Raptor Plumbing & Sewer
636 Railroad Ave S, Kent, WA 98032, USA
(206) 775-6882Had a great experience with Raptor Plumbing & Sewer! Big shoutout to Jason for coming out to do the bid—super quick, professional, and genuinely funny. Let’s be honest, it’s hard to say no to a guy who looks like he’s about 9 feet tall (kidding… but also not really 😄). Also huge props to Roy and Scott, the plumbers who handled the job. They’re the perfect duo—Roy brings the volume and energy, while Scott keeps things calm and quiet, so together they’re basically the perfect plumbing yin and yang. They did an awesome job on the shower and sink work, and the drain installation went smooth with no issues at all. Everything turned out great! Highly recommend this crew if you want quality work done by people who actually make the whole process enjoyable.
4 weeks agoI can’t say enough good things about Raptor Plumbing & Sewer. In an industry where it’s hard to know who to trust, these guys stand out because of their honesty, integrity, and genuine care for customers. From start to finish, the communication was excellent, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upsells. They took the time to explain everything, provide options, and recommend solutions that actually made sense. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and brings years of plumbing experience to every conversation. You can tell he understands not only how plumbing systems work, but also how to diagnose problems efficiently and provide long-term solutions instead of temporary fixes. Graydon was professional, respectful, and thorough, making sure questions were answered and the work area was left clean. Eyasau worked hard, stayed focused, and showed a level of professionalism that’s rare to find. Their drain cleaning ability is impressive. They don’t just clear clogs—they use cameras, diagnostics, and experience to identify root causes like grease buildup, root intrusion, scaling, or broken piping. They approach drain issues with a real understanding of sewer systems, not just a quick fix mentality. What stood out most was customer service. The team showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated the home with respect. They genuinely care about doing quality work and standing behind it. It’s obvious why Raptor Plumbing & Sewer has built a strong reputation—these are hardworking people who know plumbing, value integrity, and take pride in helping customers. If you need drain cleaning, sewer work, water lines, repipes, water heaters, or general plumbing repairs, Raptor Plumbing & Sewer is the company I’d recommend without hesitation. Jurassic Problems Require RAPTOR Solutions.
3 weeks agoRoy and Scott helped install a tankless water heater and were great! Very professional and helpful, went above and beyond what was necessary for the job. Very competitive pricing. Will definitely be using raptor again for my next plumbing job.

13306 SE 30th St, Bellevue, WA 98005, USA
(206) 614-3896I had a great experience with Jacob from Home Service Plumbers. He cleared my kitchen drain very quickly and was extremely professional throughout the whole visit. He explained everything clearly, showed strong knowledge of the issue, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate his efficiency and expertise. Highly recommended!
6 months agoMy friend recommended Homeservice Plumbers because she had a good experience. My garbage disposal quit working and the drain was backing up. I called and made an appointment, and was able to get one quickly. The office called about 20 minutes before the plumbers were going to arrive, within the window they had given me and they arrived exactly 20 minutes later. Once here, I explained the problem. Apparently the blades on the garbage disposal had quit and that was causing the backup. They fixed it and were done within 10 minutes. Because it was so fast and so easy for them, they didn't charge. They are now at the top of my list to call. Jacob was professional, quick and gave a great explanation. But I'm sure anyone that would come from this company would be wonderful. I couldn't be happier. I will recommend them to all my friends.
4 months agoJacob was great today. He came by to inspect our kitchen drain and assess whether hydro jetting was needed to clear the pipes. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything along the way. In the end, he determined that hydro jetting wasn’t necessary and was able to resolve the issue by snaking the pipes instead, which saved us money. He also recommended that we clean our grease trap to help prevent future issues. Thanks again for coming out today—we really appreciate it.

4601 Aurora Ave N Ste 1, Seattle, WA 98103, USA
(325) 230-2701Tyler was amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were in a pickle on a weekend with a drain issue, and he answered promptly and got us sorted out on the same day. Drain is working better than new. Thanks Tyler - I'll definitely recommend you to anyone in need of plumbing help!
2 weeks agoHad a major break on my sewer line that caused extensive damage in my basement from a back-up. I panicked and did not know what to do. I decided to call these guys and the manager, Alex , immediately made me feel at ease. He sent a crew over within an hour and they assessed the situation. They got the clog cleared with a hydro-jet method. They explained everything throughout the entire process and passed me down a bid for the repair on my pipe. I immediately got it scheduled and they executed the work in a timely and professional manner. I have found my forever plumbing company.
