along smoothly. The two gentleman who came out to do the repair knew exactly what they needed to do and understood the nuances of our particular situation. Within a few hours, we were back online. The folks at PSR are really good at what they do, are creative thinkers when a situation requires it, and are really nice human beings. They aren't interested in giving a super high bids simply because they can. I HIGHLY recommend using these guys.
2 months agoThey were quick to come over and scope out our deteriorated sewer line, provided a written estimate via email in the mid-price-range of the market, scheduled the work, and then came when they said they would; removed our sidewalk stones, dug a big hole, "shot a liner" to the sewer main, and restored the surface to almost as good as new. Calm communication and a good experience overall. Other sewer repair companies ghosted us after a verbal estimate or charged an expensive fee just for the scoping before the estimate.
3 months agoJaime, Chris and the entire team from ProSewer were fantastic. This was our first scope and discovery project and the team was helpful, transparent and professional every step of the way. After the scope they added an external clean out (as none existed for our property), did a hydro flush and then liner for part of the line. We are on a steep slope, but that did not discourage the team. They managed the excavation, filling of the hole and all repairs beautifully. They followed up a couple months after the work to ensure the excavation site remain stable, which was greatly appreciated and gave us additional peace of mind. We highly recommend the team and their work.
2 months agoAll Phase Plumbing
14101 Interurban Ave S Unit 78-A, Tukwila, WA 98168, USA
(206) 772-6077Tony was great! The company responded quickly and fixed the clogged sink. My family and I have used this company for years. They have fixed and updated failed old plumbing in our duplexes and a 120 year old building. I trust Larry, Tony, Jonathan and their whole team.
1 year agoHorrible absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time or money with this company. They need to really closed down until they get better employees and management. No care or sense of urgency. Company is un organized the employees are lazy. I have a leak and still have a leak. The person they sent over made me and my husband feel like it was a bothersome he was here to help. And he even told my husband that his company doesn’t pay him enough to crawl in crawl spaces. And as soon as I opened the crawl door my husband had like 5 mouse traps for caution. You could tell they had been there for like 5 to 10 years, cause the traps were really old looking no mice in them no rats in them. Some might’ve been triggered by maybe me stomping on the floor or something. The guy looked at them said I don’t do mice or rats and I’m like ok There’s none in there so go ahead. He went halfway in the crawl space and literally jumped back and said that he heard a mouse or a rat. Talked to my husband abt running a new line to avoid going under house and would email us an estimate. I didn’t receive one that day. so called office I I called office next morning day 2, was hoping it was a bad employee not the company. The lady that answered said she knew what I was talking abt and would get that estimate over to us. And have the manager call me. Not an I am sorry or even that she was shocked as to what I was telling her. Now Day three still no call or estimate. of course didn’t wait three days so I called another company. Day 2 They came crawled right up underneath the house. They did see two mummified rats, but they had been there for like years. He said at least 10 years. Andy’s plumbing really great guy, went under didn’t see any fresh activity of rodents. So the employee from all phase plumbing was a liar to top everything off. The leak is not even under the house, but still no estimate from all phase or a call from The manager and they was the first plumber we called. Worst company ever can’t believe they are actually in service.
2 months agoThe team at all phase were super! I got my issues corrected before winter and 100% would recommend them. Jeremy did a great job, was kind, communicative, and very knowledgeable!
6 months agoSteve’s Plumbing, LLC
2018 156th Ave NE building f, Bellevue, WA 98007, USA
(425) 451-2444Stan and Andrew did a lot of work in 24 hours time. I called Steve’s Plumbing at 8:00 AM and by noon the same day I had Stan diagnosing the problem. Stan and Andrew fixed and replaced a toilet, reset a main drain line, and installed a modern water shut off valve and pressure regulator. I’m glad my home is back in shape and up to current standards! The guys were very professional and efficient.
