Ethan was amazing. We found an issue with our restroom and bathtub being clogged last night. Pippin sent Ethan out early this morning. He took care of our immediate problem and quoted us for the bigger problem that may arise. Answered all of our questions, let my husband see the roots in the pipes. Never felt like we were being taken advantage of, pushed or mis led. We appreciate the swift response and solution! The price was unbeatable and we feel very lucky we went with Pippin Brothers!

We had Robert come out to change a valve and install a trim kit. He was super nice and professional. We are super happy with the results and would always come back to Robert at Pippin Brothers if we needed anything else.

Mr Codoponey was the an individual sent out to trouble shoot the problem of no hot water after the initial installation. The problem he encountered with the hot water was above his level of experience. He said the company would have to send someone else out. Mr Robert came out about 6:00 pm and diagnosed the problem with minutes. He said it was a burner unit problem. He asked me did I wanted it fixed that night or wait until Monday, I said I would like to have hot water over the weekend. So he said it will be done. He told me he would have to go back to the company and get another burner unit and that would take about an hour. So he left and returned within an hour with the unit. He fixed it within about 10 minutes. We talked for about 10 minutes after finishing the job and I could see that he was all about pleasing the buyer. He said he had been doing this for 37 years and his experience showed. Mr Robert is a real asset to the Pippin Brothers company. He's a fine man. I thank him for his service. Willie Cummings

Adam Freeman originally came to do the service check. My unit was originally installed by a now out of business service. There were several issues (of which I was aware) the previous techs had...plundered. I had intended to have these issues corrected but Adam pointed out how fixing these now could save my new unit from future repair costs if left unattended. He was knowledgeable and explained what and why the various things were being done. One example of the repairs he made? The techs that installed this new unit (now 2 years old) had ran the condensation drainage through the filter housing. Essentially compromising the efficiency of the filter leaving a 4 inch gap that was sealed with foil tape. The actual filter should have been a 20 inch filter not a 16 that was "urban engineered" to fit. In short I appreciated his honesty and professionalism in doing the job quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. I could have paid more and not have had the issue appropriately addressed. I feel confident that my unit will be in service for many years to come. Thanks to Adam's exceptional service.

Kevin was absolutely amazing! He came in with such a positive attitude super nice and professional from the start. He was incredibly friendly with my kids, which I truly appreciated as a mom. He took the time to check out every single thing thoroughly, took lots of pictures, and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. I totally 100% recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone who is detailed, professional, and genuinely kind.

The person they sent was Ruben. He was so nice. It was snowing, icy and freezing but he still greeted me with an introduction and a smile. He explained what was wrong with our fireplace in terms that I could understand and let me know about the plumbing deals going on AND discounts that were available if we signed up for a membership. Because of Ruben, we now have a reliable company that we can depend on and a safe gas line for a cozy fire.

Edit: they scheduled another appointment for Wednesday to do the camera again... I called Pippen Brothers this afternoon, the same $99 service fee, they came out within a couple of hours and quickly cleared my line and ran a camera. If you want quality service and good customer service, do what I did, go elsewhere. My experiences with Pippen Brothers have been great. A complete night and day from these con artists My family of 4 (3 females) have not had working toilets in over a week because our home warranty company contracts with AllTech. In the past they have added charges and tried to get me to buy a whole heating and air system because mine wouldn't last the weekend (over $10k) my system is still working strong 6 months later. This current situation, it took them a few days to come out to my non working restrooms. The person they senta few days later on Monday didn't have the proper tools to properly snake the line. They made me wait til late Wednesday afternoon (still with no toilets or showers). He also didn't have the proper tools to fix the problem. I then had to wait til Friday and they showed up at 730 at night. 2 hours past their window. They only called me when the warranty company called them. I called twice without a return call. Every dealing with them has been a horrible experience. We are probably going to change warranty companies just to avoid dealing with them again. Go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Alltech Heating and Air. I called the day before snowmageddon was set to hit majority of the U.S. with below freezing temps, high precipitation chances and my heater was working only at times. From start to finish, alltech reached out to me within the hour of making a request and gave me a slotted time for service. They provided me with updates and even came out earlier than expected. The tech, Josh was PHENOMENAL. He was very professional, arrived on time, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was being done. After identifying the problem and troubleshooting for the solution, he rechecked his work and ensured everything was operational. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them.