5 months agoPrice Busters Plumbing is the absolute best. I have used their services many times after I had a bad experience with Beacon Plumbing. Every time I hire Price Busters, they come out promptly, surprisingly clean for plumbers, they are friendly, courteous, and do really great work. On top of that they really care. My dog is immune compromised and very allergic to all kinds of chemicals. I had to have some work done but I needed to make sure they were not using strong chemicals. I have to say Sam and Nick went out of their way to figure out how to get all the work done safely for my little dog. It was clear they really cared about his wellbeing and really went the extra mile to make it happen. Price Busters are just so awesome, I love working with great companies where its got that old fashioned amazing customer service feel, with the super modern top notch skill level of people that really care about their craft. Don't hesitate to hire them. They will not let you down, in-fact, they will do an amazing job with whatever you need. Thank you for being so awesome Price Busters!
3 months agoSteady Flow Sewer & Drain Co

(206) 809-8130I would highly recommend Steady Flow Sewer and Drain. I had an issue with a sewer backup and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. I will definitely use them again in the future.
2 months agoGreat service and a great price. The owner Dan came out and helped me with my sewer can’t say enough good things!!!
2 months agoFor more than five years, Steady Flow has been our go-to plumbing company. As a property management firm overseeing large condominium communities throughout the greater Seattle area, we often face complex plumbing issues that require immediate action to prevent major damage. Kyle and Dan at Steady Flow consistently respond right away and take the time to develop the right solution for each unique situation. Their responsiveness and problem-solving approach have been invaluable to us. What I appreciate most is that Steady Flow stays on the cutting edge of plumbing technology. Their expertise has saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars by avoiding unnecessary repairs and identifying smarter, more efficient solutions. It’s rare to find a plumbing company that is truly focused on what’s best for their clients rather than what’s best for their bottom line. Steady Flow has earned our full trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as your most reliable plumbing partner. Make Steady Flow your go-to plumbing company—you’ll thank me for it.
2 months agoSalish Plumbing Co
1204 N 172nd St, Shoreline, WA 98133, USA
(206) 867-0624Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty taking caring of a clogged toilet line at my house. What initially seemed like an easy fix turned into an entire day ordeal; when plan A didn’t work Garrett was prepared with plan B/C/D/E - this guy would not give up fixing the problem and amazingly kept the price to the initially agreed upon amount. His communication before arriving, and throughout the process, was A+. Salish Plumbing is incredibly lucky to have an asset like Garret and now will be the first company I call when any/all plumbing issues arise in the future. 10/10 would recommend with zero hesitation.
3 months agoHighly recommend Salish Plumbing. After dealing with a plumber who tried to upsell me and even left my water heater disconnected when I refused their services, Salish came to help out. I reached out to Salish, explained the situation, and they sent out Reed to provide services. Reed was amazing. He came after hours to reconnect my heating element and perform annual maintenance to my water heater. Throughout the service, Reed explained everything he was doing, made sure I understood the cost upfront, and was honest and professional. It's difficult to find a good plumber , and even harder to find one that is honest. Salish Plumbing is both. They also confirmed that the $6,000 quote (after trying to upsell me a $14,000 water heater) I received from the other plumbing company was unreasonable. Reed showed me that my water heater was not producing discolored water, had hardly any sediment come out, and did not need replacing. Incredibly grateful for Reed and the Salish Plumbing team. Will definitely be reaching out to them for any future servicing.
3 weeks agoI selected Salish Plumbing to provide a re-pipe and new water heater for my cabin in South Seattle. After closely listening to my needs and requirements for the intended job, Patrick provided me with a very detailed cost estimate. Patrick and his crew arrived on time at the site and immediately went to work. Their work was efficient, orderly and professional from the start. Patrick and the company owner, Dustin both took the time to answer all my questions and give me a clear vision of how the job progressed. I fully recommend Salish Plumbing to take care of any plumbing needs...satisfaction is guaranteed!
1 month agoLighthouse Plumbing
4206 336th Pl SE suite #1, Fall City, WA 98024, USA
(425) 549-2400Lighthouse Plumbing is a local, for me family run plumbing contractor. Layne arrived on time and replaced our water heater, capped a couple of old W/D valves, and fixed our second tub/shower drain issue. 100% professional, Friendly and easy to work with. Great company and people, very reasonable price for the service and accommodating for scheduling. Great Company!
