The owner, Josh, always does quality work and is very knowledgeable. I can relay on him to do a quality job the first time. He's also come up with innovative solutions to a couple of my "plumbing" problems. Highly recommend. Used them again today, this time on a toilet repair (2/27/2023). Zane and Josh did a great job. Josh and Zach showed up the next day as our shower and toilets were backed up. We had a collapsed line in the back and they got it replaced quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. Very communicative and took care of us every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I have used this company for different reasons and they’ve been wonderful each time. They’re always professional friendly, and helpful. They even take time to answer my questions. This time I had a leaky water heater. I called in the morning time and they sent Zane and Joshua out within a couple of hours. They both were super nice, knowledgeable, and were able to replace the heater within a few hours. I plan on using this company for future repairs/projects.

I called with a clogged toilet. They were here an hour after I called. They snaked my drain and it’s flushing again. Very proffesional! I appreciate the fast response to my problem! Thanks

Called to have someone come out and snake a bathtub drain. They said they needed to know the year the house is built and if I had some kind of drain in back yard before they could come out. I don’t know either of these things off the top of my head and I don’t think this information is important to run a snake down a bathtub drain. I will be calling another plumber that knows how to agree on a date and time without complicating the situation so they don’t have to work. If you don’t want to work on a Sunday just say so.

I'm really not sure what to think. I contacted plbing master's when the plber I've been using for years closed down. I explained the exact issue I was having when I made the appointment as well as to the two young men who came out (the dishwasher drain line) . They completely disregarded me and decided the problem was my new garbage disposal. I don't even have a new garbage disposal. They also loudly cussed when they saw my plumbing. I'm not any sort of prude but it was really off putting. I don't find it offensive but I certainly question your judgements and intelligence. They also basically told me they were guessing at what could fix it and seemed very unsure of themselves. However, they did finally fix the issue I needed addressed. I wouldn't call them again, at all, and I've already told someone who asked my experience to avoid them. You can see from the manager's response where their "techs" get their attitudes.

I had a clogged drain and Plumbing Masters was my first call. Immediately from the first call I was in good hands, Jasmine was so sweet and understanding. I got scheduled and had Chiconas out quickly. Not only were Malcom and Troy professional, they were courteous! They had me taken care of and even cleaned up after themselves. I had an emergency DIY repair underneath my sink this morning and I couldn't get it to stop leaking. I found this company on Google they came right out within an hour or so fix the issue and also replaced another valve I was intending to work on and did it at a real decent rate! Now I have them on the schedule to come back Monday to replace my main water line valve inside my house! I was definitely pleased with my first experience with this company! I wish I knew the guy's name they told me he was the general manager that did the job! He deserves a raise 😊! I had someone issues with my tub draining into my shower. Called and got the quickest service imaginable 15-20 mins for arrival and took about another 15-20 mins for work with a great price! Highly recommend!!

A few weeks ago I was having trouble with my toilet constantly getting clogged, so I did some research and found plumbing masters. I set up an appointment and the plumber who came to help was Jesse. Super professional and seemed like he was happy to do his job. Turns out, my little kid tried to flush her toy fish down the toilet. Thankfully he was able to get it out and toilet worked perfectly after that! He even explained to my little girl that she shouldn’t flush things down the toilet. Thank you Jesse! I called Mr Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City, told them of my situation, that my sewer line was stopped up. And I need to get it unstop because I have three special needs children and three nurses taking care of the boys, Jay of Mr Rooter, came out, trying to unstop it to no avail turns out my line was collapsed. I had a wonderful experience with Gus walking me through the entire process of how the plumbing works within my home. From the toilet water level to the clean out valve, he was able to professionally explain the ins and outs of how it all works. The only issue I had was the time I had to allot to waiting for Gus to arrive. They offer three hour windows for service, typical in that industry, however, a three hour window that turns into four and a half cost me an entire day of productivity. I wouldn’t fault them on their timelines, I would just ask that if their main plumber can not make the specified timeline, hand another fill in. I say all that to say this, when the time comes, I will definitely be calling Gus to come install the new gen clean out mechanism.
