Thank you for once again helping get a rental back in service for a sewer or plumbing issue. Roto Rooter is always my first call for those issues. Today they repaired a frozen water line that broke underground in the crawl space. Lots of mud and yuck today. So glad to have water back on for the tenants. They were clear with the estimate, had an understanding of what needed to be done and kept it budget minded, especially when you have 2 plumbers on the clock. I hope I don’t have to ever call you again but with rentals it’s so nice to be able to when it’s needed. Thank you again for today and all the jobs in the past.

We purchased a second home and it needed a 8’ piece of cast iron sewer pipe replaced, the team came in and excavated the line and replaced with new pipe.

This was one of the worst plumbing service calls I’ve ever had. My basement toilet was backing up and multiple drains in the house were affected. The technician walked in, didn’t bother to turn on a single faucet, didn’t check water flow, and refused to snake the line. He did absolutely nothing to diagnose the problem. Instead, he brought in a filthy, uncovered plunger and used that as his “solution.” It was unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for the situation. Anyone with basic plumbing knowledge knows that multiple drains backing up means the main line needs to be properly checked — not plunged. Nothing was fixed, nothing was tested, and I was left with the same problem and even more frustration. I immediately had to request a different technician because this visit was a total waste of time. I would strongly advise avoiding this plumber!

Honestly fastest and most professional and nicest guys! I had no water heater for a month and finally bought one and the original person I scheduled couldn’t put it in because it was “out of his wheel house”. Called around and this company was like I’ll be out in 2 days and get you hot water by Christmas. They did it and worked with the weird set up we have in our house and I’ve had NO complaints since and hot showers!! Seriously best price and best skills

I was so happy with how quick they handled our water heater issue. Of course it goes down on the weekend, but Dustin came to problem solve. Back on Monday to replace. So very thankful!

We were very disappointed. They charge by the hour and, because the guy didn’t know what he was doing, the job lasted longer than it should have. He was gonna charge us $200 to remove the toilet when my husband said, “No, I’ll do it.” Do not recommend!

We have a 3-yr old —new home in Columbus. In June we had a whole house clog. Cotter came quickly and cleared it. It returned in August and because it was a weekend, I cleared it but I just knew it was still not clear. We called Cotter back, they came same day and cleared the clog but gave us bad news. These pipe coming out from the house is demolished and full of mud. These guys came the next day and hand dug up the pipe, replaced the pipe and then ran a camera through the whole house’s piping to see if there were other issues. I can’t thank them enough. They were dependable, fast and very thorough. I will always use Cotter for septic and clogs. Absolutely perfect service and fair prices

Mason and Micheal did a great job. In and out under 2hrs and the drain in our 75yr old house has never worked so well. Mason assured us he would get the drain flowing and he is man of his word. Thank you McKenzie for getting the guys out same day and following up to let us know when to expect them.

Horrible service. The guy that serviced our rental property did a horrid job leaving a hole in the wall and left the drain in the bathroom not functioning. He overcharged for 2 hours to replace a faucet which is rediculous. He also broke a personal property item of one of our renters. All in all, completely unprofessional and WAY over charged. Will never do business again with this company.

I’ve used midland mechanical/ Stevens brothers for over 10 years. They have always responded immediately and stood by their work! Their employees, from the office to the plumbers in the field have been outstanding. Today’s workers Peyton, Dustin, and Paul, once again did not disappoint me! Well done!!

Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. The day before the schedule appointment they called and asked if they can schedule for a week later I said sure. The day before the rescheduled appointment they called again and said they couldn't make it and asked if they could reschedule again for the next day, ok. The next day comes and they never showed up or even a phone call. If they didn't want the job they could have just said no we don't want to do it they could at least have the professional courtesy to call.

We had a plumbing emergency and needed help quickly. As a property management company, we usually have our go-to plumbers, but they were booked out, so I gave Archie’s a call. From the time I called to the time the job was completed was only about an hour and a half, and they were able to get everything working again! The staff and plumber were fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were professional, responsive, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again!

Archies has been great to work with. They are a great example of why we do our best to support local family businesses. Calls are returned promptly and they are flexible with payment plans when needed. We will continue to recommend and use them in the future.

High Caliber was very responsive from the first call. We had intermittent hot water issues. Matt came out the next day on a Friday, did a service & diagnostic. We were able to schedule repairs for Tuesday the following week. Matt showed up on time, got right to work, did a very thorough job; tested the water heater to be sure everything was working before he left. SUPER friendly, efficient & very thorough -- I am extremely happy with High Caliber & would recommend them to anyone & everyone.

My outside sprinkler spigots were leaking. I called the office to arrange for an appointment and within an hour David showed up pleasant to talk with worked well he was thorough. There were a couple of drips and so he double checked and adjusted. Pleasant to talk with and so from the time I called until the time everything was taken care of it wasn’t two hours. They did a fantastic job. They are our plumber for all of of our plumbing needs.

Yeah for hot water!!!!!! Ron is an outstanding plumber and super efficient and knowledgeable. He was great about returning calls and texts and found a way to get both our boiler expansion tank and our Rinnai replaced within less than a week of us calling even with an upcoming Holiday. Ron, cleaned up after his project and was very thorough with explaining our needed maintenance and how to operate the new machine. I would highly recommend Ron and David from High Caliper as a local and trusted company.

Williams Plumbing has done it again. I asked for a service & they gave me good advice; letting me know that I should call another plumbing contractor that can help me diagnose me sewer line issue, No charge for coming over, looking at the issue, & giving me a recommendation. Jason was professional yet personable. He came in asked a few questions and got right to work. He ran into a couple of hiccups but pivoted with well thought out solutions. He replaced the pipe and got things draining. He cleaned up after himself after he made sure that everything was good.

We had a crazy crazy household emergency with a septic pipe breaking but in less than 48 hours they had their job completed very friendly crew and did their job quickly and efficiently highly recommend We just used them for a takes heater and water softener, as always great crew and had it done quickly and correctly another highly recommended
