We had a leak in our house and called STL Plumbing, Drains, & Jetting. Not only were they able to fit us in the next morning, but their professionalism was unmatched. They both were kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and made sure to thoroughly explain what was wrong and what my options were to fix it. Plus you cannot beat their prices! 10/10 I will be using them again.

Communication was excellent- I was informed when they were coming to exact timing. Nick our Drain specialist was very polite and knowledgeable, he shared tips after he was done. He unclogged our drain pipe that required a 50ft snake. He was in and out and left no mess. Thank you!

We had a DIY project go wrong late on a Friday afternoon and Mr. Rooter Pluming was the only company out of many we contacted that would come out on a Saturday to provide service. Cost for the repair was reasonable. Michael was very friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Great experience, especially having other plumbing companies cancel our appointments. Jorge, came out I explained to him what we were having an issue. He worked quickly to identify the problems and fixed them. The estimate he provided was way less than what we were expecting, so that was plus. After he finished his work, he cleaned up the areas he worked in and made sure we had no questions. He also made sure we were aware of the warranty on the work he completed. If we have any other plumbing issues. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter back to assist.

I was a little hesitant because there weren't many reviews compared to other plumbing services in my area but I am very happy with the service. Had an emergency and had to call plumbers late. This company was the only one that answered. The other companies were 24 hr service companies as well. My wife stated that this was the best Plumbing experience we have ever had. I called them to fix a toilet leak. They were prompt and showed up the same night. They fixed everything in a short period of time. In fact after a month I experienced something minor with my toilet tank and I reached out to them. They sent someone to taken care of it asap. The fixed my issue and even replaced small parts without any charge. I strongly recommend their services and will call them again if I ever needed any plumbing needs.

Very satisfied with service. Had a clogged toilet/ issue with the tank filling. Came right out on NYE and cleared clog and fixed the tank components vs upselling to replace toilet which is what we expected was needed. Highly recommend. Family also used them to replace a water heater. Quick and efficient. They were highly satisfied also! Great experience.

Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore. Great work, great price, great team and Doug is above all very professional and honest. I would highly recommend him without hestitation. This man has integrity.

I received a text message confirming appointment and arrival time. Shawn arrived on time. He was very professional answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do and what I should do as a follow up. He told be if I had any additional problems to call back and they would return if necessary. So far everything has been great no additional issues. I highly recommend him for your needs and I would not hesitate to call them again if needed for anything else. I used him for my wash machine hose drain stand pipe.

We experienced a sewer backup in our home. We have raw sewage on the basement floor. Freemans plumbing referred us to Warrior Sewer and Drain. They were very professional and came quickly. Offered us two solutions. We are reaching out to the City of St. Peter’s before taking next step. Can not live in our home now.

Warrior Sewer and Drain were easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience for a Hydro Jetting, showed up on time and communicated well. Offered a warranty, sent a text before the appointment and the whole job took less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.

I have to give 3 stars - beacuse they left the job with a leak and a general mess. Robbie and apprentice showed up on time, and did the difficult work of grind back tile to install 2 new shower valves. They also installed new drain fixtures. I had to leave due to a family medical emergency. They were very understanding and took care to lock the house. I did have to hire another plumber to come and fix the leaking solder joint (s). Not sure why they leaked, but it may have had to do that they didn't have solder or flux on the truck, and used mine. My flux was at least 5 years old! They charged me $3.5K, plus I paid another $1K to the other plumber to fix. I felt the $3.5K was reasonable due to the hard nature of the job.

I had a major plumbing problem and called Hosak Plumbing. Their plumber Allen called me and helped me to shut off the water to avoid water damage to my house. Allen explained the problem and explained that I needed my incoming water pipe replaced from my yard into my basement. He set the whole thing up. Within an hour or two dig right already had everybody here marking the utilities on my lawn. The next morning there was a crew here from Hosak And they dug up my yard and did the repair. They repaired my lawn and put down grass seed & straw. Everything was completed inside also. I just want to thank Allen for his professionalism and taking care of this problem for me from beginning to end. The crew from Hosak That did the work that day was excellent as well, Everyone of them. I want to also thank the office staff and the nice lady who took my call, and sent over the bid and got a hold of Allen to call during the emergency water leak. Thanks again, I will call Hosak plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Allen and Noah were terrific. They explained everything in detail, gave me options and diagnosed the issues quickly. I had several services done which didn't take very long. Hosack is new to me but I'm impressed so far. 2 toilets to address backup problems and an ionic filter for calcium deposits. I Will have them back for shut off valves.

I have been a customer of the Sewer Pros since I bought my house back in 2016. This past year, we had them come out for a sewer main inspection, which indicated we had some kind of blockage out to the city main requiring a camera inspection. Sewer Pros was aware that for the camera inspection, they would need a liaison from the city to be present to watch the camera inspection as part of a reimbursement program, but they sent someone out to do the work without getting on the city schedule, so I had to spend another $200 to get the work done with the city there. I politely asked them for a refund several times and they incessantly argued with me about the timing of phone calls, them not knowing that the rules had changed with the city, and finally on the last call, them accusing me of making the situation political. (I asked them if they would be talking down to me if I was a white dude, which had nothing at all to do with race and more of the fact that I felt they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes as a woman.) I'm super disappointed at how this turned out and will no longer be a customer of Sewer Pros. What ever happened to making it right by the customer?

We had Sewer Pros out for a sewer lateral inspection, and the experience was extremely concerning. During the inspection, multiple locations were flagged on-site by their own crew, and the camera was unable to pass through the entire line, indicating additional blockages or potential collapses. This was also consistent with prior cabling and snaking attempts from other technicians. However, the final report only documented a single failure point near the vent and recommended a limited 5–10 ft repair — which does not reflect the actual condition of the line. When we questioned this, we were told that additional issues would require extra payment to be included in the report, even though: The issues were already observed during the same visit Their own crew marked multiple problem areas Prior service reports confirmed similar obstructions This puts property owners in a very difficult position, especially when dealing with city approvals or sewer lateral programs that rely strictly on the written report. It raises serious concerns when field findings are not fully documented unless additional fees are paid. We strongly recommend that anyone using this company: Request full documentation of all observed issues Be present during inspection Confirm what will and will not be included in the report before work begins Very disappointing experience.

When working with Steven of Sewer Pros, I felt like he actually cared about our sewer situation and making sure that issues were resolved and prevented in the future. He also discouraged me from doing unnecessary, costly procedures and provided money-saving advice for maintaining our sewer. I would highly recommend!
