I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene from H&A Plumbing, and I can confidently say he’s now my go-to plumber. I first contacted him on a Friday afternoon, and he returned my call within the hour. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and confirmed there would be no charge for the estimate. He also assured me he could complete the job the same day. On Saturday morning, Eugene called around 10 AM to let me know he was available earlier than planned and asked if it was convenient to come by in 30 minutes. True to his word, he arrived promptly at 10:30 AM. Eugene was incredibly pleasant and professional from the start. He carefully inspected the leaking drain pipe and explained in detail how he planned to fix the issue. His estimate was fair and transparent. He also noted that if additional work was required once the old pipes were opened, there would be an extra charge—and he provided a clear quote for that as well. Eugene was meticulous and gentle while removing the old pipes, taking great care not to damage any surrounding joints. His measurements and cuts for the replacement pipes were precise, and he completed the repair within 90 minutes. I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated. He wanted to leave right away without diagnosing it and asked me to pay him $150 for unclogging the toilet when I told him, you did not ask me anything before doing the job and the price is high for me, then he told me That it cost him money when he travels somewhere which he did not tell me before coming in. Then I asked him to negotiate the price but he does not wanna listen. He just want $150 no matter how. The next day I called a different plumber who came in and within five minutes That Plumber diagnosed the problem. it was actually the leak from the wall because the wall was not sealed properly.. I do not really understand how these people gets 4.9 Star review. I called him by looking at his review, but it is very misleading. I think this is how he makes money.

I know Eugene more than 8 years. The best plumber in New York area. He serves my house my parents house and my business. Never have problems.Good prices. Very quality job. Coming every time quickly and on time. Recommend.

David came to the rescue when I called him at 10pm on a Friday night and he showed up in under an hour. He worked hard to fix a deep clog in our pipes, and even came back the follow day to ensure the job was fully done. He found a 4ft long piece of wood in our drain pipe that a contractor must've dropped in there! Unreal. David saved the day and I highly recommend him.

I have been having problems with the main sewer for years. They keep telling me that it was clear. But as you can see this was drop down the vent pipe before I owned the building. I found david by chance. He was fast heat price And worked hard and double checked his work He pull out two beer bottles out of the main. Great service. You would be lucky to get a great mechanic like him. All I could say after he pulled the 2 bottles out is. I can’t believe it. 5 stars

The kitchen sink backed up suddenly while doing regular dishes. The plumber inspected the drain line, explained what caused the blockage and cleared it completely. They also checked nearby pipes to make sure nothing else was affected. The sink has been draining smoothly ever since.

The bathtub overflow leaked during long baths, causing minor water stains on the tiles. The plumbing team replaced the internal gasket, tested the system thoroughly and ensured no leaks remained. They were extremely professional, friendly and careful with our home. The tub now fills safely and we feel completely reassured knowing the problem is resolved.

Main Man Water Main & Sewer is the man! They did an excellent job replacing our lead pipes with copper. They were super quick & efficient and got the job done in a half day (as opposed to full day). They even went above & beyond by fixing one of our faucets due to an extremely dirty filter. Would definitely hire again for any future repairs. Highly recommended! AAA+++

I am an engineer/architect so I have some experience with this kind of work. David Reyes, the crew chief, in particular deserves praise for being a professional with real pride in his work. Twenty-fours hours after he first visited our site two different water line breaks had been identified and repaired 100%. I highly recommend them.

The two fantastic technicians, Austin and Darrell, showed up earlier than the schedule time and was very efficient with the installation of my brand new water heater tank today. They completed the entire process under the time they had told me it would take. The whole place was kept very neat and clean from start to finish. Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. My husband left a message for Angler on a Saturday night and Fabian called back the next morning. He was able to squeeze in a visit to our home on Monday morning and we’re so thankful he came. He was so knowledgeable and straight to the point, no BS. I could immediately tell that he really knew his stuff. He was able to complete the work we needed the same day, and my radiators are the most quiet they’ve been in years and seem to be working so much better now. I wish we had found him years ago, but I’m so glad we can use him going forward. Thank you!!!

Or Katz did really great work-- is kind, friendly, and professional--and offered better prices than other competitors I contacted previously. I called him to unclog the shower drain (which had been problematic since I moved in two years ago and had become no longer functional over time), and now it runs perfectly. He came to fix it that same day that I called. He also fixed my toilet and installed a new seat while he was here. I think it works best to text details (name, address, and what you would like done, when you will be home) in the morning and then call so he can fit you into the schedule that day. I'm so happy with the service today and will definitely call again when the need arises. Thank you!

Incredibly professional and killer operations. I called and spoke to a lovely human (Jerry) and then filled out a form and booked an appt the following morning at 8 AM. Chris and Iggy text me when they were on their way, they were on time and professional! I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. They replaced the pipes and raised the problem pipe so now everything fits and the drawer shuts seamlessly! Thank you guys so much!!

This review is long overdue but wow, I’m so happy I came across this plumbing company. First- Mackenzie, who helped me over the phone, is an angel! So friendly, so informative, so empathetic, esp compared to the other plumbing companies I called. She actually sold me on using the company. Then Ignacio- oh my goodness, what we went through. He helped me replace the wax seal on the toilet that had previously been damaged from our contractor. Because of that damage, we had an opening into the pipe, and because of that we had been having “water bug” issues for months that we couldn’t figure out. It had been an absolute nightmare and we couldn’t figure out the source. Even two exterminators couldn’t nail it down. Then we started to smell sewage and from tons of research I figured out it could be the wax ring. So I started my search for a plumber. I won’t go into details but when Ignacio came and lifted up the toilet, it was like a portal to roach hell opened up. Apparently the disgusting water leaking out had created a nice environment for them to nest in. I cannot tell you the amount of screaming, cursing, and crying that happened as I was with him. Ignacio kept his cool thankfully, even though I’m sure he was thoroughly hating life at that moment too! We cleaned things up together, he sealed things off, and the problem has been solved!! I think I took so long to write this review bc I didn’t want to even think about what I saw that day haha. I literally told Ignacio that I loved him, THAT is how thankful I was for his help that day! And I’m STILL thankful bc the problem is gone (and that day was insane. We both wished we had a camera on us that day. It would have went viral) Professional, compassionate, and respectful from start to finish. Cannot recommend them enough.
