We were not in a good place after a sewer line blockage had our basement drain belching up all kinds of unspeakable things. Another company we called wasn’t able to work us in, but they recommended Steve, and said he was experienced, honest, and fair. That was exactly the case! He worked us in quickly, fixed our sewage blockage in less than an hour, didn’t throw a lot of extra things in to boost the cost, and charged a VERY reasonable price. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing so that I…a new, first-time homebuyer…could learn more about our house’s system. With an older house in the city—there are a lot of quirks! Steve wasn’t deterred. We would 100% call him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Steve came by on a Friday afternoon and worked me in last minute. Worked diligently to clean the drain. Couldn't get it, explained why and made referrals for a company with different equipment. I would not hesitate to call him again and will likely have him come out annually. Top notch service. After Steve left, he called me a said he would be back Saturday morning. He remembered he had a cutter that he thought would work. Well it did! Class Act. I give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Steve!

Steve and his Father have provided outstanding and economical drain cleaning services for our family over the past 35+ years at each of our four houses. They are always responsive, especially in emergencies. As usual, they expeditiously completed our annual drain clean-out yesterday in a very professional manner.

Had a main sewer line blockage and called AA Quick Plumbing. Very friendly and helpful young lady answered the phone and helped setup an appointment. Gabe showed up on time and was very nice and friendly. Went to work immediately. Explained everything he did and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable young man. I'm very pleased with AA Quick. I'd recommend them exclusively for all your plumbing needs. I know that's the only company I'll call.

AA Quick did a great job getting my drain snaked quickly and efficiently. Chuck was professional, showed up on time, and got everything flowing again without any hassle. I really appreciated how easy the whole process was—definitely recommend them if you need fast and reliable service!

My tenant called Mr Rooter to clear the drain at my rental. Mr Rooter ran a camera down the drain and claimed the drain pipe was broken in two places and they needed to bust up the concrete basement floor to get to it. My tenant called me and I asked AA Quick Plumbing to take a look. Their rep took 2 days to get to it but they were able to open the clog and pulled out a lot of debris that was in the pipe along with some toys and small balls. They ran their camera down the line and there were no broken pipes. I'm happy I called AA Quick for a second opinion because they opened the drain up and saved me over $10K by not having to but the concrete floor up.

Had Beis out to snake my floor drain and clear the clogs that were causing a backup every time I ran the washing machine. I was charged $339 which was far more expensive than competitors and told it was totally clear with absolutely no chance of an issue. A few days later when I ran the laundry for the first time post cleanout, the exact same issue happened. If anything the backup was worse. I immediately called Beis only to be told after the fact that my floor drain wasn’t snaked only the laundry standpipe and that they don’t guarantee work on drain cleanouts anyway. I spoke to the service manager Joe to understand if they really didn’t care that their service did zero to help with the problem after paying such a high cost. They explained, in no uncertain terms, I would have to pay the same price or potentially more to have them come out and actually fix the problem since they do not guarantee any of their work. They pointed out their lack of guarantee in the fine print in their estimate agreement, which I have attached in the photos for other customers to be more aware of in the future. There are plenty of other companies in St. Louis that guarantee their work fully, so I called another one of them and will be paying over $100 less to get it fixed correctly this time with a full guarantee. I will absolutely not be using their services ever again.

Had a main line break in my driveway. Aaron and his team came out the very next day, found the break, fixed the coupling, refilled the hole and cleaned up my driveway 5 hrs later! They were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work! Great job guys! Thank you for coming to the rescue!

First time using Beis Plumbing and we could not be more pleased. Kyle will be our #1 plumber when needed. Beis employees were very helpful and knowledgeable (over emails, text and phone calls) in addressing our issues quickly and fully. We required a new outdoor spigot due to a possible frozen pipe that leaked into our basement IF we used that faucet. We also requested a new gas hot water heater purchase and install - and with that, Kyle discovered our full house water pressure was at 35% instead of the 65% it should be at. We had the choice to change out the pressure valve or not, and chose to - no sales pitch or pressure from Beis at all! We are very happy with Beis Plumbing 🪠, overall as a company, as well as more impressed with Kyle the plumber that came out and very professionally, very cleanly, and very responsibly took care of all of our needs 100%.

