Communication was excellent- I was informed when they were coming to exact timing. Nick our Drain specialist was very polite and knowledgeable, he shared tips after he was done. He unclogged our drain pipe that required a 50ft snake. He was in and out and left no mess. Thank you!

We had a DIY project go wrong late on a Friday afternoon and Mr. Rooter Pluming was the only company out of many we contacted that would come out on a Saturday to provide service. Cost for the repair was reasonable. Michael was very friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Great experience, especially having other plumbing companies cancel our appointments. Jorge, came out I explained to him what we were having an issue. He worked quickly to identify the problems and fixed them. The estimate he provided was way less than what we were expecting, so that was plus. After he finished his work, he cleaned up the areas he worked in and made sure we had no questions. He also made sure we were aware of the warranty on the work he completed. If we have any other plumbing issues. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter back to assist.

Called for a backed up sink. Tristen came out within 24 hours and had all the right equipment with camera to clear the clogged drain and be able to see what was going on inside the drain pipe. While he was here he also installed an upgraded garbage disposal and gave me recommendations on a brand of dishwasher. One month after the clogged sink, I had another part of the house backup. Tanya spent time with me on the phone explaining exactly what they found and helped me with information to file a warranty claim. I would definitely use this company again. They are responsible, personable and want the job done right.

JR and his crew are awesome to work with! We contacted him online and they showed up the next day and clearly explained all of our options. Two days later, we have a new waterheater and a fixed faucet! They truly care about their customers and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Being a fellow pet lover was an added bonus!

I never even spoke to the company. They advertise 24x7 coverage 7 days a week, but at 7am on a Sunday when I tried to call because suddenly I had an emergency situation and they do not even answer the phone. Don't advertise that you are always open when you are not. In response to the owner's statement: Nice attempt to slander me. I did nothing but post an honest recap of my experience. I called the number provided on your website twice this morning and both times was prompted to leave a message. I did not leave a message because I was looking for an emergency response which I did indicate. If you review my history, you will also see positive reviews as well. None the less, I was able to find another company (Flow King Rooter) who had someone at my home within an hour and they were able to remedy my situation.

Thanks to Allen for fixing my clogged kitchen sink today. Also a shout out to Daniel for replacing the faucet and to Mike for fixing the furnace noise. Wow, it's been home improvement at our house. Thankful for the great service from Hosack!

Really appreciate the prompt service and repair that I received from Hosack. Assessed our issue and had a brand new water heater installed within 2 hours. Price was more than I was wanting to pay, but overall the work was done quickly and efficiently. Happy with Hosack!

Emergency kitchen sink drain repair on the weekend. We got an immediate response and Tim was able to repair the same day. Super professional and I couldn't recommend him enough. We will definitely be using him from now on for all our plumbing needs.

STL Plumbing did an excellent job fixing the low water pressure in my new house. Tim was professional, quickly diagnosed, and fixed the problem. He explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was completely resolved. The water pressure throughout the house is now perfect. Tim and Mark were awesome! Our two toilets wouldn't stop running, and one of them was taking forever to fill up. These guys found the problem right away. They ran to the store to get the parts, adjusted our home's water pressure (apparently, it was up way too high) and fixed both toilets on the same day. We also had a hot water heater that needed replacing. Tim and Mark went over beyond. Not only did they help us replace it and recycle the old one, but they also found a carbon monoxide leak that we didn't even know existed! We're truly grateful. Thank you both so much for your quick assistance and expertise. Highly recommended :)

Very satisfied with service. Had a clogged toilet/ issue with the tank filling. Came right out on NYE and cleared clog and fixed the tank components vs upselling to replace toilet which is what we expected was needed. Highly recommend. Family also used them to replace a water heater. Quick and efficient. They were highly satisfied also! Great experience.

Had several quotes, but Doug made some suggestions and saved me lots. Him and his dad did a great job and were very efficient.

Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore. Great work, great price, great team and Doug is above all very professional and honest. I would highly recommend him without hestitation. This man has integrity.

