Warning. Do NOT hire. Drain clogged back up within hours after they "cleared" it. After politely notifying him of this via text he ignored all my calls and texts. I had to call another company who notified me there was a break in the line.

I must say I was imperssed with this company. They came to my home on a sunday night when no one else would. Not only that but the technician drove more than three hour to help me with my sewer issue. Even though it was 12am and he was so tired he was still polite, respectful, and got the job done without charging me a crazy amount of money. I will be using them from now on. Thank you to fantastic team, and a fantastic job done!

Dave is extremely professional and knowledge. He had my clogged toilet I'd been having issues with for months fixed quickly and left no mess for me to clean after he was finished. I had a crushed septic tank that I was very worried about. I called them and they came right out, gave me the estimate, and had a new one installed in literally 4 days! All of them were very friendly and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. They are fantastic!!

This is a great company! Very responsive, on time, and very professional. They were able to service an emergency pumping all the way from Jefferson City to Boonville same day to help me when we had our septic system overflowing when it comes to sewage and pumping Superior Sewer Solutions is the only company we will be using.

Had a clogged line to the main line, Superior Sewer sent someone the same day! Josh arrived and saved the day. He was patient but determined to get the pipe unclogged! There were roots in the pipe so it took a while but he was undeterred and worked very hard until the problem was solved. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Highly recommend!

All clear jetted and camered my floor drain after it backed it. They did a great job from start to finish! From clearing the blockage to the clear photos of the pipe clean and cleaning up the floor!

On day 4 of no water due break in water line Dan with All Clear Plumbing & Sewer respond to call immediately on his way to another call. The next day within 2 hours had new water line. There price was absolutely fair. Highly recommended!

I was referred to All Clear by my plumbing company. I called at 0800 and they were at my house by noon. Within a short time the guys were able to identify my issue and fix it. They also helped me to squeegee the water so it didn't freeze on my garage floor. Both gentleman were pleasant and knowledgeable. Reasonable price too.

Cole got out here quickly in the snow and was great at problem solving to help our kitchen sink clog. He made sure everything was working! We are so thankful he was able to come out on a Saturday evening to help and his dedication to get it resolved!

We had Cole from Grace Plumbing come in May of 2024 to fix a toilet problem. We had very slow flushing and daily clogging. We thought it was a venting problem causing the core issue. Cole was very professional and understood our concern to get to the root problem instead of just installing a new toilet. He replaced the toilet, which was very heavily calcified and clogged with mineral deposits. He also fixed a leak in the back of the toilet line. He used his camera equipment to investigate the entire septic line to see if there were any occlusions or issues. He felt confident that the problem was down to an old, calcified toilet. He was absolutely right. He chose a new toilet model for us, one that he uses in his own house. It flushed like a champ and had a ton of power and force with low water usage per flush. He also informed us that our septic system badly needed to be pumped...it had been over ten years since last done. He doesn't perform septic pumping, but we looked online to find a local business for this. Overall, we were incredibly happy with Cole's service. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He was prompt, yet flexible with our schedule and kept in contact with us through texting every step of the way. We highly recommend his services.

Came home on a Thursday night to be told that the sewer was backed up in our basement. Cole is a great guy great business. He came out at 8 pm worked till 10:00pm or better trying to fix our sewer. With not much Luck. He said he would be out the next morning to fix it and may have too dig the pipe outside. Which is what happened he did an excellent job. He was honest and trustworthy would highly recommended him. He was so down to earth and the price was reasonable. I will go to him for all our plumbing needs. He also recommend someone to trim and remove some trees, who he recommend they were just like him honest and great to do business with. So if you need a plumber please use Cole.

Charged $257 to come over and pull a plug out of the drain of elderly/disabled people. Said they'd send someone out about the "mold issue". Waited a week and asked him again. Got told he'd let the office know again. Another week has gone by and still not a word from them. Ridiculously high fees and absolutely worthless. Edit. You don't strive for anything other than getting richer. Read the reviews people. Protect elderly and disabled.

We have been dealing with sewer smell in our home since we bought it in 2021. All Clear came out and helped us diagnose the problem which was cracked clay tile drainage piping under our concrete basement floor and a drain that the prior owners covered up with flooring. They recommended have the pipes lined to eliminate the smeĺl and block off the fumes and it worked like a charm. For the 1st time in 5 years we no longer are having to mask sewer fumes. If you are having any sewer issues or smell issues I would highly recommend you get them to come out you won't regret it. The best part is you don't have to ruin your flooring as it can be shot through your existing sewer pipes!

As life happens, on a Saturday morning our leak detector activated by the downstairs drain. Water going all over the place. Made a call to local company who replied we won’t come out on weekends. And they continued that he thought all others available were terrible. What a guy! So we called All Clear. Quick response on the phone and shortly after giving our info, Thomas called from All Clear and soon arrived. He was a great guy, reassuring us he could handle it. He worked diligently and eventually broke through our clog about 75 feet from the house lower clean out. Super nice guy, a veteran, and solid. Great job, Thomas!

Where do I begin? From the beginning Sharon and Kim assisted me and stayed with me every step of the way for a sewer backup! They were attentive and helpful and so kind and talk to me down. I received a call from my wife that she hears water gushing in the cellar. I get home and find that a water pipe busted. I called Drainflow and Steven answered and said he is working at another property and wilk be at our house in about 30 minutes. He came to our house and was very professional and courteous and replaced our broken pipe immediately. I asked him to look at our water line to the fridge and he fixed that too. He has my business for now on. He is professional, courteous and fair on his prices. I recommend highly recommend him.

He had our pipe fixed under our crawl space that day and was courteous and affordable. He was more than willing to talk with our insurance and take photos. Great company. In the midst of an apocalyptic snowstorm, I found myself without hot water! After a couple of great friends did what they could to try and fix my water heater, I finally decided I was gonna have to call a service man. I just knew if I was able to get a hold of anyone, I was going to have to pay out the wazoo. I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did Steve show up in a timely fashion despite there being a foot of snow on the ground, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg to tell me I needed a new water heater! Highly recommended! Once again, had to call Steve in the midst of an apocalyptic snow storm due to frozen pipes. Again, without hesitation, Steve was at my house within an hour and my pipes were golden! He even checked on me the next day to make sure things were fine. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Prime Time Plumbing provided superior customer service. Our water heater failed and was leaking. From the time I called to the time I had a brand new and functioning water heater was 3 hours. You simply cannot ask for more. Devin was personable and explained the process to me from start to end. Amazing work!

We had Chris Fouts come out to our house outside of Columbia and help install a camera system that involved deconstruction of an exterior light, and rewiring it to take the camera system while also helping setup the software! This has given our family unprecedented peace of mind and security when away from the property! He even taught us very clearly what he was doing when installing, making me feel comfortable enough to work on it myself if I had to do some basic maintenance! It is rare to find a craftsman who not only has the experience / skill set Chris does, but also the care and hospitality to treat you, your family and your property like his own or better!! you get what you pay for and more! Fouts HandyMan Services explained everything in detail and worked out the cost beforehand. He showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and we were very satisfied with the completed work. He has done a few jobs for us, but mainly electrical work, and everything has been above our expectations. I attached a picture of the lights he installed. Would definitely recommend using Fouts!