The Behrle crew did a fantastic job. Andrew came over to clear a root ball and run the camera through the drainpipe to give the initial assessment. He did a great job of explaining the descaling and drainpipe lining process to us. We had to vacate the house for a few days for the job to be done, but it was well worth it. Andrew, Victor, Hunter, Carter were very professional. We were kept up to date as the job was done—really appreciated it.

I was referred to Behrle by my realtor and as usual first checked the Google reviews before calling them. Comments suggested this was a company to consider for my sewer repair and cleaning. My timeline was tight due to a quick closing on my house, but Brandon bid the job and got me on the schedule right away. Extremely responsive! His crew impressed me with their attention to detail such as taking care not to damage my floors and carpeting, and I was expecting a dust mess from the floor being broken up but dust elsewhere in the house was minimal if at all. Their confidence level in diagnosing and repairing the issue put me at ease with my choice of companies. When the first phase was done Brandon came back to check on and sign off on that work and schedule his crew to come back to clean and camera the line. Andrew and Henry then spent considerable time doing their part and getting it right. They even came back the same day after the job was completed to redo the video when they discovered the original file was corrupted. These guys were outstanding from start to finish. I had Andrew come out to help with a clogged toilet; he was courteous and got the clog removed quickly!! I really appreciated how he explained the process for getting it unclogged. It was a quick, easy and cheap fix and I look forward to using Behrle for any plumbing needs in my future!

Called for a backed up sink. Tristen came out within 24 hours and had all the right equipment with camera to clear the clogged drain and be able to see what was going on inside the drain pipe. While he was here he also installed an upgraded garbage disposal and gave me recommendations on a brand of dishwasher. One month after the clogged sink, I had another part of the house backup. Tanya spent time with me on the phone explaining exactly what they found and helped me with information to file a warranty claim. I would definitely use this company again. They are responsible, personable and want the job done right.

Wow, wow, wow!!!! These guys were top notch. Very hard workers. Stayed on the job from the time they got here till the time they finished. We had a little hiccup, which was no fault to them. It had to do with our own plumbing line. But they pushed through and made it work. Prices were very reasonable. I also have to add, that there office manager, Tonya was amazing, there for us with all our questions. Would recommend them highly to anybody. If I have to give them a rate one to 10, I would give them an 11. Great job Pierson Plumbing.

JR and his crew are awesome to work with! We contacted him online and they showed up the next day and clearly explained all of our options. Two days later, we have a new waterheater and a fixed faucet! They truly care about their customers and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Being a fellow pet lover was an added bonus!

Life savers, seriously. Roto-Rooter quoted us 28,000 for a portion of the cast iron pipe under our basement floor, wanting to excavate the basement, and saying it was urgent. Called Maplewood Plumbers for a second opinion. There was NO collapsed portion of the cast iron pipe. NO reason to dig up the basement. It was just a bad case of roots in the pipe. For 20,000 less, they sent a 2 man crew to sleeve the pipe from the outside inlet to the inside basement drain. It took maybe 8 hours over 2 days - no excavation needed. They are honest, affordable, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Cameron A and Kevin J, very professional and personable.

Maplewood plumbing is exceptional. They have helped me with numerous issues at my house. Everyone in the office is great to deal with and the plumbers are fantastic. Right when I moved in, I had one of their plumbers come to show me all the plumbing shut offs and make sure that all the plumbing shut offs work properly and do not leak. Then I had one of their gas plumbers replace an improper gas shut off and install my line to my gas stove. The plumbers spent so much time at my house clearing the sewer line, lining the sewer, and installing a sump pit and sump pump. Every plumber from Maplewood plumbing treated me with great courtesy and treated my house with respect. Most importantly, the plumbers took the time to educate me on what I need to know. I appreciate them all so much. Maplewood plumbing took care of everything, and now I don’t have to worry about my plumbing.

Jay, Cameron and all the guys that worked here did a great job! They replaced all the corroded cast iron sewer pipes under my basement, installed a new water heater and a sump pump and lined a small amount of pipe. Jay and the guys did a good job of keeping me up to date every day. They were courteous and very professional. They patiently answered all my questions and did a good job of cleaning up. Nicole in the office provided good customer service by letting me know who was coming everyday, scheduling inspections and providing updates. I am so glad I chose Maplewood Plumbing!

