They performed hydro jetting on my sewer line and successfully removed all the roots. My mom's house has had issues with the basement pipes (sewer pipes) for years, on and off - house is old, pipes old, tree roots, etc. This past Tuesday the basement had some flooding (again) with sewage (ugh!) - and of course it happened late in the evening. I reached out to my good neighbor right away to see who he could recommend and without hesitation he said to call Royal Rooter and Drain Cleaning. He said they fixed his pipes with similar issues and he was very happy with them and their work. After hanging up with my neighbor I immediately called their number and Ervis picked up (again well after normal working hours). I explained my emergency issue and he said he would have someone there within the hour, which he did!! God bless him!! Desart showed up; he is such a doll and made me feel everything was going to work out, they would fix it. As he worked at cleaning the pipe backup, he showed me the camera footage and remarked that one pipe was ready to collapse and needed to be replaced (as well as all of the tree roots cleaned out). I knew this wasn't a sales pitch; I knew pipe replacement was something we would have to do at some point (and probably should have done years earlier). What was different with this company than others is Desart said it was just one section, not all the pipes, and they could excavate and fix in one day. Others in the past, namely Roto Rooter, had said our entire system had to be replaced front and back and it would be at least 30K. Desart said that was far from the truth - it was just one small section of pipe in the backyard (which he deduced from his sensor equipment when we walked the yard). When he quoted me the price, I actually felt relief - it was very reasonable and was also all inclusive of excavation, pipe replacement, and hydro jet water cleaning to remove all the tree roots. They could come a day later, too, and do it all in one shot, which they did. They were so kind and so respectful and did everything they said they would. I am extremely grateful for having worked with them - I have finally found a company that does good, honest work and one I can trust - I 100% recommend them!

Had a problem with kitchen drain which 2 plumbers went back and forth on and couldnt solve. Called Ervis on a weekend. Within an hour emmanuel was at our house. He quickly identified what the issue was and fixed. He was neat and knowledgable and answered all my questions patiently. He explained in layman terms all the things and also the solution. He patiently went over everything multiple times on how to prevent the issue ensuring we understand. Highly recommend!

I called advanced plumbing and drain cleaning at 7:30 in the evening on a Tuesday. I had an appointment at 9:00 the next morning. The office tried to get me an appointment for Tuesday evening, but was unable. I have never had this experience with plumbers. It usually takes me days if not weeks to get a response, never mind an actual appointment. I do not hesitate to recommend advanced plumbing and drain cleaning. The office personnel kept me updated as to the time the plumber would arrive and was extremely pleasant and polite. The plumber was quick and neat. These guys are scammers do not call them! I requested a service for my restaurant not only they didn’t do the job right but also didn’t leave a receipt or anything. I tried to call them no answer I tried to go there physically and the location doesn’t exist. They charged me $700 for a job they didn’t do right now i still have a drainage problem and $700 down. Queens Plumber came out to my apartment in Jackson Heights after the kitchen sink started backing up and smelling bad. I tried a plunger first, made it worse, then gave up and called. The plumber checked the line, cleared the clog, and replaced a worn piece under the sink that was starting to leak. He kept the cabinet area clean too, which I didn’t expect. Fast visit. Fair price. Fabian is the best. We’ve had a bunch of problems with our steam heat radiators for years and have had different plumbers come to look at them and do work with no real fix. My husband left a message for Angler on a Saturday night and Fabian called back the next morning. He was able to squeeze in a visit to our home on Monday morning and we’re so thankful he came. He was so knowledgeable and straight to the point, no BS. I could immediately tell that he really knew his stuff. I had a fantastic experience with JP Plumbing and Sewer today. They came right away and proceeded to fix a very serious issue that needed replacement of my pipes and buying a new faucet for my kitchen sink. The person they sent came, evaluated the issue, and then after they confirmed I was ok with the cost, went to buy the faucet for me and made sure it was a great quality and then came back and very quickly finished the job. The faucet is amazing and I am beyond happy with it and I would have never known what to get myself. I feel as if it is Christmas! He also installed a soap dispenser which was part of the faucet kit. He also alerted me to another issue with my hot water which is a building issue. He also looked at other issues in my bathroom and advised me on them. He was polite, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the company, and would recommend them highly to anyone, in crisis or not. Thank you!
