I called in with a clogged drain, they were able to schedule me for the same day. The technician had the job done and we didn’t miss a step. We had a leak in our circulation pipe. A team came out to assess and determined it was a break in the pipe in the slab. It was going to require a different team to come out. Originally we were told our hot water tank would have to be pulled but when Jon came the next day, he said he could jack hammered the slab up without moving it. He did a fantastic job. He used a small hand jack hammer to do the job. He replaced the pipe and then came back the next day and filled in the cement. He did a very clean job and it looks great. He is an excellent plumber. Very experienced and personable. Our only complaint was We felt the price was high considering it took in all about 5 hours. We thought the price quoted was because they thought they would have to pull our hot water tank but Mullins standard slab leak price “starts” at $3500. If cost isn’t an issue I would highly recommend using Mullins; however if cost is an issue then you might want to check with other plumbers. We have used Mullins on several jobs over the years.

As a fellow plumbing contractor, there are times that it’s nice to have good relationships with other companies in your area. I had a job that needed drain cleaning before I could run a camera to inspect the sewer to locate potential breaks in the line. I called Superior Plumbing and they had Tyler G. out to my job within the hour! He was able to clear the line and I was able to go on with my inspection! The office staff that I spoke to was friendly and helpful as usual! Some jobs it’s best to team up and tackle a project together where all 3 parties (Superior, Myself & the customer) all come out happy and this was one of them! I can’t recommend Superior Plumbing and Tyler G enough! With the upfront pricing & no sales gimmicks, these guys know what they’re doing!

Tyler came to my house the same day and fixed the clogged main line as a referral from Homeserve. The service was great and I will be switching all my business from Air Assurance. My girlfriend also uses Homeserve and they sent Superior out recently as well and she was extremely pleased with he service.

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. To start- they were referred by my home warranty. Amy kept me up to date with scheduling. Tyler arrived and unfortunately I need more work than expected. Dakota was also extremely knowledgeable. Amy and the guys worked with my warranty company making it super easy for me (not something you commonly hear with warranty claims!) and the entire team at Superior Plumbing, especially Tyler but not forgetting Nate either, do a FANTASTIC job! My home was left without a spec of mud which was impressive. I have always HATED plumbing issues, who doesn’t?! But Superior Plumbing made it so easy to take care of! I will absolutely be using them in the future. And let’s not forget, Cory, the HVAC guy also came and checked out my heat and air while all the other work was being done! I DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND SARGENT’s PLUMBING!!! Andrew and his team of two arrived on time. Kept me posted every step of the way , including En route process. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Very Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, polite, respectful. My old water heater 20 years old and on its last leg. I heard him conferencing with the team about process . Difficulties encountered but handled with shear expertise. Cleaned up as the work progressed. He even gave me a VERY SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT FOR BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN AND ALSO BEING ON TOTAL DISABILITY. I offered to pay the entire cost, but he refused and insisted on the discount for me. It was very much appreciated!!! There are few companies who honor their word and do PRISTINE WORKMANSHIP !!! He also insisted on showing me his Plumber’s license, his apprentice did the same . He also had one young man in training who did none of the technical work, but observed and Andrew taught as he went through the process, including the unexpected circumstances. I LOVE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY!!! I will never use another! I cannot say enough ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANDREW SARGENT PLUMBING.

I went through 3 other plumbers before I fould Tulsa Plumbing Experts. I am soooo glad I did. Amber and JR were great to work with and did everthing they said they would. TPE beat all prices by a landslide. They were the most professional of all of the plumbers. They also had the most user friendly website. Other plumbers tried to overcharge me and said it would take 3 days to replace my sewer line from my house to the city main. They did it in one day and their workmanship was outstanding. The plumber they sent out was knowledgeable and very nice! He explained what needed to be done beforehand. We've used Wise Plumbing three times now. Once to replace a toilet. And twice to clear clogged drains. The toilet install went flawlessly as did the unplugging of our drains. We have an older house so our drains back up every so often. I highly recommend this company!

