Chance, Matt, and Jed worked diligently and took great care with my property to replace my main sewer line. They were so nice and very professional. I am so impressed with the Roto Rooter team and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Got off to a slow start. And some hiccups. However Chance,definitely followed through, And made us feel like priority and was determined to get us out of the delimna we were in. Went above and beyond along with couple of other gents. They busted through the clog and got our pipes cleaned out and flowing again before the bad weather. Thank you so much. We were very satisfied. And grateful to meet three outstanding men! Under the circumstances, no photos were taken.

The tech that did the work was very professional and very honest I think he did an awesome job. Was very comfortable with what he did. My only complaint was the price. To blow water lines out from the inside of the house by unhooking underneath 2 sinks a toilet a bath tub and a hot water tank. Literally 2 hrs work. $820.00 I was happy with the work but might have to consider another source for this type of work in the future. And the fact that we are a repeat customer should have some kind of a discount. Just somthing g to consider.

We had a full septic tank that need pumped out. Called him Saturday night and he came out the next morning. Very professional and courteous. When he got the tank hatch open he had to unclog the line from the house and he had me flush toilets to make sure everything was free and clear. His truck and equipment is very clean looking. He filled in the hole to the hatch when he was done. Will be giving him a call next time we need our septic cleaned out. Great price. Showed up when he said he would.

Curtis was very professional. He showed me the cost of each part replaced. Showed me exactly what he was doing. Provided me with the knowledge to resolve issues myself. Tested everything prior to leaving. Had ME check everything prior to signing and paying. AND kept everything well within the price he quoted. Good people and cannot recommend enough. Very professional and quick to answer calls. They advised when they can be out and meet the commitment. The guys worked the issue to resolve the blockage for quite some time. Still charged a fixed price.

We were in a tight pinch and Jai Cupp came to the rescue. Rite-A-Way came highly recommended and we were told they're fast and OH YEAH they are fast. In around 30 minutes there's a knock on the door and it's Jai and within minutes the drains were wide open. The cost was great, the work was great. These folks are great.

Good person to call about sewer problems. He is very honest person, fair with people on prices & trustworthy. I've known Jai "owner" for years now he's good person.

Had a continuous running toilet and Cory came out assessed the toilet and showed me what the problem was and had it fixed quickly. Cory is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Cleaned everything up and left the area better than it was when he arrived. Highly recommend!!

They we able to come over the next day.. once i figured out I had a broken pipe.. Cory, was so helpful!! he pin point the issue, and was able to fix the problem. He was super nice, and communicated with me everything he was doing. I will be calling those company up for future problems!

I’m glad to give five stars to MC Plumbing for repairing our furnace. We were able to stay warm and cozy through these cold days. I’m thankful for Nathan Bird who did such a good job on the furnace repairs and installation of a new thermostat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Paschal Heating and Air when they replaced our old, broken HVAC system. They provided a free estimate and gave us several options that fit within our budget, which we really appreciated. Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had also received an estimate from another company, but one of the deciding factors was that they told us it would be another week before they could install our new system because of the weather. Paschal was able to come out and complete the entire replacement in just one day—even with the rain! The install crew was incredibly friendly and explained everything before getting started, which made us feel very comfortable with the process. Bruce was especially wonderful—we loved his personality and even chatted about his cat. As a fellow cat mom, it was fun talking about our pets and their favorite toys! Another huge plus was that we were able to pay with a credit card with no additional fee. They also installed a new digital thermostat at no extra charge, while another company had quoted us an additional $300 just for that. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be recommending Paschal to everyone we know!

Excellent service they installed new Heating and Cooling system. They made Shure it is done correctly. They come out a few weeks later and check the hole system out again. Just super good people to have done the job. Highly Recommended

I don’t work with many contractors or companies, I do a lot of the work on our house myself, but needed some quick guidance. They came out and quickly got me taken care of! Pricing is pretty reasonable, a little high, but that’s compared to the pricing of the parts and my own installation. Since I don’t go through many contractors, I don’t know the average pricing for HVAC work, but I do know it’s normally high, so I wasn’t surprised by the pricing. I will say; specifically Jorge was phenomenal! Very friendly, very thorough in his diagnosis. Would highly recommend Paschal and more specifically Jorge to take a look at your system!

I called Magrum after a different plumber took advantage of me. They were awesome! They were very polite and went above and beyond to take care of us, things that weren't even on the "to do" list were taken care of. Their work is very high quality and fast. They knew about an upcoming surgery and got the job finished (whole house was re plumbed) before I got home. They listen and care about their clients. Shout out to Debra the, office manager, whom I wouldn't have made it thru this mess without. I will never use another plumber again- this is my plumber for life and I recommend them to everyone I know. Truly fantastic people!

These guys are nothing short of amazing. Emergency call, broken T, President's Day. They had it fixed in an hour! Total $ was less than I expected for the emergency labor!

We have called Magnum plumbing several times recently for our showers and hose faucet repairs. When it rains it pours! They always come out immediately. Randy is really good. I watched him replace a hose faucet frost pipe that started leaking in our basement bedroom. He repaired it ASAP. He also put up a support on the new pipe which should have been there before but was not put in place previously. He worked really hard and fast to get the job done properly. Thank you guys so much!
