Angel was extremely professional. He arrived within two hours of calling this service and calmly explained what he was doing (unclogging our main sewer line) and why he was doing it. He also threw in some lubricant, cleaned up after himself, and checked several times that everything was working before leaving. It was over $800 for about 2 hours of work, but worth it for the quick arrival time and service.

Second time im using roto router fabulous quick and efficient work. He came on coldest night of year i called and problem fixed cleared drains. I placed call 9pm and guy was here in one hour. Worked hard and efficiently. I highly recommend using Roto Rooter. They also give you a guarantee.

Walter and Jamal came to our home and not only they cleared a blocked pipe they pinpointed where it was blocked worked tirelessly to clear the blockage and checked the traps and helped our home impeccably. They did their jobs outstanding and by the way, true story, they also SAVED/helped a tiny bloody nose bare footed boy in pajamas who accidentally got out of his house on the coldest day and almost got hit by a car! Our condo board were told there would be a follow-up visit to insert a camera in the 2-inch kitchen line to check for clogs after snaking out the lower-level line. However instead I was contacted by phone by an aggressive technician who informed me that they do not perform this work and do not use camera's for 2-inch lines. We were charged $800 for just 30 minutes of work to clear a kitchen sink line, which seems excessive. When we inquired about the camera involvement in the cost, we were told yes, and that they would return to perform the camera inspection. I expect transparency and service from a reputable company when told what we are paying for.

Mike used the jetter to clear a clog that others couldn’t fix, and he explained everything clearly throughout the process. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. DESART was truly amazing. We had a great experience with the drain cleaning service tonight. We had an emergency tonight, Desart arrived promptly, with less than an hour, was very helpful of the situation, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and how everything worked which we really appreciated. Had a problem with kitchen drain which 2 plumbers went back and forth on and couldnt solve. Called Ervis on a weekend. Within an hour emmanuel was at our house. He quickly identified what the issue was and fixed. He was neat and knowledgable and answered all my questions patiently. He explained in layman terms all the things and also the solution. He patiently went over everything multiple times on how to prevent the issue ensuring we understand. Highly recommend!

My mom's house has had issues with the basement pipes (sewer pipes) for years, on and off - house is old, pipes old, tree roots, etc. This past Tuesday the basement had some flooding (again) with sewage (ugh!) - and of course it happened late in the evening. I reached out to my good neighbor right away to see who he could recommend and without hesitation he said to call Royal Rooter and Drain Cleaning. He said they fixed his pipes with similar issues and he was very happy with them and their work. After hanging up with my neighbor I immediately called their number and Ervis picked up (again well after normal working hours). I explained my emergency issue and he said he would have someone there within the hour, which he did!! God bless him!! Desart showed up; he is such a doll and made me feel everything was going to work out, they would fix it. As he worked at cleaning the pipe backup, he showed me the camera footage and remarked that one pipe was ready to collapse and needed to be replaced (as well as all of the tree roots cleaned out). I knew this wasn't a sales pitch; I knew pipe replacement was something we would have to do at some point (and probably should have done years earlier). What was different with this company than others is Desart said it was just one section, not all the pipes, and they could excavate and fix in one day. Others in the past, namely Roto Rooter, had said our entire system had to be replaced front and back and it would be at least 30K. Desart said that was far from the truth - it was just one small section of pipe in the backyard (which he deduced from his sensor equipment when we walked the yard). When he quoted me the price, I actually felt relief - it was very reasonable and was also all inclusive of excavation, pipe replacement, and hydro jet water cleaning to remove all the tree roots. They could come a day later, too, and do it all in one shot, which they did. They were so kind and so respectful and did everything they said they would. I am extremely grateful for having worked with them - I have finally found a company that does good, honest work and one I can trust - I 100% recommend them!

Great experience and communication. I was out of town and they were very accommodating and efficient in helping with a clogged gutter drain. I thought that was all that it was but they found that the pipe was cut too short to the house and they installed an extension pipe away from the house. I cannot recommend them enough 10/10

She told me they would make some scheduling adjustments and get someone to us as soon as possible. Julian showed up within 2 hours. He was fast working and we could tell he cared about his work. We discovered that we had some problems with just snaking the lines. The owner, Ali came down and together they discovered we had some sewage pipe issues. After snaking (multiple times), jetting, combined with getting a camera into the pipe, they fixed our problem and got our bathrooms and our business up and running. Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. I didn't initially know about PowerFlo and had 3 other plumbers come by to snake the main sewer line. PowerFlo was the 4th plumber to come by to do the job and Eddie with PowerFlo was the first and only one to fix the issue that the first 3 plumbers couldn't fix.
