We had a major sewer line backup for one of our customers that many companies turned down to step in and help because it was "too difficult". That's when we called Root 24 Hrs Plumbing and they dispatched a crew right away. They were able to clean out the pipe with a special grabbing tool and saved us in a pinch. These guys are nothing short of the best and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Gary and his team were the best! I called 2 other companies and they were afraid of my clog because of the bidet style toilet. Gary and his team were professional, clean, and on time. I will use them again if needed.

Not all from root24 but one guy mess my home no professional service water damaged etc., My complaint not floor Look all pictures and my complaints he the pipe little early before water drain so water leaks through basement ceiling and look the valve no support to hold just hanging My complaints are valuable not asking refunds or compensation. Same guy came for faucet repair he said not possible and left but you send another guy he fixed less than a minutes It’s my honest feedback

I called Mike on a Sunday Morning with my drain issue. Him and his partner Stefan came right out to my house in a few hrs. Immediately identified the issue with my clog. Although the price he quoted me was great for a on the spot service I unfortunately couldn't afford it today. He was more than understanding and directed my husband on what to do to clear the drain. Mike didn't charge me anything to come out today which was amazing I never expected that to be the case especially on the weekend. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Mike and Stefan were fantastic. I will be using them again if I ever need a plumber again.

George Lopez at City Plumbing has the right stuff! He's honest, upfront, & tells you exactly what is going on, whether it will earn your business, or not. My kitchen had a clogged drainage line for weeks. He was able to get my line up and running. I picked up his advice for a professional solution to my new house. He gave me some cold, hard facts about the system I had. This was useful to know. My home insurance covered me less my deductible so the cost was great. He provided me with a follow-up quote for further work. George is great to talk with. He is friendly and likeable. I respect professional men like George. JAM Plumbing re-plumbed our entire 10 unit condo complex. This was a very detail-oriented job, given that many residents worked at home during COVID. A lot of coordination and planning was required. The PM maintained a current schedule, and the team worked hard and efficiently. JAM will continue to be our go-to company for all of the plumbing and contracting services we need.

I could not have had a better experience with this business. The plumbing issues were so annoying, but the company quickly and effectively fixed our issue. They were a breeze. They quickly fixed the problem after explaining the issue and giving me some helpful tips. These men are experienced in their field, and it shows. They are professional, local and trustworthy.

my upstairs shower would not drain so I called plumber pals. Two techs worked for over an hour then informed me that in order to remove the block, the trap had to be cut out from below. I consented and they started cutting. Soon after the techs said they had to leave because they had other appointments, another tech would be dispatched, and that I had to pay the $250 fee before they left even though the work had not been completed. The third tech arrived, opened the hole more to inspect, then placed a call questioning this course of action. After several calls, he cleaned up and informed me that another technician (manager) would be on the way. The fourth tech (manager) arrived and immediately headed upstairs with tech #3. They cleared the clog and cleaned up after techs 1&2 in under 30 minutes. While my initial issue was resolved, I can’t help but be grated by this huge (unnecessary ?) hole left in my ceiling that I now have the responsibility to repair.

Ricky and Matt came out to replace a pipe out front of my house, and they were incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, got right to work, finished everything faster than I expected, and even cleaned up after themselves! Hired them for Grease Trap cleaning. They charged my credit card when setting up appointment. Gave me 4 hour window from 10am to 2pm to show up. Never showed up. And Never called if they running late or going to show up. When I called them at 1:30pm, some lady said oh they had issue and they will show up now between 2 to 3pm. Had no decent courtesy to call customer that they running late. The lady claimed its not her job to call and let customer know if they running late. Then she says shes cancelling and hung up. I tried calling their number again and again and it kept going to voicemail. No professionalism or work ethics at all.

Man let me say this best plumbing in the city hands down... Danny explained everything to the tee made sure the job was good and clean thats important clean some of you other guy need to ask this man about a real business cause he got it down packed great job today wish I could give more stars and price is right price is right baby...

5-Star Review for Plumbing Pals. My tub faucet had started making this super annoying clicking sound every time I turned to the right. I called Plumbing Pals and I was impressed when they scheduled me for that morning. Anthony was friendly, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and had the faucet fixed in no time at all. No mess, no unnecessary upselling – just fast, efficient service. The price was very reasonable too – definitely felt like good value for the quick resolution and quality work.

We didn’t have much complaint about the plumber himself—he did his job in identifying the leak issue. However, my company experienced one of the worst customer service interactions we’ve had in a long time. After opening the ceiling, the team removed and discarded the drywall pieces, which made restoration much more difficult. When I asked about this, the customer service representative claimed the drywall “crumbled into small pieces” on the spot even without checking with anyone - and which was clearly not the case as seen in the picture. What was most frustrating wasn’t just the issue itself, but the dismissive response. A simple, respectful reply like “we’ll check with the technician and get back to you” would’ve been enough. Instead, I was told to “go read the agreement you signed.” That kind of response shows a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left the impression that this is not a customer-focused business.

Awesome plumber. Tony came out on short notice after communicating via text. He accurately diagnosed a failed sump pump, and then returned to replace the broken part. He did exactly what he said he would do, and the price was fair. Tony's a true professional, and he was nice to hang out with. Strongly recommend.

Tony was polite, professional, and prompt in providing us service and was the only one who could help us during the emergency. We had a frozen pipe burst that was flooding our basement. We needed to shut off the water but couldn't do it from inside the house so I put in a service request with PWD that never got submitted apparently. After multiple calls, they finally came and told us they couldn't shut off the water without a shutoff notice or defect notice, only to issue us a defect notice minutes later. I called Tony and he came out the same day and was able to shut off the water in minutes. He is very communicative, responsive and efficient and not to mention, affordable! We had called a few different plumbers and they wanted to charge way more and we'd have to wait at least a day or two to get assistance. Thank you Tony!!

We had to call for emergency service over the weekend because our water heater’s pilot light went out. Tony came out quickly, and the emergency fee was very reasonable. He was friendly, explained everything he was doing, and really took the time to figure out the issue. A few days later, our hot water is still working perfectly! I’d definitely recommend this company and will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs.

I called Accurate plumbing on Tuesday afternoon and they were out the next day to fix a leak in my basement. Steve was wonderful to deal with super nice and explained everything he was going to do and cleaned up when he was finished. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs in the future and recommend them to anybody who needs a plumber.