We experienced trouble with a propane wall heater and asked Altech Lawton OK for a repairman who came the very next day (name of Daniel). He was very professional and knew exactly what to do, finishing the job without complications. Altech has always been there for our repairs and we have always been very happy with the results.

Johnson's Plumbing will always be my first choice. They have helped me with sewer issues, plumbing issues, frozen busted pipes. They are always professional, reliable and reasonable on their prices. I would rather wait for them to come out than to use someone else.

Johnson's Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We had a few plumbing issues...rusted / bad toilet flange, clogged shower drain, and an issue with our shower head. They came out within a few hours of calling. Brandon and Chris were awesome!!! Fast, professional, and locally owned. Highly recommend!

Called them at 4pm, came out at 1 pm next day, Brandon did an excellent job getting our drain cleared out, only took 45 minutes or so to take care of it. Very professional, made sure everything was flowing as it should. Cleaned up after himself, and disposed of the mess. Definitely will be using them again if needed.

Travis at Call The Doc did a wonderful job of unblocking my plumbing. He came after another plumbing company came and was not able to clean out the stoppage. Will for sure use Call The Doc again and particularly Travis.

I needed to finally change my air conditioning system that was about 42 years old. I gathered at least 5 to 6 estimates. This company provided me the lowest estimate. I went with it not because of the money. I went with it because of the initial person they sent to do the estimate. Darryl is a very soft spoken man who Demonstrated care and desire to resolve a problem. He was able to diagnose very quickly why the system was leaking water. He fixed it quickly and even changed our filter for us. He and Joey show a lot of pride in their company and bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. They returned to the house a couple of times to make sure the system was working properly for me. I am happy I selected them. This is the company to which a person can develop a very strong loyalty. Call on them to resolve your A/C problem. You will not be disappointed.

David and Joe were wonderful!!! They asked and offered to come early which was perfect. They got the job done in a timely manner. I didn’t have to wait all day. They were very professional! Quality efficient work and kind people! Solid plumbing, solid people, solid work!!!! True Professionals!!!!

Kenny was extremely professional in fixing my water heater. It was leaking from the supply line, and he not only repaired it quickly but also went out of his way to clean up the mess. He explained what caused the issue and gave me tips on preventing problems in the future. He’s the kind of employee who clearly cares about his work and his customers, and honestly, I don’t think they pay Kenny enough for the outstanding service he provides. While I do wish corporate would be more fair with pricing, this plumbing service is still the best in town at the time of this review. I recommend booking during the day shift—it saved me money compared to the overnight shift. Kenny got the job done quickly, professionally, and with great customer care. Wishing him and the team nothing but the best!

Because when the plumber left the situation was worse than when they got to my residence. The owner Chris called my wife, my daughter, and me liars. Rachel was rude and called us liars. Chris told my daughter "We were taking away from his technicians," by asking for a refund because the work wasn't done. Chris said "we have lost a plumber for life." This is not how you do business especially after I had been a customer for over 10 years. We were told that we denied access to our home and backyard. Finally the second female person had no customer service skills by calling my daughter "Honey" and informing my daughter the female had been doing customer service for 30 years.

Yesterday these two wonderful plumbers from Andy’s plumbing spent from 9 AM to 5:30 PM replacing several sections of my sewer pipe. The original pipe was installed 17 years ago and a long section by the easement had bowed downward causing blockage. They installed two clean outs and a flapper by the house. They also repaired my sprinkler system that the cable people had cut when they buried my internet cable. They were careful not to break the orange internet cable. The had to do a lot of shovel digging in clay soil filled with rocks. It was 104 degrees but they never lost their cool. They refilled the trenches, smoothed out the dirt, and picked up the trash. If I could give them more than a five star rating, I would do so.

