We had what ended up being a costly plumbing emergency last week. I woke up to find “dirty water” on the top of our dryer, as well as surrounding it. Shaun came out immediately, which was very much appreciated. He checked inside, as well as outside. He quickly determined it to be an even bigger problem: our septic. He didn’t charge us for coming out, which I am very grateful for. He just asked that we remember All Clear Plumbing the next time we need a plumber. We absolutely will! You absolutely will have our continued business. Thank you!

Found water in the middle of my basement floor. Could not figure out where it came from. Basement ceiling dry. Next day washed dishes and checked basement.. Found water shooting out from pipe for washer drainage. Called Eagle Plumbing. They came right out and advised me to call All Clear for clogged sewer pipe . Fabian and his partner came out within 2 hours, snaked the pipe and now everything draining as usual. So quick, so efficient , courteous and reasonable.. I recommend them 100% ! Great company and people.

Everyone at All Clear was wonderful! They were able to get to me quickly and fixed my issue. My house sat vacant for more than a year and the sewage line dried up. Being in the house and using the plumbing caused a big backup. Shawn identified the problem and had us back up and running within an hour. Honest, easy to work with, and fairly priced. Would 100% recommend!

I would not hesitate to have Ian or anyone from the Davis Plumbing team out to my property to do any additional work that may be needed in the future. Thanks again for everything Ian! Densco Plumbing absolutely knocked it out of the park with our kitchen drain replacement. What could have been a nightmare project—complete with jackhammering through the floor—ended up being one of the smoothest home repairs we’ve ever dealt with. Scott and his team handled everything with professionalism, clear communication, and a level of care that genuinely took the stress out of the process. They didn’t just fix the problem; they coordinated the whole experience. They even connected us with a fantastic flooring specialist to remove and reinstall our floors seamlessly. That extra effort made all the difference. If you want a plumbing team that shows up, knows what they’re doing, and treats your home with respect, Densco Plumbing is the one to call. Scott and his crew were awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend

Had a backed up kitchen sink, I called and left a message to see if they had availability to come out today. Zack called me back within an hour and set up a time for later in the day for me. Shawn and Keith called me with updates on when they would be here. They took care of the issue quickly and were very polite and left everything spotless.

John and Scott are skilled tradesman/plumbers of the highest order. We had the following replaced: 1) Hot water heater, 2) 3 toilets, 3) 2 outdoor faucets, 4) 2 bathtub trains, 5) Drain valves, 6) Rerouting of piping. The work was top notch. All of the components/parts/items were better than the previous versions. You just know with Densco that it is done right; better, stronger, more efficient, and longer lasting. Cost effective too as why not proactively replace these items - as they all have an optimal service life and will eventually fail.

We had a great experience with Daniel's Plumbing. We needed several things repaired in a relative's home in Northeast Philadelphia (Bell's Corner). They had a clogged sinks, toilets, tub/shower, and a stationary tub in disrepair. The owner (Dan) came out promptly and provided an estimate of what it would cost to make the needed repairs and the timeline. During the estimate Dan identified a couple major items that we didn't realize. He also explained some possible areas where his team could run into trouble and our options. Dan took the time to explain the details and make sure we were informed every step of the way. When clearing one of the drains, Dan's team identified that a drain was broken under ground. He and his team offered options for how we could rectify the issue properly while keeping the cost fair. No one looks forward to calling a plumber, but I will say that Dan and his team did excellent work - and I'm happy we called him. The team was professional, communicative, and fair priced. I'd highly recommend Daniel's Plumbing for any plumbing emergencies, installations or repairs.

Daniels came to one of my properties and installed a toilet that another plumber previously kept telling me was the entire sewer line that had to be replaced. Come to find out there was a toy lodged inside of it. They were able to retrieve the object but the guys who came were so honest I decided to just get a new one installed. Couldn't say no to the quote, great price

Daniel came out to a clogged drain, that another plumber tried unsuccessfully to clear the day prior, and had it flowing like new within the hour. He was very clean, leaving no mess or trace behind. His response time to my call was within a couple of hours, which was really appreciated. His pricing was fair for the work done. I highly recommend giving Daniel a call!!