We were not in a good place after a sewer line blockage had our basement drain belching up all kinds of unspeakable things. Another company we called wasn’t able to work us in, but they recommended Steve, and said he was experienced, honest, and fair. That was exactly the case! He worked us in quickly, fixed our sewage blockage in less than an hour, didn’t throw a lot of extra things in to boost the cost, and charged a VERY reasonable price. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing so that I…a new, first-time homebuyer…could learn more about our house’s system. With an older house in the city—there are a lot of quirks! Steve wasn’t deterred. We would 100% call him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Had an issue with a basement flooding from recent torrential rain and stopped up main sewer line. Root Away came recommended by a plumber that I used and his recommendation was right on. Steve responded quickly promptly went to work and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in short order and we are back in business. He will get my recommendation and referrals! Steve came by on a Friday afternoon and worked me in last minute. Worked diligently to clean the drain. Couldn't get it, explained why and made referrals for a company with different equipment. I would not hesitate to call him again and will likely have him come out annually. Top notch service. After Steve left, he called me a said he would be back Saturday morning. He remembered he had a cutter that he thought would work. Well it did! Class Act. I give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Steve!

Dan replaced an old saddle valve with a new fitting and turn valve for our fridge's waterline. He was friendly, professional, and informative on the work he did. He also secured the waterline to the ceiling, as it was hanging a little lower than it should have been.

Arrived well before the time which was a huge plus! Andy was knowledgeable and answered all questions I had, even asked if I had any other issues in the home I wanted him to look at real quick. I thought the price of diagnostic fee was a little high for being under 30 min but it’s not like I’m making the phone call every 2 months. All in all, very happy and will definitely use this company again.

Had a leaking regulator and valve coming into the house from the city main. Josh showed up within an hour of the initial call, shut it off, got the parts and finished up within 3 hours of my initial call. Great service and excellent work. Would recommend 10/10.

I had a major plumbing problem and called Hosak Plumbing. Their plumber Allen called me and helped me to shut off the water to avoid water damage to my house. Allen explained the problem and explained that I needed my incoming water pipe replaced from my yard into my basement. He set the whole thing up. Within an hour or two dig right already had everybody here marking the utilities on my lawn. The next morning there was a crew here from Hosak And they dug up my yard and did the repair. They repaired my lawn and put down grass seed & straw. Everything was completed inside also. I just want to thank Allen for his professionalism and taking care of this problem for me from beginning to end. The crew from Hosak That did the work that day was excellent as well, Everyone of them. I want to also thank the office staff and the nice lady who took my call, and sent over the bid and got a hold of Allen to call during the emergency water leak. Thanks again, I will call Hosak plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Allen and Noah were terrific. They explained everything in detail, gave me options and diagnosed the issues quickly. I had several services done which didn't take very long. Hosack is new to me but I'm impressed so far. 2 toilets to address backup problems and an ionic filter for calcium deposits. I Will have them back for shut off valves.

Jason arrived, listened to what I needed and gave me options with price disclosure. I appreciated that and his wonderful work. He replaced my kitchen faucet & put in a new garbage disposal. He did a great job! Horace has helped me in the past & I will use them again.

I have to give 3 stars - beacuse they left the job with a leak and a general mess. Robbie and apprentice showed up on time, and did the difficult work of grind back tile to install 2 new shower valves. They also installed new drain fixtures. I had to leave due to a family medical emergency. They were very understanding and took care to lock the house. I did have to hire another plumber to come and fix the leaking solder joint (s). Not sure why they leaked, but it may have had to do that they didn't have solder or flux on the truck, and used mine. My flux was at least 5 years old! They charged me $3.5K, plus I paid another $1K to the other plumber to fix. I felt the $3.5K was reasonable due to the hard nature of the job.

Isiah T with AAA Appliance did an excellent job. He installed a new faucet & repaired toilet part. He was very professional. We have used AAA numerous times always with good results. Very pleased with Isiah T!

Robbie/Alex/Colin did a great job (2 services provided). Timely, great communication, took time to explain and they were very thorough and efficient. Their professionalism and friendliness were awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend them for plumbing issues.
