Clay and Nick were sent to our house to diagnose our plumbing problem - lack of pressure on one of our shower heads. The team was able to identify the issue, a leaky water softener which led to resin clogging the pipes. They were able explain everything to us in detail. Clay and Nick were both pleasant to deal with and had the expertise necessary to diagnose problems and recommend solutions. They spent several hours in our home on two separate occasions to replace the softener. They arrived on time, kept us informed about progress and showed us what to do to fix the problem. They were extremely thorough, even going so far as to confirm that our sprinklers system had not been impacted and was not contaminating the water in our home. We found the two gentlemen to both be very professional and courteous. They would be more than happy to do any additional plumbing work for us in the future.

I was given the opportunity to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Briar came over to my home. He was very polite and well-informed. I thought that my line had been blocked but he explained to me that it was due to my septic. Once he'd made his determination, the man told me he was still able to snake my line, but it wouldn't be worth my money. The honesty that he displayed was admirable. It was a great job to replace my water heater. The installation was flawless, my technician made me feel comfortable and was friendly. The pricing was also fair. Not to mention the promptness of their response in an immediate situation. Today, it is hard to find contractors and companies that are honest. Excellent service! While trying to replace a leaky cartridge in an old kitchen faucet, the faucet threw up the white flag and went down for the count. Found Assured Plumbing Services through an Internet search for small business plumbers local to the Monmouth County area. Not only were the reviews great, but they struck all of the key points: knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and fair price. The reviews were correct. Steven was very responsive not only from the the initial contact but up through day of service following with text, status emails, and client service support software (the 'big guys' could take a lesson from him on how it should be done). Justin came out the very next day to fix our kitchen sink drainage issue, and he was fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and was in and out in under an hour. On top of that, he took the time to explain more about our pipes and gave helpful tips to improve drainage overall. Had some plumbing issues over the weekend and called out Mr.Rooter. Jessie James came out and provided hands down the best service ever. Since the weekend, it has been nothing but bad news. A slight blockage turned into a section of broken pipe, and after that section was repaired, turns out there was another one! Jessie was professional, gave us different options and advice, did not pressure us at all into anything, and was able to help us out where he could! Despite having to pay more than we expected, it was being able to speak and work with professional people like Jessie that made us feel at ease and overall happy customers!

He cleared the clogged kitchen sink line perfectly, his work was clean, neat, organized, and respectful of my home careful not dirty or damage anything. I had a emergency clogged something for probably almost three days b4 I called them and they had someone that day. Anthony arrived and was very nice explaining what was going on i was super stressed lol . He went through the pipe outside and it was very very clogged! He worked very hard to try to clean out as much but it was clogged street side so it not responsibility but since management wasnt answering i had to do whatever for my 71 who has dementia. Turn out rocks mobile home rocks severely clogged pipes. He got alot out but couldn't get snake through anymore so Anthony then had to get another machine but that would be tomorrow fitst thing in am. He did alot stayed long trying to get it moving! Next morning 730 hyro jet person was on way robby. He showed up with wally and Anthony were also here all three worked very hard to try n get past blockage. They got most out but the pipes in street are in v shape something with joints n not together right . The three of them were awesome! Great in talking me what was going and doing with a smile. I would ask a lot of questions n they answered all without being annoyed lol. Customer service, helpful understanding of work taking place. This company has is going on. Our homes sewer system is old, and needed some real upgrades. I would be very cautious before hiring them. I had a plumber come down to clean my drains, he wasn’t skilled enough to get the job done, charged me 450$ and suggested I hire him to come back using the snake with a camera. Needless to say I called a different company down and he was able to work a bit more with better equipment and did a perfect job. What’s also frustrating is their lack of customer service they completely ghosted me and didn’t answer or return any of my calls or emails.

Cody from A General meticulously went through all the possible causes and went absolutely above and beyond to find a leak in my main sewer pipe in an area of my crawl space that isn’t very accessible to inspect. He gave me his first possible appointment to get the problem remedied and got into that incredibly tight spot and made the necessary repair. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he worked very efficiently and cleanly. I am a repeat customer of this business and I’ll never use another plumber again!

I had a pretty emergent issue at the house I just purchased in Point. I called them during the evening of 2/23 and by 10am on 2/24 they had someone over at my house. By the end of the day on 2/25 my issue was resolved. I had a piece of broken PVC pipe stuck at the end of my service line from a bad job done by the plumbers who altered the plumbing back around the hurricane Sandy renovation project. It was causing a backup into my home. They were able to fix this without us having to dig under the road. This helped avoid getting the township involved. Jeff and the boys were a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend their services. Nothing felt pushed on me and I got constant updates during the job. Stay away from larger corporate companies and hire an honest business like this one.

We have been using O'Gorman Brothers for our plumbing needs for the last year or so. We lost our old plumber due to him moving and we were looking for someone to replace him. We lucked out with O'Gorman brothers. They have helped with clogged pipes and toilet issues. We remodeled our bathroom and they updated the sink pipes, toilet pipe, and shower fixtures. We had an extensive sewage pipe repair and we both wanted O'Gorman Brothers to do the job. Casey was responsive to our questions about the project. Alex and his crew were able to get the entire project in one day. Regardless of the severity of the job, they come in the scheduled time, do the job correct, and clean up after. We thought we had 1 pipe break with this cold weather but Alex and his team were very diligent to find all of the breaks. They are extremely professional. Very detailed oriented to make sure everything is working well before they left. They came an hour after we placed the call for help. I thought the price they charged was reasonable for the amount of work and having to crawl under the house in a very tight space. O'Gorman Brothers will be my plumber going forward.

A 2nd appointment to flush my system was performed by Chris. Drainpro Plumbing came through in the CLUTCH! With our 1st big home owner repair the search was dreadful. I went on the hunt requesting estimates to get our entire kitchen drain replaced from the big boy companies and man they were killing us with $7,000-$8,000 in estimates. I decided to try to find someone local and found Erick & his company and boy he was a life saver... destroying the big boy companies. So a deal was done and man I wasn't expecting the job to be done perfect but boy was I wrong! I found the best plumber! First got in touch with Erick when we had a clogged sewer line. He came that night and water jetted the line to restore our service. After that DrainPro Services did more great work at my house. Erick replaced the boiler, water heater and the entire sewer line. Erick and his crew were reliable and extremely hard working. They did great work on some huge projects for us and I would recommend them to anyone. Our house is 100 years old and these jobs definitely came with issues. He explained everything completely and kept me updated on progress. Erick tackled all of the issues and still honored the original quote.
