Called for a backed up sink. Tristen came out within 24 hours and had all the right equipment with camera to clear the clogged drain and be able to see what was going on inside the drain pipe. While he was here he also installed an upgraded garbage disposal and gave me recommendations on a brand of dishwasher. One month after the clogged sink, I had another part of the house backup. Tanya spent time with me on the phone explaining exactly what they found and helped me with information to file a warranty claim. I would definitely use this company again. They are responsible, personable and want the job done right.

JR and his crew are awesome to work with! We contacted him online and they showed up the next day and clearly explained all of our options. Two days later, we have a new waterheater and a fixed faucet! They truly care about their customers and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Being a fellow pet lover was an added bonus!

I never even spoke to the company. They advertise 24x7 coverage 7 days a week, but at 7am on a Sunday when I tried to call because suddenly I had an emergency situation and they do not even answer the phone. Don't advertise that you are always open when you are not. In response to the owner's statement: Nice attempt to slander me. I did nothing but post an honest recap of my experience. I called the number provided on your website twice this morning and both times was prompted to leave a message. I did not leave a message because I was looking for an emergency response which I did indicate. If you review my history, you will also see positive reviews as well. None the less, I was able to find another company (Flow King Rooter) who had someone at my home within an hour and they were able to remedy my situation.

We are having a very bad experience with this plumbing company. The first plumber not only failed to identify the real issue with our bathroom faucet system — he actually damaged it, which caused a leak that went down into our basement and led to a repair bill of $778.93. When their second plumber came, he confirmed in text messages that their previous plumber had damaged the faucet. Instead of consulting us, he replaced the entire system with a commercial-type faucet (the kind you usually see in gyms), which does not work for us at all. The water flow can’t be adjusted properly — it’s either too weak and cold or way too strong. Because of this, we’ll eventually have to pay again to replace it with a proper home system. To make matters worse, their second plumber threw away our expensive shower head without asking, and after the first visit, the bathtub drainage got clogged, forcing us to call and pay another plumber to fix it. Even though the leak and damages were entirely caused by their first plumber’s poor work, the company refuses to reimburse us for the basement repairs. They claim that we are “even” because they replaced the faucet — but that replacement was not what we wanted, does not work properly, and was never discussed with us. I have text message screenshots from their own second plumber confirming that the first one caused the damage. I have been trying to resolve this issue and get them to pay the basement repair bill since October 7, but instead of resolving the matter properly, they insisted that replacing the faucet settled everything. This whole situation has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone before using this company. I am now preparing to file a formal complaint with the state licensing authorities and to pursue this matter further in small claims court. Update: That’s quite a misleading response from AA Quick Plumbing And Sewer. I already reached out multiple times over the past three weeks — by phone and email — before posting this review. Rick has my direct contact information and full documentation, including invoices and text messages from his own technician confirming that their first plumber caused the leak. Despite this, the company has not resolved the matter properly. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, where the company is accredited, and will continue pursuing this until it’s properly resolved.

Love AA Quick! So polite and same day service. Gabe was great and even was nice to my dogs who relentlessly terrorized him!! Great company, great work, great value. Will always be my go-to, locally owned plumbing company!

We were not in a good place after a sewer line blockage had our basement drain belching up all kinds of unspeakable things. Another company we called wasn’t able to work us in, but they recommended Steve, and said he was experienced, honest, and fair. That was exactly the case! He worked us in quickly, fixed our sewage blockage in less than an hour, didn’t throw a lot of extra things in to boost the cost, and charged a VERY reasonable price. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing so that I…a new, first-time homebuyer…could learn more about our house’s system. With an older house in the city—there are a lot of quirks! Steve wasn’t deterred. We would 100% call him again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Had an issue with a basement flooding from recent torrential rain and stopped up main sewer line. Root Away came recommended by a plumber that I used and his recommendation was right on. Steve responded quickly promptly went to work and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in short order and we are back in business. He will get my recommendation and referrals! Steve came by on a Friday afternoon and worked me in last minute. Worked diligently to clean the drain. Couldn't get it, explained why and made referrals for a company with different equipment. I would not hesitate to call him again and will likely have him come out annually. Top notch service. After Steve left, he called me a said he would be back Saturday morning. He remembered he had a cutter that he thought would work. Well it did! Class Act. I give 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Steve!

I went to Facebook for recommendations for a plumber, and many recommended arch city plumbing, so I gave them a call. I was getting bids for a pipe that needed snaked and they were definitely the most reasonably priced and came right out and fixed the problem. We so appreciate having someone we can now call for future issues! They did amazing work and would recommend again, and will definitely use again! We worked with Chris and he was super informative and easy to work with!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Chris came out and changed the anode rod on my water heater, and boy, did it need it! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rip me off, but explained what was needed and offered a reasonable price. Very grateful to have found this great company and will put them on my favorites list in my phone for all drain and plumbing needs.

High recommend working with Arch. Chris was personable, thoughtful, and thorough with his work. Not only was he willing and able to do the work we called him out for (a frozen drain pipe for our laundry room) he suggested, and then completed, additional measures to help further prevent our issue and improve our whole laundry room for more winters to come! Working with Arch felt like that "I got a guy for that" experience every home owner dreams of and I'll be calling them first next time.