Right after Christmas we had a clogged toilet. I thought it may have been part of a larger issue. I contacted Pelicano Plumbing and they arrived at my house within 30 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo. Ricardo was very nice and assured us the clog was only in the pipe of the toilet. He was able to fix the toilet quickly. Ricardo returned on a later date and fixed a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Thank you Ricardo for your professionalism and honesty. I will be using Pelicano Plumbing for future services. Thank you!

On Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, we woke up to a leaking water heater. With no hot water, we started calling plumbers . Sadly, the earliest anyone could come out was on Monday morning. My husband found Doyle’s Plumbing And Drain on Google and we decided to give them a call. We called at 11 AM and Joe was here by 1 PM. We had a new water heater and hot water by 4 PM. Joe and his helper did a fabulous job we will definitely use them again.

They were great. Worked diligently for hours. Slow drain tub and kitchen . Definitely will call them again. The problem was out of their control as it was a possible broken sewer pipe, nevertheless worked tirelessly and professionally.

Doyle’s Plumbing are Excellent family people. I had a problem with my basement bathroom grinder pump. They came on emergency and checked the power reset button and the pump worked and the backup drainage was cleared immediately. They didn’t even charge for that. They are good caring people. I will surely recommend them for anyone.

my upstairs shower would not drain so I called plumber pals. Two techs worked for over an hour then informed me that in order to remove the block, the trap had to be cut out from below. I consented and they started cutting. Soon after the techs said they had to leave because they had other appointments, another tech would be dispatched, and that I had to pay the $250 fee before they left even though the work had not been completed. The third tech arrived, opened the hole more to inspect, then placed a call questioning this course of action. After several calls, he cleaned up and informed me that another technician (manager) would be on the way. The fourth tech (manager) arrived and immediately headed upstairs with tech #3. They cleared the clog and cleaned up after techs 1&2 in under 30 minutes. While my initial issue was resolved, I can’t help but be grated by this huge (unnecessary ?) hole left in my ceiling that I now have the responsibility to repair.

Plumbing Pals absolutely lived up to their name, total pals to have around when you’re dealing with plumbing chaos! Ricky and Matt came out to replace a pipe out front of my house, and they were incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, got right to work, finished everything faster than I expected, and even cleaned up after themselves! They were friendly, professional, and honestly just good people who clearly know what they’re doing. I’d recommend Plumbing Pals to everybody and anybody. If every repair experience went like this, I’d almost look forward to things breaking.

Hired them for Grease Trap cleaning. They charged my credit card when setting up appointment. Gave me 4 hour window from 10am to 2pm to show up. Never showed up. And Never called if they running late or going to show up. When I called them at 1:30pm, some lady said oh they had issue and they will show up now between 2 to 3pm. Had no decent courtesy to call customer that they running late. The lady claimed its not her job to call and let customer know if they running late. Then she says shes cancelling and hung up. I tried calling their number again and again and it kept going to voicemail. No professionalism or work ethics at all.

I needed a major job done and they came in significantly lower on their quote than another company. The job was well staffed and arrived before 8am. They had 2 teams working simultaneously in the basement and outside to replace my entire sewer line. They restored my water the same day and cleaned up well. They came back the next day and cemented the entire length of my basement. They didn’t have to, but were super kind in hooking my utility sink and washer back up and made sure it worked. They were pleasant and worked well with each other and it felt like they wanted to be there which makes the whole experience a lot easier. Additional plus is they accept credit card payments.

Goodman is my go to plumber. They ran new water and sewer to my subdivided carriage house 3 years ago. A big job that was done well. Today they at no charge repaired a bad washer in the meter pit(which really was the responsibility of the water company but would have been garden to get them out timely). I appreciate them. With it getting cold now the water running down the driveway would have caused a safety hazard if I waited for the water dept. I am a realtor and often refer them to clients who have plumbing needs.

I initially called about fixing a toilet that kept running. The one piece toilet I had wasn't a quick fix nor is it something I could attempt to change the parts on. Zac (the plumber) showed up and had an answer for every question. He had a solution for every problem I had. He warned me before touching anything what could happen once we started touching things. Exactly what he said could happen, happened. Went to shut off the valve for the toilet, didn't work. Went to pull the toilet, the flange was completely disintegrated. Zac worked promptly and by himself. He installed a new toilet, a valve, and a new cast iron flange. I'm really happy with the entire situation and who Goodman sent out to to the job. I will be asking for zac specifically in the future as I know what I'm getting from him. 10/10, 5 stars, will call again and recommend. I do not ever leave reviews and literally went out of my way to leave this one because I think it's important for people to know they will be taken care of if Goodman sends out zac the plumber to their home.

