I had a clog in my bathroom sink and already had someone come and fix it. They broke a wall and replaced a pipe and $400 later it still wasn't working. I was desperate so I searched online and found Everclear and thank goodness I did. I read all the reviews and decided to try them. I spoke to Gus on the phone and he sounded very honest and reasonable. He came and 10 minutes later the clog was cleared with no mess. Gus was wonderful! Honest, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced! He's just gained a new customer for all future work! Highly recommend!

George Lopez from City Plumbing is the man! He is honest, upfront, and tells you the situation regardless of gaining your business or not. I had a clogged drain line in my kitchen for weeks I failed to fix. He came in and got my line back up and running. I picked his brain for his professional option on my new house. He gave me the cold hard truth about my system, but it was good to know. My home warranty covered me, less my deductible, so the cost was excellent. I asked him for a follow up quote for more work, which he did. George is a great guy to talk to, shoot the breeze, and is very personable. I respect professional men like George. Because of his work ethic, honesty, and pleasant demeanor I will be calling City Plumbing again. FYI if you are going to buy a home call this guy out before you sign for the house. He can tell you what the plumbing system is missing and will need once you move in. Give these a shot.

Dave is the best in what he does. Over the years, I've had to have several companies remove clay pipes from an older house. Dave is the best. I knew I would call him the next time he came to my house. It was only two weeks later that I found out! The work is done well and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Juan is fantastic! Juan was very professional, with great communication. All efforts were made to assist in finding a difficult shower leak. This company offered us an excellent level of service. I applaud them for having an employee who is so knowledgeable and trained. Sometimes, you can tell from the actions of an individual that they are a great leader. These guys came to my house to clear a clog in my main sewer line within 2 hours of calling them and they fought it until it cleared. They cleaned up after themselves nicely. A+ service and skill.

Called them early this afternoon and by 3:50 PM they came, told me what they can do for my clogged toilet, advised me of a fair price and got to work. All finished by 4:05 PM. No mess left behind. Will use them again and recommend them to others.

Ramon did an excellent job installing our new sump pump. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He was able to accommodate an emergency service call when our old pump broke and started burning, which we truly appreciated. Additionally, there was an issue with the sump pump discharge line outside. He attempted to clear it but discovered the line was broken somewhere underground. As a temporary solution, he was able to reroute the pipe above ground so the system could continue draining properly. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. Highly recommend his services.

Water line main line needed to be shut off for the valve before the meter to be replaced. On the phone they said it could be done. When they showed up they said they could not perform the work and that trenton water works needs to come out to shut off the water in the curb for work to be performed...but I already told them this in advanced and the customer service that I spoke to told them that my main pipe was clugged for my sewer and that they were here to fix it. They weren't aware of what my call was for. Disappointed because they also charged me for the service call that they had no idea what and why they were out here to do.

I had two amazing experiences with Mr. Rooter. During each appointment, the technicians made such an impression on me. The first visit was from Marvin Ganthier. He came out during the freezing temperatures on a Friday night. He diagnosed the problem but more importantly, took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel better about a potentially serious problem. Marvin was very nice, thorough, respectful and courteous. He answered my questions with clarity and kindness. He was awesome! He came right out within an hour of me calling after 5 pm. My other visit was from Lucas Kaufmann. This was for a different issue. Lucas fixed a shower cartridge that needed to be replaced and informed me of a larger issue. He was kind and thorough with his explanation of the problem. He gave me a quote and came back another day once he had the parts. This was a fairly big job which required drilling and cutting through tile. He work was very precise and clean during the repair. Lucas was awesome as well. I am very happy with Mr. Rooter and would recommend them to anyone! Great job Marvin and Lucas. You two were awesome!

Spencer has served as my plumber of first choice for years. Spencer is the absolute best. Not just in terms if customer service but also when it comes to technical knowledge. Since we live in an older house, we have known him more closely than I would have liked. However, I am confident that he can handle any plumbing problem. Last time he came with a partner; I forgot his name. But he looked great.

I had Arrow Sewer and Drain install a liner for my sewer line to the street, a hot water heater and a new valve for my radiator. They were very friendly, timely, professional, knowledgeable; and did a great job across the board. I highly recommend them.

I found the best plumber! First got in touch with Erick when we had a clogged sewer line. He came that night and water jetted the line to restore our service. After that DrainPro Services did more great work at my house. Erick replaced the boiler, water heater and the entire sewer line. Erick and his crew were reliable and extremely hard working. They did great work on some huge projects for us and I would recommend them to anyone. Our house is 100 years old and these jobs definitely came with issues. He explained everything completely and kept me updated on progress. Erick tackled all of the issues and still honored the original quote. Drainpro Plumbing came through in the CLUTCH! With our 1st big home owner repair the search was dreadful. I went on the hunt requesting estimates to get our entire kitchen drain replaced from the big boy companies and man they were killing us with $7,000-$8,000 in estimates. I decided to try to find someone local and found Erick & his company and boy he was a life saver... destroying the big boy companies. So a deal was done and man I wasn't expecting the job to be done perfect but boy was I wrong!
