On Thanksgiving morning we woke up to sewer flowing out of a shower drain whenever anybody flushed the toilet. We had a house full of guests for Thanksgiving. At 6:30 AM on Thanksgiving I called this Roto Rooter Service Company And Thomas answered the phone and said he would get around and be right over. That’s exactly what he did and he had our sewer line unplugged in a timely manner. Because it was an emergency call on a holiday I thought it was going to cost a lot of money, but the invoice was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

I called Roto-Rooter in a panic tonight because our sewer was backing up into our showers and tubs. They were at our home within an hour, quickly assessed our situation and determined that my husband’s attempts to clear the clog had worked and nothing further was needed at this time; what a relief! I was prepared for a decent bill since it was after hours and emergent, but instead wasn’t even charged! He gave me their card and told me to call if we ever needed help again; I absolutely will! And I’m telling everyone I know! What a rare blessing to find someone who treats you like a friend in need and not a customer to be squeezed. Thank you, Roto-Rooter!

Thomas came out on a Sunday and fixed an issue regarding our plumbing around the dishwasher. He was honest and clear in what needed to be done. GREAT SERVICE!

Called for a drain clean out. The guys that arrived were professional and worked hard. I thought I had a great experience. Turns out they didn't reattach the washing machine drain hose and it flooded my laundry room. Thanks guys! Excellent job. I paid ~$645 for drain clean out, toilet removal, and camera scope to identify a collapsed drain line. Days later I called 2 other plumbers out of curiosity and they both quoted me $400 for the same work. I was quoted $13,500 for full replacement of the main drain line and all old cast iron pipes under the house. I had it done for $9,000. Let's not forget. I offered a credit card in my initial call, but we agreed to pay by check to avoid the fees. I kept in communication with Fabian and thought we were both on the same page that, with me living in Tulsa, I would have him paid within 48-72 hours upon completion of the 2nd part of job. While finally heading to Bartlesville, as I'm delayed 30m in construction traffic on 75, he has the AUDACITY to call me while I'm driving to ask me "Well are you going to pay?" Outstanding customer service!

This is a 5 star review that changed to a one star review 4 hours later. Kevin and Cody were on time, cordial and knowledgeable. They could not fix my drain due to an unrepairable blockage. They ran a snake down most of the drains including the washing machine. What they did not tell us was that they didn't plug the washer back in when they finished nor did they put the drain hose back in the drain pipe. My wife who is vision impaired could not get the washer to start. I plugged it back in but did not see their incompetence in not reattaching the drain. Water filled our hallway and bedrooms before we could get the washer to stop. Brand new flooring covered in 3 inches of water, carpet soaked and damaged. Oh, and I had to pay Adoni plumbing $150.00 to have a flooded hallway and bedrooms. Thoroughly disappointed Would had been a 5 star glowing review if in finishing they would have done their job thoroughly.

They are the best. My water heater was leaking bad and everyone I called was closed on Friday. Kevin came out right away clear to the rural place I live which no one wants to do by the way., and got everything fixed! Very friendly and professional service. I won't be calling anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!

Bluebison Services is definitely the place to call when you have septic needs. Their team was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. What really stood out was their quick response — they were able to come out the very same day(Ochelata), which was a huge relief. It’s hard to find service like that anymore. My floater was beeping last night. I called him this morning and they showed up around 45 minutes later. He checked the floater and moved it the right position. When I checked the hand pump again, it will not beep anymore. I think it's fixed. He thought the second floater might need change. Now we are waiting whether it will alarm again or not. It didn't alarm so far. I asked whether my tank needs cleaned, he told me it is still in good shape. I haven't serviced it for eight years. When I asked how much I should pay, he told me it is free. When the floater alarm again, he may change it and charge. He was professional and very nice. You can trust all his suggestions I think.

Calling Quality was the smartest and easiest thing I've done for my home in a while! We desperately needed our air ducts cleaned out. From making the appointment to having the service completed, everything was easy and painless. Gene and Gustavo were incredible! They explained everything, were so respectful of our home and time, and did a fantastic job. You wouldn't even know they had been here when they left because they left no mess or trace behind. They worked quickly and efficiently and even took a minute to humor our dog with some attention. I cannot recommend Quality enough! They also offer a maintenance program that is extensive and affordable. I appreciate knowing they will make sure our HVAC systems are well taken care of!

Nate and Brendan definitely did an amazing job replacing the overhead and electrical components on my house that was burnt up from a limb falling down onto my power line going through my yard (which I hate by the way) wish power lines in Haskell could be buried but that’s neither here nor there. Anyways they worked till 2 am last night trying to get me turned back on ASAP but ended up having to come back today to finish since there was a part they needed. Both electricians showed great compassion for me as I was literally about to have a meltdown from all the stress and lack there of sleep and having to miss work but both came out with a smile. I love using this company. I will include pics of before and after. Great work guys!

We have been using quality for plumbing, heating air conditioning.As of today , electrical work as well. Couldn't be any more satisfied with the work and responsiveness of the team here at quality. Today , we had the pleasure of nate in cameron , coming to do something replacement work on one of our gf outlets. Problem solved in a jiffy. Mason’s floored me by how quick and helpful they were. My kitchen sink drain literally fell apart as I was trying to reconnect it. I gave them a call and they came right away. The plumber did great, quick work and we are so happy with the results. We will be returning costumers, if we ever need help with a plumbing issue again.

Amazing people, Came out last minute late night on new years eve. Not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond to ensure the issue was fixed, gave tips, and things I can do my self to help the ongoing issue. Also gave a really good quote in comparison to other places on repairing my drain line (old pipe, caving in) couldnt ask for better help.

We had a leak on our top floor coming down into the ceiling that we noticed. I called Monday morning and they were out first thing on Tuesday. Thomas and Wyatt where the two gentleman that came out. They fixed the issue quickly and professionally. This is at least the second time I’ve had Masons out (for other repairs) and they’ve always been great.

Had a shower replaced that took a reasonable amount of time. One of the workers, though, would stare at my wife if she was anywhere nearby, which was disconcerting. They got upset when we asked them to put back a vital piece of insulation several feet in size between the shower basin and garage water heater. Tried to get us to do it ourselves first, then finally put it themselves. Also left the shower drain pipe jagged and sticking ABOVE the level or the shower drain, meaning the drain rocks or sides off if touched! To top it all off, they basically demanded payment the moment they were “done,” not even offering an invoice or caring that the checkbook wasn’t available (never mentioned payment would have to be immediate). Also simply wouldn’t give a detailed cost estimate for the insurance claim.

Responsive, Friendly and Efficient. Water heater failed on a Sunday afternoon and they had me up and running by Monday morning! Highly recommend!

Tyler has done several jobs for us in the last month or so and he is now our go to for plumbing needs. He works around your schedule and is very conscious about cost. His prices are very reasonable and he is in and out quickly. On top of this he’s a really nice guy. I highly recommend him.

We've used a variety of plumber's over the years, but Tyler is the first one I call on. Whether it's inspecting and fixing up the plumbing on one of our new properties or coming out to troubleshoot a known issue, he's quick, punctual, courteous with our tenants, reliable, and reasonably priced.