Communication was excellent- I was informed when they were coming to exact timing. Nick our Drain specialist was very polite and knowledgeable, he shared tips after he was done. He unclogged our drain pipe that required a 50ft snake. He was in and out and left no mess. Thank you!

There are quite a few companies that say 24 hour & Emergency service, but they don’t mean holidays too. This company, was willing to show up, when no one else would. The pricing was fair. Nate, was a good plumber, and a genuinely good guy. His boss, not so much. Walked by, and made an insulting comment, about his plumber, to me. I didn’t find it necessary or impressive. Otherwise, I was really happy with the service. They totally saved the day!

We had a DIY project go wrong late on a Friday afternoon and Mr. Rooter Pluming was the only company out of many we contacted that would come out on a Saturday to provide service. Cost for the repair was reasonable. Michael was very friendly, professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Chris came out and changed the anode rod on my water heater, and boy, did it need it! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rip me off, but explained what was needed and offered a reasonable price. Very grateful to have found this great company and will put them on my favorites list in my phone for all drain and plumbing needs.

High recommend working with Arch. Chris was personable, thoughtful, and thorough with his work. Not only was he willing and able to do the work we called him out for (a frozen drain pipe for our laundry room) he suggested, and then completed, additional measures to help further prevent our issue and improve our whole laundry room for more winters to come! Working with Arch felt like that "I got a guy for that" experience every home owner dreams of and I'll be calling them first next time.

I went to Facebook for recommendations for a plumber, and many recommended arch city plumbing, so I gave them a call. I was getting bids for a pipe that needed snaked and they were definitely the most reasonably priced and came right out and fixed the problem. We so appreciate having someone we can now call for future issues! They did amazing work and would recommend again, and will definitely use again! We worked with Chris and he was super informative and easy to work with!

I’m conflicted about this review. But the company kept sending emails asking me to review, so… We had an issue with drainage outside our garage where the water was not draining into the 3 driveway drain holes in front of the garage door and was backing up into the garage. Negatives: - Solution identification: Flow King assessed and suggested a French drain to help with drainage volume and better avoid clogs. However the real issue turned out to be a quirk with the pipe where there was an underground vent halfway down the pipe to the storm drain letting in mud and really slowing the drainage in heavy rains. So the French drain was not required but ultimately helpful. - Sloppy concrete cleanup: I don’t know if the crew mixed the concrete directly in our street gutter or it spilled. But after the job was done a section of our street gutter had a ton of dried concrete on it that looked super ugly. I finally got them to send someone to come power wash it, but the heavier dried concrete remained. I asked them to come back and they said they’d grind it off, but never did. Positives - Price: price was reasonable and below another quote I got. - Work: the work seemed well done, they did not charge extra for digging out and replacing the pipe section with the unexplainable vent and the communication was good until the job was done (minus the request to revisit for the cleanup)

While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!

Chad was great, he showed up on a Saturday & spend 4 1/2 hrs fixing a clogged pipe at our office. He did an excellent job & was very professional. He had is young son as his helper. He was the best helper & very polite/ personable young boy! I would highly recommend using Signature Plumbing

I had a major leak coming from the hose on my washing machine that quickly soaked through the main floor and started dripping into the basement. It was 5pm on Good Friday, and after calling several plumbers, I kept hearing the same thing—they couldn’t come out until the following week. That simply wasn’t an option, especially since I couldn’t even shut off the water to the machine, as it also did not work. Thankfully, I came across Signature Plumbing. Chad answered right away and was at my house within 10 minutes—I was honestly amazed. He not only fixed the washing machine but also repaired the main shut-off valve for my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. I can’t fully express how panicked I was in that moment or how grateful I am to have found someone as reliable and helpful as Chad.

At 1am we were woken up as our sump pump was spraying water. This company was the only one who answered - Chad. He was here within a hour, was kind, and detailed! Issue fixed and we were able to go back to bed. Thank you, Chad!!