The technician arrived on time and was polite. However, I was charged $198 to unclog a drain using a plunger, which took less than 10 minutes. There was no warranty or follow-up guarantee included. I thought there would be more to the service than using a plunger... I can do that myself. I understand service calls cost money, but the price felt excessive for the work performed. I recommend asking about pricing and guarantees upfront. I had a follow up appointment with them to fix a garbage disposal and cancelled the appointment immediately. I'll be working with another company.

Hired Linek Plumbing to install a new hot water heater and to replace the water shut off valve for our condo unit. Sean was the plumber who came to do both jobs. He was excellent and we felt we were in good hands with him here. Besides being impressed with him as a plumber, we greatly appreciated the care he took to protect our floors and cleaning up once the job was done. Very highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs, and plan to use them for any of our future plumbing needs.

I will admit our go to is usually roto rooter but I am so glad we found Nelson’s plumbing. My husband and I own a older home and once a year our main lateral clogs. When we called roto rooter and three other companies (based on the list google gave us) many would not see us until 10am the next day. Tonight was rather busy due to the rain. My husband and I were concern if we could not get anyone out to our home tonight our basement would flood due to the clog and the heavy rain fall. I called Nelson’s plumbing and they were able to see use within the hour and fix our problem in no time. We are so appreciative of their business. They were very responsive and were very professional. Highly recommend and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

I had to have my sewer line replace from the house almost to the alley I had several estimates and Nelson's was by far less expensive about $7,000 less expensive than the next one I was very impressed with his professionalism and with his subcontractor they were amazing they did a great job they went above and beyond and even did extra they removed an old stump out of my backyard with a backhoe at no charge and I'm telling you the best decision I made was hiring Nelson's Plumbing because this was no easy job they had to actually dig with a shovel under my house about 10 ft deep to get to the Old Clay pipe that had collapsed I don't know how they did it but they did it I'm so impressed and they got on it immediately and they got it done quickly I could not be any happier and it added a ton of value to my house for when it sells the next people are going to know that they don't have to worry about the sewer lines

I would give Kirkwood Plumbing 10 stars if more were aveilable! I had an emergency (floor drain backed up into basement) on a Saturday that needed remediation immediately. 2 other companies couldn't get anyone out until Monday. I found Kirkwood plumbing via a Google search. They had a technician out in under 2 hours!!!. BRANDON SMITH WAS AWESOME!!! He identified the problem, cleared out the tree roots and debris, and the water from the basement cleared out quickly. I mentioned I had a running toilet. Brandon fixed that too! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and I did not have to take out a 2nd mortgage to cover the costs! Very reasonable for a Saturday emergency call!❤️❤️❤️ I will be using Kirkwood Plumbing from here on out. Shhhh.. don't tell them...I now need them to figure out why I don't get water to my upstairs bathroom sink.

We drilled through a pipe trying to hang something on a Friday night. Fixed it to get us through the weekend but that decide to stop holding Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it quickly. They were all super nice!

Life savers, seriously. Roto-Rooter quoted us 28,000 for a portion of the cast iron pipe under our basement floor, wanting to excavate the basement, and saying it was urgent. Called Maplewood Plumbers for a second opinion. There was NO collapsed portion of the cast iron pipe. NO reason to dig up the basement. It was just a bad case of roots in the pipe. For 20,000 less, they sent a 2 man crew to sleeve the pipe from the outside inlet to the inside basement drain. It took maybe 8 hours over 2 days - no excavation needed. They are honest, affordable, and trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Cameron A and Kevin J, very professional and personable.

Recently had a kitchen stack replaced and the laundry drain properly vented. The dishwasher had to be moved and reconnected after the work. This upset the 18 year old dishwasher and some excitement ensued. Will responded immediately and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher. While not at fault, Will immediately dispatched a cleaning crew as well as sent a plumber a few days later to install a new dishwasher at no additional cost. Maplewood went above and beyond in addressing the unanticipated issue quickly. I will certainly use them in the future. This kind of response and customer focus has become too rare.

Dave let me know when I was to expect him for the appointment. He was on time and reviewed the hot water problem I was having. Gave me a quote what I needed to repair the issue. Didn't have one of the items but said he could get it and be back to fix everything. Got everything timely and was back. Repaired everything and then he informed me he had replaced the washer hoses and the water valve to the washer. They hadn't been changed in 35 years!! I was so impressed with him doing that. He went out of his way to make everything work with the water pressure issue. I can only say wonderful wonderful things about this company. My daughter had just used them and she recommended them to me. Appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait months for some one to come out. 💯

The techs that came to do shutoff & faucet upgrades were wonderful. They came up with creative solutions when problems blocked progress & their work had an artistic flair even though most of it would be hidden, never to be seen again. You know you have a good tradesman when the work meant to be in walls could be on permanent display. Would highly recommend Tony La Martina Plumbing to any & all.

They came out quickly to assess a leaking pressurized copper pipe, provided a clear and fair bid the same day, and returned the very next day to complete the repair. Our technician, Michael, was absolutely GREAT. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. We had a very technical 3-day job of removing two 50-gal water heater tanks and installing a new tankless water heater system. His attention to detail was very impressive. At the end of each day the work area was left clean and organized. Upon completion of the project he walked us through all aspects of our new system. He is one of the best tradesmen we have ever worked with. Highly recommended.
