Previous a different plumber can to declog my drain and after 2 attempts told me he thought the pipe was broken and might have to remove the floor. I called advanced plumbing and drain cleaning at 7:30 in the evening on a Tuesday. I had an appointment at 9:00 the next morning. The office tried to get me an appointment for Tuesday evening, but was unable. I have never had this experience with plumbers. It usually takes me days if not weeks to get a response, never mind an actual appointment. I do not hesitate to recommend advanced plumbing and drain cleaning. The office personnel kept me updated as to the time the plumber would arrive and was extremely pleasant and polite. The plumber was quick and neat. I had a very satisfying, five star experience and will definitely use this Service again. I only missed an hour from work, which is extremely convenient as most people work these days.

This is a WORLD CLASS company. I have never worked with a company or people that display such care and consideration for their customers like AAA Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. The main sewer line in my brand new home was backing up just 2.5 months after moving in. After getting canceled on twice by Roto-Rooter, I finally reached out to Advanced Drain. That first night, Novey and Tyler showed up — extremely professional, on time, and 100% focused on listening to me. Their goal was to fix the issue, and they were willing to spend whatever time was needed. Unfortunately, the problem was much bigger than expected, and after 4 hours they needed to return with a larger machine. The next day, Jim, a 33-year veteran, showed up. On time, professional, and the hardest working person I have ever met. When I was ready to give up, he looked at me and said, "patience and persistence." Sure enough, after 5 hours in freezing cold and snow, Jim got through the blockage. But he didn't stop there — he insisted on coming back the next day to run a camera through the line to identify the root cause. Jim's care, knowledge, and refusal to quit until we had answers is candidly not something you see much of anymore. All of this outstanding front-line service was wrapped together by an unparalleled customer service experience, led by Jamie. She was my first call, and what a warm, professional and genuinely caring person she is. She became a friend — calling me regularly with updates on timing, next steps, and everything in between. If I were to rank every Google review I've ever written, Advanced Drain would sit firmly at #1. I can't say enough good things about them. I called this company for a few things. The first thing was my Jacuzzi had a leak and wanted to know what was the problem. When I called Eugene he gave me a quick appointment for the next day, but did not tell me that if he comes, I have to pay him no matter how. My major problem was my Jacuzzi and that’s what I called him but on the side, I told him One offmy toilet was clogged. I just wanted a suggestion, but when he walked in instead of dealing with my Jacuzzi right away, he unclogged the toilet within a minute. Then he looked at the Jacuzzi And told me there is a leak which I already know, but he said he cannot diagnose it. Because it is complicated. He wanted to leave right away without diagnosing it and asked me to pay him $150 for unclogging the toilet when I told him, you did not ask me anything before doing the job and the price is high for me, then he told me That it cost him money when he travels somewhere which he did not tell me before coming in. Then I asked him to negotiate the price but he does not wanna listen. He just want $150 no matter how. The next day I called a different plumber who came in and within five minutes That Plumber diagnosed the problem. it was actually the leak from the wall because the wall was not sealed properly.. I do not really understand how these people gets 4.9 Star review. I called him by looking at his review, but it is very misleading. I think this is how he makes money.

We had such a great experience with this plumbing service. Alan was awesome—very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was causing the sewer backflow and made sure we understood everything before fixing it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

This review is simply based on a consult with Eugene. Within 24hrs of reaching out to him he was at my house to assess leaks in my bathroom and son’s bedroom. Some plumbers will create problems but Eugene was both thorough and honest. He explained that none of the water damage I was seeing was coming from pipes. He made sure to thoroughly inspect and tell me what my next steps should be. While I didn’t need Eugene’s services this time, I saved him to my phone in case I do experience future plumbing issues or if anyone I know is seeking a plumber. Honesty is hard to come by these days and I am grateful for Eugene’s professionalism and honesty.

We had a blockage / drainage issue on a Sunday morning. Called several other companies that advertise as 24x7 but didn’t pickup the phone. This company was as reliable as their name suggests. Picked up the call immediately and had a crew at my home in less than an hour. Crew was super professional and solved the issue within an hour, cleaned up etc.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. We called this business for a leaking sink drain, and they sent a guy out. Their guy completely disassembled the pipes, quoted us an outrageous amount of money to fix it, and when we said it wasn't within our budget he left WITHOUT PUTTING THE PIPE HE DISASSEMBLED BACK TOGETHER. Our sink went from a small leak to completely unusable. When we tried to contact the business about this, they gave us the runaround, and eventually claimed the actions of their plumber weren't their responsibility. Oh, and the plumber charged us $100 up front for the visit. We paid $100 for a guy to come into our house and break our sink. Additionally, if you read the positive reviews this business has, a bunch of them look AI-generated. One mentions a "land based guest home", and that the plumbers rebuilt their roof. Another mentions that the plumber "was clean and had wonderful plumbing". Yet another states: "The county inspector visited today to sign off and praised the job and the fact that all pipes were insulated, which the county is no longer allowed to do." None of the 5 star reviews this business has sound anything like how real human beings speak. Again, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.

I simply had a few things to say about one of your guys. Hunter came to my house today to fix a bathtub leak and remove two bathroom faucets. One of the faucets was so ancient & rusted that the countertop and the faucet had melded together. The young man had to remove it with a saw, but he did it without causing any damage to the sink surface. Then the old drain pipe fell off, requiring him to enter through a nearby wall in order to fix it. The man put forth a lot of effort, but our outdated plumbing continued to cause problems. However, thanks to his expertise and perseverance, we now have two gorgeous faucets and a functional bathtub. It is time for all of you to raise that guy. He performed admirably. I assure you that the kitchen upgrade we'll be calling you on later will be simpler. We appreciate you all and will contact you again.

After noticing a weak water flow in the shower, I decided to call a plumber. They checked the lines and removed a hidden buildup inside the pipe. The pressure improved right away. Very satisfied with the service.

Angelo was so wonderful helping me with a leak under my kitchen sink, very recently. He also assisted me back in 2019 with my basement when it backed up, which was a total nightmare,. Angelo is a kind warm person which makes it even more pleasant to have to deal with the struggles of difficult house issues. I had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing and Sewer today. They came right away and proceeded to fix a very serious issue that needed replacement of my pipes and buying a new faucet for my kitchen sink. The person they sent came, evaluated the issue, and then after they confirmed I was ok with the cost, went to buy the faucet for me and made sure it was a great quality and then came back and very quickly finished the job. The faucet is amazing and I am beyond happy with it and I would have never known what to get myself. I feel as if it is Christmas! He also installed a soap dispenser which was part of the faucet kit. He also alerted me to another issue with my hot water which is a building issue. He also looked at other issues in my bathroom and advised me on them. He was polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the company, and would recommend them highly to anyone, in crisis or not. Thank you!

These guys are scammers do not call them! I requested a service for my restaurant not only they didn’t do the job right but also didn’t leave a receipt or anything. I tried to call them no answer I tried to go there physically and the location doesn’t exist. They charged me $700 for a job they didn’t do right now i still have a drainage problem and $700 down. Do not waste your time and money!