With it being summer and people needing new central air units, I cannot recommend Andy’s Plumbing enough! They have excellent customer service, always get back to you as soon as possible and whatever you need done they make it happen. They have wonderful prices and payment plans. We used them last year to replace our whole sewer line and they got it done in about 3 days. I’ve never had any issues with them, and out of the 4 places I called about the air conditioner, they had the best prices and could be here the fastest! (Pics of my new unit because I’m so happy to have it😂)

Andy's plumbing is by far the best plumbing company to work in my home since arriving in Lawton, Ok in Jan 1977. The owner Shane has a lot to be proud of. He has a team of plumbers that are experienced, well-trained, courteous, and highly professional. Recently I noticed that my water was not heating up like it should. After having this heater for over 10 years I decided to buy a new one and called Andy's to install it. Chuck and Justin came out and installed the new heater and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with their work; however, that did not solve the problem the underlying problem. So as not to confuse the reader of this review, I'm going to leave out a lot of details as to what followed and get to the point. Chuck and his assistant came back out to the house. Long story short, I had a slab leak that was the cause of my initial problem. Andy's sent Zak and his assistant Triston to fix the problem. The leak was found and fixed. Another plumber was dispatched to my house to help. The fix required getting inside base cabinets underneath the kitchen sink and countertop on the other side of the kitchen. I had hot water when they left. Low and behold my wife got up the following and felt through her stocking feet the ceramic floor tile in the laundry room was hot. She and I drove down to Andy's plumbing and pleaded our case. The young lady we spoke to, Lauren I believe, was very receptive, polite, and courteous. By the time we got there I believe all the workers were already dispatched out to their assigned jobs. After getting off the phone, she told us someone would be out soon. Shortly after getting back home, Shane, the owner showed up and assessed the situation and determined I had another slab leak in a different line. Wow. He then called in the cavalry. At one time I had approx. 5 or 6 plumbers working in my house to fix the problem. Once they were finished, Shane checked everything out to include the water meter check and assured me the problem was fixed and warranted for 12 months. He also agreed to put a summary of the work performed with the invoice which he did. It was easy for me to understand why he had such an outstanding group of employees. I spent over 26 years on active duty in the army and knew good leadership when I saw it in his actions. I'm now settled in my new home and wanted to take the time out to say thank you to Shane and his employees for being the great team that they are. They came through for me when I was under a lot of stress and needed the help. For that I am grateful and wish all of you the very best in this new year. David Ward

We had a plumbing problem (sink backed up; flooding from the water heater closet; bathtub not draining properly etc.) I called some of the "name brand" plumbers in the area and either: got an answering machine, no answer, or was told I would have to wait 4 (four) days until someone could come. When I called STEELE Plumbing, I was able to speak with a human being and he came with an assistant later that day. He was able to quickly determine the problem and fix it right away! Also, he recommended a solution that was less expensive that what I thought I would need. Quick, professional, effective, and reasonably priced! Any issues in the future, I am definitely going to call him first!

Best plumber in Lawton by far! Needed a plumber to come look at my leaking spigot in my front yard. Called and they were at my house within 2 hours. Friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly.

Always does a great job and remembers 4 years later what they did to help with pluming the last time we had an issue. They know their stuff and have been doing it a while. They also show up pretty quickly after they have been called. I would and am recommending them to friends and family.

I called mid day and was able to schedule same day service. Willie C. was very professional and respectful. He was able to fix my drain problem in a timely manner. I will definitely use their services again if the need arrises.

Nate and Nate came out and located the leak in the guest bath very quickly. They were professional and knowledgeable. There was minimal invasion to get to the leak. Done in -30 mins!!

Chrissy and Dustin came out to my parents home to find a gas leak. Not only did they find and fixed 3 leaks they were so nice and explained everything they were going to do to find the leak/s. My mom was so happy they fixed the issues and now I can sleep better at night. HUGE THANK YOU to them both!!!

Mark is the best plumber around! A very nice man who helped us with a huge pipe problem needing replacement ,with drainage back-up. We had to dig a hole , then he discovered that the pipe busted. We highly recommend him!!!

Arrived late spent more time outside smoking then in the house working on drain. Was here 2 hours and accomplished absolutely nothing except cracking our toilet.

I've always had Mark take care of my plumbing. Mark works hard and cares about his customer's. He takes his work seriously and never leaves until the job is done right.