We started having trouble with our kitchen sink one morning—the water just wouldn’t go down the drain. We tried calling a few plumbers around Tulsa, but couldn’t reach anyone. I even used some drain cleaner, but it didn’t help. The next day, I got in touch with Joel's Finest Plumbers and spoke to a friendly person who answered right away and listened to my problem. She asked a couple of questions and let me know that the crew was finishing up another job but would come over as soon as they could. About an hour later, Brendan and his father showed up. They explained everything clearly, gave us two different quotes, and got right to work. The whole job was finished quickly and everything was cleaned up nicely. Brendan even called later that day to check if everything was working well or if we had any other questions. The service was excellent from start to finish. I’m very happy with how professional and helpful everyone was. If I need a plumber again, I’ll definitely use them and recommend them to anyone in Tulsa looking for top-notch plumbing help!

Outstanding plumbing service! The team arrived on time, offered fair and upfront pricing, and really knew their way around water heaters. Our technicians, Ross and Herbert, did a fantastic job replacing our water heater quickly and with no hassle. We appreciated being able to get a quote over the phone, since not every plumbing company does that. Their rates were very competitive, and they managed to fit us into their schedule right away. Ross and Herbert gave us a call when they were on the way and arrived within the promised time window. They worked efficiently, even taking care of an extra job by clearing out our laundry drain. The whole process was finished in about an hour. We’ve had mixed experiences with plumbers before, but this crew was honest and didn’t try to upsell us or create unnecessary repairs. We’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs!

Ross was awesome! Very nice and helpful! Explained what he was doing and how the system works in a way that I (a non-plumber) could understand. Got here super quick and took care of everything! Also gave me a 30 warranty to come back if the drain continues to have issues. Would recommend and use again!

I had three leaks after the freeze last week. I was provided fast efficient service. My technician went over all options with me and got my leaks fixed/pipes replaced with pex for a reasonable price. Update- changing to zero stars if I could. First off the plumber told me his repairs were under warranty but apparently wrote in the notes he informed me they were not. I don’t appreciate being lied to, but I do take responsibility for not asking to read everything in full as he only gave me the pad with the signature page pulled up. Claimed not having good service and said I would be sent the receipt via email after signing. I was verbally told the work had a one year warranty. (Photo posted because I was never shown this when I signed the electronic pad) I now have leaks where he made new connections because he did not do the work he claimed. I should have inspected myself. I called Friday and they informed me that it was not under warranty. ( At this time I looked up the receipt via email that was sent well after the service and knew I had been deceived) I informed them I was lied to about the warranty and they said they would have a project manager give me a call to schedule a time to come out. I never received a call. I have been without water all weekend thanks to faulty repair work. Video showing the leaking at the connections. All I wanted was them to send someone out to make it right. I’m being avoided instead. Beware. **Update again- they called me and claimed they tried to get someone out Friday but were short staffed. I never got a phone call. They said they wanted to get a project manager out to make it right. I went ahead and scheduled and missed a third partial day of work for this. The project manager insisted that the work of the technician was good and it was the polybutylene pipe that was leaking, but as you can see the technician only put in 2” of pex in this area when I was charged for 30 feet total . I asked why I didn’t have pex ran to the connections to the bath connections that were easily accessible with an access panel knowing polybutylene is weak, and I paid for 30 feet and only had maybe 3 feet in total put in. ( picture of cost attached). I was told he didn’t have an answer for that. I just ordered 100 feet for $47. They are having the supervisor look into it. I’m still without water. They didn’t make it right. Instead I’m quoted over 11,000 to replace everything which I am sure was the end goal for the company. Again beware… this company wants to take advantage of people and try to make money. I have everything ordered to fix this myself for less than $100. Will update when I have it fixed myself which I should have done in the first place. Crooked company. ***Last edit, I fixed the leak myself. I went ahead and ran pex up both sides because I don’t trust the other connection he made would not fail as well. I should have fixed it myself to begin with. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. They could have done the right thing and fixed the leak in ten minutes that was not properly fixed, and I grossly overpaid for to begin with. What kind of company doesn’t take care of their customers? Outrageous. Fixed the leak myself for $100 bucks, and I have 90 feet of pex leftover for future repairs. Thanks for nothing but ripping me off Williams plumbing.