3 months agoLighthouse Plumbing is the best plumber I’ve worked with in Seattle and the Eastside. Ryan and Bradyn are as good as it gets. I bought an old house a couple of years ago, and one of our bathroom sinks stopped working. I called Ryan at 4:00pm and he was here the next morning with his team to diagnose the issue. He was direct about the issue, and recommended fixing the issue thoroughly to reduce future costs. We scheduled a time which worked for us, and Bradyn and team came each day on time. Bradyn texted me specific updates each day, and walked through the steps of horizontal boring through our steep driveway, and repiping our house and replacing galvanized pipes. Their communication was so good. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Plumbing for fast responsiveness, honesty, and amazing work. I will be using them for my future needs without question, and I’d recommend them to family and friends.
3 months agoRyan and his crew are great to work with. They are nice and professional. They installed a tankless water heater and did a fantastic job. Excellent craftsmanship. Their quote was competitive. I would work with Lighthouse Plumbing again.
1 month agoPro Sewer Repair
9824 Lake City Way NE Lower, Seattle, WA 98115, USA
(206) 809-2939Pro Sewer Repair were professionals from start to finish. They were willing to come out on a holiday weekend to trouble shoot and bid out the project. We got three bids and the other two companies provided brute force approaches for 3x the price! Pro Sewer came up with a creative solution that worked without a hitch and was significantly(!) less expensive. They also provided an alternative approach and cost parameters should it become clear that approach #1 wasn't going to work, but we dIdn't even need it. Given the nature of our sewer problem, coordinating with the city was critical for expediting the repair. Chris was on it and updated us throughout the entire coordination process. He also checked in with us regularly to make sure we felt that things were moving along smoothly. The two gentleman who came out to do the repair knew exactly what they needed to do and understood the nuances of our particular situation. Within a few hours, we were back online. The folks at PSR are really good at what they do, are creative thinkers when a situation requires it, and are really nice human beings. They aren't interested in giving a super high bids simply because they can. I HIGHLY recommend using these guys.
3 months agoThey were quick to come over and scope out our deteriorated sewer line, provided a written estimate via email in the mid-price-range of the market, scheduled the work, and then came when they said they would; removed our sidewalk stones, dug a big hole, "shot a liner" to the sewer main, and restored the surface to almost as good as new. Calm communication and a good experience overall. Other sewer repair companies ghosted us after a verbal estimate or charged an expensive fee just for the scoping before the estimate.
4 months agoJaime, Chris and the entire team from ProSewer were fantastic. This was our first scope and discovery project and the team was helpful, transparent and professional every step of the way. After the scope they added an external clean out (as none existed for our property), did a hydro flush and then liner for part of the line. We are on a steep slope, but that did not discourage the team. They managed the excavation, filling of the hole and all repairs beautifully. They followed up a couple months after the work to ensure the excavation site remain stable, which was greatly appreciated and gave us additional peace of mind. We highly recommend the team and their work.
3 months agoAll Phase Plumbing
14101 Interurban Ave S Unit 78-A, Tukwila, WA 98168, USA
(206) 772-6077I spoke to the receptionist Regina this afternoon to get a clog fixed and she was not only kind but extremely helpful, and was able to get someone out day-of with no issues. She was able to grab my information and give me an estimate of the service provider’s arrival. The call was simple and easy and gave me confidence in their work. Jeremy was our service provider and was able to get our clog fixed within an hour of arriving, and gave accurate prices for what it’d cost today. He gave me clear information on the issue and the pipes without exaggeration; we had another provider come visit earlier in the day who gave me pictures on what the crawlspace beneath the house looked like, and Jeremy’s description of the crawlspace matched perfectly to the pictures I’d seen, which gave me huge confidence in the quality of his work. He was also able to go back into the crawl space and get pictures to provide estimates on what a fix would be priced like in the future. Jeremy was professional and kind, and was very comfortable in his line of work. After a despicable morning with a very unprofessional plumber (not at All Phase), Jeremy was a breath of fresh air this afternoon. I highly recommend and we’ll be back if we need another fix!
2 weeks agoHorrible absolutely horrible!! Don’t waist your time or money with this company. They need to really closed down until they get better employees and management. No care or sense of urgency. Company is un organized the employees are lazy. I have a leak and still have a leak. The person they sent over made me and my husband feel like it was a bothersome he was here to help. And he even told my husband that his company doesn’t pay him enough to crawl in crawl spaces. And as soon as I opened the crawl door my husband had like 5 mouse traps for caution. You could tell they had been there for like 5 to 10 years, cause the traps were really old looking no mice in them no rats in them. Some might’ve been triggered by maybe me stomping on the floor or something. The guy looked at them said I don’t do mice or rats and I’m like ok There’s none in there so go ahead. He went halfway in the crawl space and literally jumped back and said that he heard a mouse or a rat. Talked to my husband abt running a new line to avoid going under house and would email us an estimate. I didn’t receive one that day. so called office I I called office next morning day 2, was hoping it was a bad employee not the company. The lady that answered said she knew what I was talking abt and would get that estimate over to us. And have the manager call me. Not an I am sorry or even that she was shocked as to what I was telling her. Now Day three still no call or estimate. of course didn’t wait three days so I called another company. Day 2 They came crawled right up underneath the house. They did see two mummified rats, but they had been there for like years. He said at least 10 years. Andy’s plumbing really great guy, went under didn’t see any fresh activity of rodents. So the employee from all phase plumbing was a liar to top everything off. The leak is not even under the house, but still no estimate from all phase or a call from The manager and they was the first plumber we called. Worst company ever can’t believe they are actually in service.
