I had been having plumbing problems in my home for a couple of years and had your typical plumbers come out and do inspections and quick ‘fixes’ only for the problems to never go away. Fast forward to when the problem advanced and started coming out from my walls inside my home. I immediately knew to contact Stephen at Okie plumbing because I knew they had advanced technology to figure out the real problem. He came in about 10 minutes to assess the situation. Turns out, I had busted pipes that had flooded underneath my home entirely. Where other plumbers never took the time to figure out the real issue, Okie made the time and took appropriate measures to locate the issue and take care of the problem immediately. These guys were at my home for days on end fixing the piping and didn’t stop til the job was completed. I had a new shower installed as well. I was so pleased to see that they even went above and beyond to fix my kitchen sink faucet and even my broken outside faucet that I never even mentioned to them. I’m an extremely happy customer and highly recommended for all of your plumbing needs.

10/10. The people at Full Send were incredibly knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing the problem with my AC unit. Once we figured out the issue, they were able to replace it quickly and very reasonable priced. They install guys were very respectful and stayed after install to check and make sure everything was working proper. Will definitely use them for any issue I may have in the future!

I experienced a water shutoff leak under my sink on a Friday afternoon, just before a significant cold snap and winter storm. I contacted several plumbers to find one who could assist without an exorbitant charge. When I called Full Send, I explained my situation, and they provided a price over the phone, stating they would confirm availability and call me back. Their return call was remarkably swift, almost instantaneous. They informed me of their arrival time, and true to their word, they arrived precisely as scheduled. They resolved my primary issue, along with another, within 30 minutes. I also appreciate the convenience of their online payment option. I will certainly use them again in the future!

Highly recommend. Our air conditioner went out during the peak of the summer and they were literally within a few hours of me calling, showed up, diagnosed, fixed, and had it back up and running in less than an hour. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with their work.

Had a slow draining toilet, cracked toilet base, etc., due to the house's previous owner. L&B Plumbing did quick, thorough, high-quality work. I'm so grateful for their professionalism and clarity! Everyone was so kind and helpful -- from the person who set up the appointment to the guys who spent hours at my house making sure everything was fixed properly AND cleaned up! to the billing person who allowed me to split up my payments during a financially tricky time. We have been using L&B for plumbing repairs as well as for new lines over the past year and they do great work! Getting new septic lines dug with an existing slab is not light work and they worked hand in hand with the. Remodeling crew they recommended, DC Home Improvements, to excavate the old lines and to plumb the new lines as well as getting the new plumbing fixtures ordered and installed for the remodeling of the two baths. Their crew is very professional, efficient and reliable. They explain everything they need to do in detail before they do it, provide options and give thorough estimates. Their availability has been excellent. They are there when we need them most! Laura R has been instrumental in getting my double bathroom remodel completed - she helped me order a custom vanity, helped with decisions on the new set up and suggested beautiful colors and fixtures. She’s fabulous and knowledgeable! Brian R and Austin and the whole crew are the best!! I’ll have to update with photos when all is completed!

Showed up when they said they would, did the work and were super nice people. They did not hesitate doing the work and got it done. Everything was cleaned up before they left, very happy about that. They briefed me on how to use the system and tips on what to watch for to make it work best. I asked them to install a water filter / softening system to help improve water quality. I think the Stillwater water may be too much of a challenge for this system. I would call them again for plumbing work. Very nice people.

On Sunday, I called Patriot expecting to leave a voicemail but a very nice person answered and we made an appt. for Tuesday for help with a leaking pipe in our irrigation system. Tuesday at 8:30 am help arrived from Patriot. Two technicians got to work examining, diagnosing, fixing and testing their work. Joe assured me that if anything went wrong Wednesday (today) he would come right back and fix it! Nothing went wrong - the pipe doesn't leak and the system works great. Patriot technicians are on time, very friendly and know what they are doing! A+. EXCELLENT is the grade my husband and I give them! I would recommend Patriot Sewer and Drain Services, Inc. to ALL!

Candace was able to get her guys out here pretty fast. Joe and Patrick was able to find my clean out and find out I needed more services than they could provide. They were here maybe 30 minutes, and didn’t charge me anything, even after digging for my clean-out. I definitely give them 5 stars!

So here's my experience with Patriot The plumber was great he was a nice guy did his job My issue is with Patriots self it cost $1,800 to get a water heater put in . So I came home from work Friday and my water heater went out try to call several plumbers and finally got Patriot . So I called we discuss the water heater didn't know what size it was we estimated a 40 she never gave me an estimate never seen anything I forgot to ask about what it was going to cost I was upset and I wanted to get one in so they bring a 40 over it doesn't fit it's too big and I find a 30 gallon cuz that's what he says is going to work at Lowe's for $450 and I tell him about it so Saturday they come out put the water heater in still charging me $1,800 I had a discount 10% discount which brought it to 1620 I asked for an invoice this is what makes me mad he gives me an invoice as his water heater 1800 discount makes it 1620 so I call them up and asked them for a detailed invoice what do I get I get the same crap so I want to know why I got charged 18 what I'm getting charged $1,800 for are you charging me for a 40 gallon instead of a 30 I know where you got the water heater

I had a stopped up sewer line and a hot water heater that wouldn’t light and the guys came out and took care of things in just a couple of hours. I rescheduled a time for them to come back and install a clean out on that sewer line and to run a camera to see the problem. Old tile and tree roots. They do a good job in a timely fashion, I was satisfied. The only issue with me is it seemed a little high. I’m old school and not used to things costing so much. But thanks for a job well done.

Just had leak #2 after pay $1300 to fix leak #1 then got another leak under the house under my sink. Called Advantage & they fixed it fast & recommended barbarity for those pesky mice. Very professional and fast. Really, really reasonable too! They are my answer for Plumbing & A/C work along with proven advice!