5 months agoOn Wednesday afternoon, my Water Pressure Reducer started to leak. On Thursday morning, Steve's Plumbing arrived with all the parts in the truck. While here, the plumber found two water valves, sink and toilet that were starting to fail, and replaced those. My hot water heater expansion tank also had some sediment in it, and as it was close to time for a replacement, I had that done as well... and the same size water heater was also in the truck. The original Pressure Reducer was attached to a tube wrapped in foam with a screw release, definitely looked dodgy. The main water valve was a gate valve that looked like it belonged in the garden. The former was replaced by a German made pressure reducer and the latter by a ball valve with a handle. Definite quality improvements and what I consider should be the standard versus what the developer installed. On a customer service level, everything was what one expects from a professional organization. The initial point of contact explained their service fee. An e-mail address was used to confirm the appointment and to deliver the invoice, my mobile phone number received a single update to the plumber's arrival rather than endless spam, and then there was the plumber himself. Dmitri arrived with booties on foot, inspected the initial point of failure and then continued to inspect the remainder of the home's plumbing. He was courteous, efficient, and was good at explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. There was a price list on his tablet. After some conversation, it was easy to decide what needed to be done today versus what could be done tomorrow. After service, Dmitri walked me through what was done and on the maintenance of those items. While more work was performed today than I had initially intended, I feel that it was not only necessary but something that I should have done when I first acquired the property. I will definitely use Steve's Plumbing again in the future. p.s. two of my neighbors use Steve's as well.
4 months agoDmitri came to my home today for our annual checkup and water heater flush. He also replaced two toilets. He was friendly, organized, and efficient and the quality of work was excellent as always. Appreciated so much that he had the toilets available even though that wasn’t a planned service so I didn’t have to schedule another appt.

Common Drain Issues in Kirkland, Washington
Tree Root Intrusion: Kirkland is famous for its lush green canopy, but those towering evergreens and maples can wreak havoc underground. Roots often seek out moisture in older sewer lines, especially in established neighborhoods near Heritage Park, causing slow drains and total backups.
Older Pipe Corrosion: Homes near the Kirkland waterfront often feature older plumbing infrastructure. Over time, galvanized or cast iron pipes can develop internal corrosion and scale, catching debris and causing frequent kitchen and bathroom clogs that require professional clearing.
Rainwater Drainage Issues: With our signature Washington rainfall, outdoor perimeter drains and basement floor drains can become overwhelmed with silt and organic debris. If these aren't cleared, you risk localized flooding during the heavy winter storm season.
Disposal Overload: Kirkland's vibrant home-cooking culture means garbage disposals get a workout. Coffee grounds, fibrous vegetables, and grease often build up in the P-traps of Eastside homes, requiring specialized snaking to restore flow without damaging modern cabinetry.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Kirkland, Washington
Pre-Winter Gutter and Drain Check: Before the heavy November rains arrive, ensure your outdoor area drains are clear of fallen leaves to prevent water from backing up into your foundation.
Cold Snap Protection: Kirkland occasionally sees sub-freezing temperatures. Ensure your outdoor hose bibs are disconnected and pipes are insulated to prevent pressure-induced clogs or bursts when the thaw begins.
Spring Root Maintenance: As vegetation wakes up in the spring, roots grow aggressively. This is the best time for a camera inspection if you have large trees on your property to catch sewer line intrusions early.
Holiday Drain Care: With the holidays being a peak time for guests in the Eastside, avoid putting fats, oils, and grease down the sink, as these solidify quickly in the cool Kirkland groundwater temperatures.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Kirkland, Washington
In Kirkland, pricing typically depends on the accessibility of the clog and whether specialized equipment like hydro-jetting or sewer cameras are required. Main line clears are generally more expensive than secondary sink or shower clogs.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Kirkland, Washington
How quickly can you find a plumber in Kirkland?
Because we call and verify 24-hour availability in real-time, we can usually find a certified plumber ready to head to your Kirkland home within minutes of your request.
Do you cover all of Kirkland, including Juanita and Bridle Trails?
Yes. Our zip code filtering ensures we find a plumber who specifically services your neighborhood, whether you are in Juanita, Bridle Trails, Finn Hill, or Rose Hill.
Why shouldn't I just use a chemical drain cleaner from the store?
In many Kirkland homes with older plumbing, harsh chemicals can actually corrode the pipes further or fail to reach the deep-seated root clogs common in the PNW. Professional snaking or hydro-jetting is safer and more effective.
Are the plumbers in your network licensed for Washington State?
Absolutely. We only scan for certified, professional plumbers who are fully licensed and insured to perform work in Kirkland and the surrounding King County area.
What if my drain clog is an emergency at 2 AM?
Our service specializes in 24-hour availability. We filter for plumbers who offer emergency services and call them to ensure they can actually dispatch a technician to your location immediately.
