My husband & I have used VP a few times, and we are very happy with their work! We have had them repair not 1 but 2 busted pipes, install new toilets, and unclog drains. They have been consistently communicative, kind, and available. We will definitely continue to use them for future emergencies and projects! The Vintage Plumbing Company helped clear some tree roots that blocked our drainage. They are excellent in communications throughout the whole process, from booking the appointment, informing their arrival, explaining the problems and solutions, to the payment. They answered my questions during and after their work and shared additional information I requested. I really appreciate their service.

Great job guys. the master plumber came out while working with the apprentice and addressed my issues directly, were clear about pricing, discussed timeframes and set expectations and had very gentle respectful demeanor while they fixed my plumbing, sink, toilet, checked my ac drain line, hot water heater, and garbage disposal!

Called to have someone come out and snake a bathtub drain. They said they needed to know the year the house is built and if I had some kind of drain in back yard before they could come out. I don’t know either of these things off the top of my head and I don’t think this information is important to run a snake down a bathtub drain. I will be calling another plumber that knows how to agree on a date and time without complicating the situation so they don’t have to work. If you don’t want to work on a Sunday just say so.

This is the 2nd plumbing company that said it would be $2500 to fix a simple toilet flange. They came out looked at my flange and didn’t offer to fix it. They told me go to Locke Supply and get an expandable flange. Well I called y’all out to fix it? Well I went and spent $50 on an expandable flange, wax ring, and thicker bolts. That’s exactly what fixed it. The toilet hasn’t leaked the decade I’ve lived in my residence so why suddenly would you have to re concrete and do extra unnecessary things for $2500? Screw them.

New leak, same plumber. Buddys’s has fixed: - leak in the foundation - without breaking the foundation - replaced my worn out shower controls - fixed a hot water leak - without much cutting - repaired a major leak outside And today, they repaired a leak in my sprinkler system. I know when they come, they are going to let me know what’s going on, and they will try to do the least they can to fix the problem (in terms of tearing up the walls/floors). The latest leak occurred yesterday. Their schedule was full until today. I left my water off rather than find another plumber. I found them through the BBB, where they have an A+ review, and have for years. I hope to never see them again, but when this nearly 50 year old house pops another pipe, Buddy’s is who I’ll call. The first photo is the result under ground. Looks great. Much better connection, and easier to operate inline valve. In the second, that’s what the area looked like after they refilled the 2 foot deep hole. And it’s actually flatter than before. So they also left the job site a bit better than when they arrived. A bit less grass, but flatter overall.

The plumber, Ryan, showed up on time and was professional and efficient. Fixed my leak quickly, and explained exactly what options I had in completing the task. I am a commercial real estate broker in Norman, and have managed several apartment complexes and commercial office buildings and retail space during the last 25 years - so I have used several local plumbing firms over the years. We have had super bad plumbing back up in our house the last year and a half it finally got to where our sinks in the kitchen weren’t draining at all and we had zero water pressure in our bathroom. John Steve, saved the day with the miraculous handyman skills and plumbing education. Not only did we get our sink fixed today, but they also left us with a bundle full of knowledge. Not that we wouldn’t love to see them again, but that way we didn’t have to see them again under these circumstances. John and Steve remained completely professional the entire time walking us through every step as they were doing it and even went back over a few things a couple of times. David, my technician today was the best I could hope for. I will request him by name going forward. I get anxious having plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc coming into my home. Always looking for one of those types that you just trust what he tells you and David is that guy! As for Brandon’s, I actually called them because the first business i called didnt seem to have it all together. Brandons booked my appointment with no issues and all communication subsequent to the appointment and arrival time was spot on. Price was very reasonable. I called on a Sunday for a non-emergency plumbing issue to see if I could schedule an appointment on Monday. Chris answered immediately and provided helpful tips to prevent any damage to my water tank until my appointment. He scheduled me for an early morning appointment. Danny and Michael arrived promptly and provided a call before hand confirming their arrival time. They were both professional, considerate of tracking snow into my home and were able to figure out and fix the issue in a short amount of time. I will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent customer service.

I called him and they were out the next day (and it was even a weekend ) without charging me any extra. They fixed my disabled brothers sewer line at his house. They made him feel very comfortable while they worked and got the line all cleared out. They were so nice and respectful to me. I will definitely use them again.

Hector did an amazing job getting the sewer line replaced in a very timely fashion. Citty came out and issued the permit and he put all the dirt back looks good.

Armstrong Plumbing fixed a slab leak for me today and will be my go-to plumbing company from now on. Dusty was amazing to work with and very transparent and honest with his pricing. His helper, Jason, was fantastic as well. They were professional, respectful and took the time to show me the issues and explain how they would fix them. They even took the time to fix another small issue that I mentioned after they were finished repairing the slab leak. I was not expecting that to be done today and really appreciate them for completing it while they were already here. 10/10 would recommend.

Dusty is a polite man who knows his business and explained what needed to be done while giving us options. He did a fine job for us and was most comfortable to have in our house. Having a loyalty to his customers (having grown up in this area) and a devotion to his wife and two daughters, Dusty is conscientious to do good work.

Called this morning on water heater issues. Service was same day and seen within 2 hours. I was given options on what needed to be done and an accurate estimate on a new water heater. I recently bought a house and I asked for a new water heater and the owner agreed and bought one. Plumbworx installed the water heater. When I moved in the water heater wasn't working ( no fault on Plumbworrx )The owner himself came out twice and his brother came out 3 times with only the intention of getting me hot water and not costing me a fortune. I know this because they told me that. They stood by what they said. Who does that anymore? It's impossible to find customer service like that anymore!
