I called advanced plumbing and drain cleaning at 7:30 in the evening on a Tuesday. I had an appointment at 9:00 the next morning. The office tried to get me an appointment for Tuesday evening, but was unable. I have never had this experience with plumbers. It usually takes me days if not weeks to get a response, never mind an actual appointment. I do not hesitate to recommend advanced plumbing and drain cleaning. The office personnel kept me updated as to the time the plumber would arrive and was extremely pleasant and polite. The plumber was quick and neat. I had a very satisfying, five star experience and will definitely use this Service again. I only missed an hour from work, which is extremely convenient as most people work these days.

Greg from Roto Express contacted cleaned my kitchen sink drain. He deserves more than 5 stars. Previous a different plumber can to declog my drain and after 2 attempts told me he thought the pipe was broken and might have to remove the floor. Queens Plumber came out for a drain issue at my place in Flushing, and they handled it better than the last two companies I called. The plumber that came to my home was very nice and understanding but the staff that answers the phone are unreasonable. I called to get my portable washing machine hooked up to my kitchen sink so I can wash my clothes and so that it wouldn’t flood. But the plumber said I would need to attach the washer machine to under the sink and I would need some parts I said ok. I was supposed to get a email with the pricing never received it by the way. Then I call the next day and they tried to charge me $1,500.00 dollars. I said that’s way too much and they said the lowest they could go is 1,000 which is still too much. I paid 150 for the plumber to show up and see my sink. This company is no good stay away and call other places that do free consultation so you don’t waste money here.

The two fantastic technicians, Austin and Darrell, showed up earlier than the schedule time and was very efficient with the installation of my brand new water heater tank today. Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. My husband left a message for Angler on a Saturday night and Fabian called back the next morning. He was able to squeeze in a visit to our home on Monday morning and we’re so thankful he came. He was so knowledgeable and straight to the point, no BS. I could immediately tell that he really knew his stuff. He was able to complete the work we needed the same day, and my radiators are the most quiet they’ve been in years and seem to be working so much better now. I called for help with a clogged toilet and was told service starts at $250 with no clear fixed price. On top of that the woman who answered was rude and hung up on me mid-conversation. I would not recommend them. Update: After they saw this review, they somehow found my number, spam-called me, and tried to threaten fake legal action over a review. That alone should tell you everything. Avoid at all costs! So unprofessional.