Professional Drain Cleaning in Trenton, New Jersey

Trenton’s unique blend of historic architecture and bustling urban life means your plumbing system faces challenges that suburban developments don't. From the vintage pipes in the Mill Hill district to the busy commercial lines near the State House, a clogged drain can bring your home or business to a grinding halt. Our service takes the guesswork out of finding help in the Capital City by scanning our network of local professionals to find someone ready to work right now.

We don't just provide a list of names; we actively filter our certified Trenton plumbers by your specific zip code. Once we find the right match, we call them to confirm they can handle your specific drain issue today. Whether you’re dealing with a backup after a Delaware River storm or a grease clog in a kitchen, we ensure the person we send is available and equipped for the job before you ever pick up the phone.

Common Drain Issues in Trenton, New Jersey

Historic Pipe Degradation: Many Trenton homes, particularly those built in the early 20th century, still feature cast iron or clay sewer lines. Over time, these materials can corrode or collapse, leading to recurring slow drains that require professional hydro-jetting or snaking to clear safely without damaging the fragile NJ infrastructure.

Delaware River Basin Silt: Properties closer to the Delaware River or low-lying areas in the city often deal with high water tables. During periods of heavy New Jersey rain, silt and sediment can find their way into exterior drainage systems, causing stubborn blockages that require high-pressure water clearing.

Tree Root Intrusion: In leafy neighborhoods like Hiltonia or Glen Airmont, large, mature trees are a staple of the landscape. Unfortunately, their roots are naturally drawn to the moisture in sewer lines. Tiny cracks in old pipes allow roots to enter, creating dense root balls that trap waste and lead to complete sewage backups.

Urban Grease Buildup: In high-density areas and commercial corridors of Trenton, kitchen drains often suffer from FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease). Because NJ winters get so cold, these substances solidify quickly inside the pipes, creating stubborn fatbergs that a simple plunger cannot move.

Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Trenton, New Jersey

Winter Freeze Prevention: As Trenton temperatures drop below freezing, keep your cabinet doors open to let warm air reach pipes. If a drain is slow in December, clear it immediately; standing water in a drain is far more likely to freeze and burst the pipe than moving water.

Spring Rainfall Prep: Mercer County is known for heavy spring showers. Check your basement floor drains and sump pump discharge lines in March. Clear any debris around exterior drains to prevent flash flooding in your basement when the April rains arrive.

Summer Root Control: Vegetation grows aggressively during NJ's humid summers. If you have large trees near your sewer line, consider a preventative hydro-jetting service in July to clear out any small root feelers before they become a major blockage in the fall.

Autumn Leaf Maintenance: Keep Trenton's fall foliage out of your outdoor drains and gutters. Decaying leaves can wash into the drainage system and create a plug that freezes solid once the first frost hits, leading to expensive repairs.

Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Trenton, New Jersey

$175-$450

Prices in Trenton vary based on the severity of the clog, the age of the plumbing, and the equipment required (e.g., motorized snaking vs. hydro-jetting). Emergency 24-hour calls or sewer main repairs may exceed these estimates.

Frequently Asked Questions about Drain Cleaning in Trenton, New Jersey

Why is it hard to find a plumber in Trenton on short notice?

Many Mercer County contractors are booked out weeks in advance. Our service solves this by calling Trenton plumbers for you, verifying their current 24-hour availability so you don't waste time on voicemails.

Do older homes in Trenton require special drain cleaning?

Yes. Historic Trenton properties often have fragile pipes. We verify that the plumber we send understands how to use techniques like camera inspections to ensure they don't damage your NJ home's vintage infrastructure.

How much does a standard drain snaking cost in NJ?

For a basic kitchen or bath clog in Trenton, expect to pay between $175 and $300. More complex main line blockages requiring specialized equipment will fall on the higher end of the scale.

Can you find a plumber for a midnight emergency near the State House?

Absolutely. Our system filters by zip code and confirms 24/7 availability. We verify that the technician is ready to respond to your Trenton location immediately before we connect you.

Is hydro-jetting better for Trenton's sewer lines?

For the heavy grease and root issues common in the Capital City, hydro-jetting is often the most effective long-term solution, as it cleans the pipe walls rather than just punching a hole through the clog.
