Ty came out to our place and took care of the blockage super fast! The folks at Roto Rooter were fast, super friendly, and he even gave me some pointers on taking better care of things. Definitely recommend these guys!

Were an hour and a half late, no phone call. Then guy made it after I missed an hour and a half of work, after I called them asking where they were. Then he got to my house and said he didn't know where septic was ( even though I showed him) then he said I don't really have time to look for it since h was over an hour late. Charged me 85.00 and wasn't even there 10 minutes

Andrew Brock did a great job installing our new water heater. Removing the old one was a bit more difficult as we had neglected to drain it over the years as is recommended. 😩 I appreciated the phone calls to give us a heads up when he was to arrive. We are very happy with Williams plumbing!

At 3:00 pm on a Friday, at the tail end of a snow storm, my water heater died and leaked water all over the floor. I called Williams Plumbing and Travis was here within an hour, shut off gas and water, set up drainage for the remaining water in the heater. First thing Monday morning he was back with a new water heater, which he had up and running before noon. Everyone I dealt with at Willams was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. Highly recommended!

Mike is so kind and knowledgeable! He helped us with some drain issues we were having. I called and he was able to get out the next day. No waiting around for weeks for parts or an appointment. He was so responsive with any questions we had and talked us through the whole proposal beforehand. We will absolutely be reaching out to Mike and BlueBird in the future for new projects and repairs!

Jon was my technician he was very thorough went through the inspection process with me help us get dialed in with our mechanical room. We had water backing up from our sump pump and he was able to help us get diagnosed that we need some new equipment. Excellent customer service super fast service!!! Called for a clogged kitchen sink and got scheduled for first thing the next day. They were very upfront about pricing ahead of time. The technician (Kelton) was amazing, spent most of the day fighting an issue caused by what turned out to be less than stellar plumbing setup in our home. He was extremely patient, kept a great attitude the whole time, and stuck with it until he solved our clog. He also explained every step of the way (and actually made sense) and made sure to check with me for approval before anything that could potentially make a mess or cutting into our drywall to access pipes or doing anything that would cost extra. He cleaned up after and made it looks like nothing happened. Excellent service all around.

Ranger Plumbing was very responsive to our needs and offered great advice. The two staff that arrived were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable and made the repairs in a timely fashion. While we thought the price was a bit high, we are relieved to have this problem resolved. They were one of the few companies that could tackle this issue associated with our hot water system and we will use them again if ever needed.

I had an emergency. Pipe split in the crawl space and water was leaking heavily. They came out first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I was very happy with the service.

Our water heater went out the day we had company arriving. I was able to troubleshoot it and know it was the bottom heating element, but I was unable to fix myself due to an extreme amount of sediment build up. Mountain Valley Plumbing and Heating answered my call at 9:30 pm and was able to get a technician out the next day. He was able to replace the element and clear some sediment and get us back on our feet so we have some time to save and plan a big expense (replacing it). Greatly appreciate their prompt, quality, reasonably priced service!

Had a service call on my hot water heater as I I thought I might need a replacement water heater as it wasn’t holding the temperature for a long time. They had some good news for me said they were just going to adjust the temperature up some and said that should take care of the problem. If I need a replacement I will sure keep them in mind as they were very helpful and friendly. Nice to know we have these type of service individuals to help us out! Thank you!

Would highly recommend! We had a significant leak from our water heater at an extremely inopportune time. They were able to provide flexible immediate service. Cost estimates were provided regarding best and worst case scenarios prior to service which were reasonable especially with our situation. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Truly a great experience.

I honestly just chose this company because I had a gross leaking drain/sink and Redline was in four corners, so I knew it would be easier for them to come out to help us. I was so happy they had a spot for us same-day. Their customer service was so respectful and easy, and the plumber they sent out was quick and helpful! Thanks for your awesome help!

These guys came out with a very short appointment window, unlike some of the other local places. Widdy and his other guy were really nice and efficient, and I think they did a great job. I wasn’t very pleased with the price. They bill $175 per hour, but they come in a pair and round up for each guy. Two guys for 40 minutes cost me $350 in labor, where not rounding up (or charging drive time?) would have been $234.50. There was a “truck charge” they hadn’t mentioned when I initially asked for their rates, and I believe there was a pretty hefty mark up on the parts. All in all, it was $513 to switch out a tub drain stopper and the short drain pipe under the tub. I removed the drywall and insulation and replaced that myself, so they didn’t have any time with access. Nice guys, nice job, just didn’t feel like the price was right.

I was pleased that Redline responded so very quickly when my water heater failed. Witey and Kelsey were great. Also when the heater didn't fire up, I appreciated the phone calls. I was able to reset the heater myself, so crisis averted. Thanks Ryan A

He followed up on some questions we had after a sewer repair with a quick diagnosis and shared some knowledge on plumbing workings that will save us a lot of time and stress in the future. Ken from Mr. Rooter did another amazing job. He is extremely knowledgeable, fast and explains what he is doing. This time was to fix the hot water heater. Prices are fair and assessments are honest. They do not try to build in extra fees or suggest fixing things that aren’t necessary. He provided suggestions on how I can do a little maintenance on my own to prevent larger problems in the future. I trust Ken and Mr. Rooter and will continue to use them and recommend them to others. It is so nice to have someone you can count on time and again! Thank you! 🙏😎

Pedro helped me for a leaking water heater at my house. He very skillfully connected hot water supply of leaking water heater to the existing tankless water heating system at my house, hauled away leaking water heater, explained thoroughly how efficient and economical it was going to be and his service charges were highly reasonable. He also fixed flush system for two toilets at my house. He took a couple of trips to Home Depot to bring all needed parts and very thoroughly fixed both toilets that had constant water leakage. Pedro is very thorough and very thoughtful and skillful professional and treated me with a lot of respect.

She quickly diagnosed the situation, made a phone call to confirm city regulations, and made the necessary repairs. The resulting changes are a great improvement. We were delighted!

Needed service on our hot water baseboard heater boiler. Chris was an amazing service tech; consummate professional, very informative and walked me through the repairs and function of the boiler.