3 months agoThe team at all phase were super! I got my issues corrected before winter and 100% would recommend them. Jeremy did a great job, was kind, communicative, and very knowledgeable!
7 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Issaquah, Washington
Issaquah’s unique geography—nestled between the Issaquah Alps and Lake Sammamish—creates a variety of plumbing challenges for local homeowners. Whether you are living in a historic home in Olde Town or a modern build in the Issaquah Highlands, a clogged drain is an immediate emergency. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we’ve streamlined the process of finding professional help in the 98027 and 98029 areas.
Our service takes the guesswork out of home repairs. We scan our network of 15 certified plumbers in the Issaquah area and filter them based on your exact location. Most importantly, we actually call the technicians to verify they have 24-hour availability and the right equipment to handle your specific issue before you ever pick up the phone. You get a confirmed solution, not just a list of names.
Common Drain Issues in Issaquah, Washington
Tree Root Intrusion: In the lush 'Garden City' environment of Issaquah, Douglas firs and bigleaf maples often send thirsty roots searching for moisture. These roots can penetrate older sewer lines in established neighborhoods, causing recurring blockages and structural pipe damage.
Heavy Rainfall Debris: Issaquah receives significant annual rainfall. During the wet Pacific Northwest winters, sediment, silt, and organic debris can wash into outdoor area drains and basement floor drains, leading to slow drainage or localized flooding during heavy storms.
Highlands Grease Buildup: In the newer, high-density developments like Issaquah Highlands and Talus, modern kitchen plumbing frequently deals with heavy grease and food waste accumulation. Over time, these fats solidify, requiring professional hydro-jetting to fully restore flow.
Hard Water Scale: While Issaquah’s water is generally high quality, mineral deposits can still accumulate in older galvanized pipes found in the downtown corridor. This scaling narrows the diameter of the pipe, making it easier for hair and soap scum to create stubborn clogs.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Issaquah, Washington
Fall Leaf Clearing: Before the heavy November rains hit the Eastside, ensure all outdoor patio and driveway drains are cleared of fallen leaves. This prevents seasonal flooding that can seep into your crawlspace or garage.
Winter Freeze Protection: During Western Washington cold snaps, ensure your exterior drain lines are properly insulated. Frozen pipes can lead to cracks that only become apparent once they thaw, causing unexpected leaks.
Spring Sump Pump Check: As the snow melts from Tiger Mountain and Squak Mountain, Issaquah's water table can rise. Ensure your sump pump and its discharge drain are clear of winter debris to handle the increased runoff.
Summer Root Maintenance: In the drier months of July and August, tree roots are most active in their search for water. If you have older clay or Orangeburg pipes, this is the best time for a preventative camera inspection.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Issaquah, Washington
The cost of drain cleaning in Issaquah typically depends on the severity of the clog, the location of the blockage (main line vs. secondary line), and whether advanced tools like hydro-jetting or camera inspections are required.
Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Issaquah, Washington
How quickly can I get a plumber to my home in Issaquah?
Because we call and verify availability before connecting you, we can typically find a technician in our Issaquah network who can provide same-day or 24-hour emergency service.
Do you cover both the Highlands and Olde Town Issaquah?
Yes. Our system filters by your specific zip code, ensuring we find a certified plumber who is currently working in your specific neighborhood, whether it's 98027, 98029, or surrounding areas.
Are the plumbers in your Issaquah network licensed?
Absolutely. We only scan and verify certified, professional plumbers who are licensed to operate in Washington State and have a proven track record in the King County area.
What is the most common cause of sewer backups in Issaquah?
Due to our dense foliage, tree root intrusion is the leading cause of main line backups in Issaquah. Our verified plumbers often use specialized augers or hydro-jets to clear these stubborn obstructions.
How do I know the plumber is actually available?
Unlike standard directories, we don't just give you a number. We call the local Issaquah plumber ourselves to confirm they have an open slot in their schedule to help you today.
