Terry came out to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional and polite. Put up with my dogs jumping all over him and my 5 year old trying to talk to him the entire time. The price I think was high but I didn’t shop around. I went off the good reviews. In total it cost $1500.00 to power snake our kitchen drain and replace the plumbing under the sink. I was thinking it was gonna be a few hundred but I’m not an expert so…. I was give the price before any works was started. Anyways, my sink is draining and I can use my kitchen sink again, so I’m happy.

Austin was super nice and easy to work with. He unclogged our kitchen sink drain and gave us a bunch of good information on how to prevent it from happening again. We recently finished a large multi-item project with Marr's and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're new to the Bellingham area and back in the spring of 2024 we felt our 22 year old furnace was on the verge of giving up. We asked our neighbors for some recommendations and Marr's was mentioned more than any other company. The new furnace install went great and we we're thankful to have a reliable heat source once again. Fast forward 18 months and we decided it was time to try and reduce our propane use. We worked with Marr's to come up with a plan to replace our 22 year old tanked water heater with a more efficient tankless heater, install a heat pump add-on to work with our furnace and have the ducting cleaned and sealed. The tankless water heater and heat pump were installed at the end of Oct and the cleaning and sealing of the ducting was done last week. Every single person that Marr's sent out to work on our home or that I spoke on the phone with was friendly, courteous and professional. It was such a great experience with all of the above mentioned projects and I can't recommend Marr's enough.

Phil came to service my heat pump and gas fireplace yesterday. He spent an hour on each appliance, taking the fireplace completely apart to check and clean, and checking all components of my relatively new heat pump. Marr’s maintenance plan is very affordable and their technicians are well trained. I have enjoyed their services for several years and highly recommend this company.

We had a complete home replacement of all our ancient and corroded galvanized steel to copper, new pressure tank, new outdoor spigot, new shower fixtures and whole home filtration. Nick and his crew were excellent and brought a lot of care and attention to detail to everything they did, nothing seemed rushed or half done. Travis was awesome! We noticed a leak in our system when our water bill started creeping up. He fit us in ASAP and fixed the leak in our main water line! He and James were professional, expert, and friendly. Their prices are fair and they will come out, even on a weekend, to help you out in a pinch! On the day we moved into our new home in Whatcom county, our water heater started leaking and needed replacement ASAP. We had a push/pop drain in the bath tub that kept getting stuck in the locked position so would have to physically hold up the drain to drain the tub. And the shower pin to swap from bath to shower stopped working. We reached out the Grizzly and they were amazing!! Great communication, scheduled same week, and they replaced all the issues so we have a working drain and shower again!! They were a wonderful price and great customer service. Will only be using them in the future!!

Cade Hall is an excellent plumber. He replaced some faucets in a bath tub other plumbers couldn't. He won't do unnecessay work. He explains what he is doing, and his fees are fairly priced. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. He is punctual and communicates well with phone texts and calls.

Jeff was amazing. Woke up with no hot water and no idea what do to. Reached out and got a response almost immediately. He happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to stop by and evaluate the situation. In ten min he explained what the issue was, multiple options for a solution and then a quote. He recognized the urgency of a family not having hot water and was able to reschedule a non emergent afternoon appointment and was back same day in the afternoon to resolve. I have had excellent experiences with this plumbing company. They installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a hot water tank. Very professional, reliable and friendly. The lady plumber (Tricia) was amazing! She was knowledgeable and very good communication skills! I highly recommend them! Recently had to have my backyard faucet replaced. I asked for Tricia again because she is so knowledgeable and does excellent work! Phil came with her and he was very good as well! They had to make an access hole in the house in order to access the pipes and I was impressed with how careful they were to take accurate measurements before cutting. They provided a cover plate (see photo) and the hole was not that big. Excellent work! August 2025 I had water pressure trouble and Tricia and Noah were able to pinpoint where the leaks were in my house and assure me that the leak was not outside! They replaced all my bathroom faucets and rebuilt my toilet which had both the tank gasket and floor wax seal blown! They were courteous, friendly and professional. They clean up after themselves and do excellent work! They work well together as a team and I will most definitely request them for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend them!
