Expert Drain Cleaning in Cape Girardeau, MO

I'm truly amazed and blown away by the great service and professionalism of this company. Here's a rundown how the process went for me. DAY 1: I called the main office in Cape Girardeau (I live in Sikeston) and the receptionist was kind and promptly dispatched a service pro. They called and texted me a picture which service pro was coming to my home- which is great for safety concerns. They didn't charge to look at what was wrong with my plumbing to give me an estimate on the repairs. FYI, plumbing companies in Sikeston are charging at least $200 just to come look at it, plus gas money! The service pro, Alex, and the apprentice, Max, were knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They gave me a run down of the services needed and gave me an estimate and told me that Tim would call me about financing. After talking about how much the repairs would cost, I told Tim I would call him back the following day. Tim is great to talk to- very down-to-earth and he explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Tim didn't make me feel pressured at all, and gave me the info I need to make a decision. DAY 2: After speaking with Tim to set up financing plan that fits my budget, I gave them the greenlight to do the repairs. I remember telling Tim during our phone call how they are a Godsend and such a huge blessing!! DAY 3: The service pros, Norton and another apprentice, came out and made the necessary plumbing repairs under the house. Afterwards, they let me know what was done and showed pictures of the repairs. After that, Alex and Max was able to run a cable and jet stream down the pipe to remove the clog. I can't express enough how great this company is! They just gained a loyal customer! I'm truly grateful for their extraordinary services and how well they handle their business! I've been telling everyone about this company! Thank you, Roto-Rooter! You're the best!!! (Roto-Rooter, if you read this, my apologies for not knowing the names of the receptionist I spoke to on Day 1 and the apprentice who was with Norton. They were great as well!)

I had company from out of state at my home when the sewer decided not to work properly. These guys were the best. Very friendly, professional, and fast! They came in the evening and started early and had the job completed in a day. 5 stars to all the guys who were here. I felt like they cared and wanted to do a great job… and they did. Sensible Solutions is a very reliable company! They service heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing problems. I had water in my basement and thought it was my hot water heater but James figured out it was my sewer stopped up. He router rooted it and it was fixed in a very short time. I highly recommend him and his company!

Sensible Solutions came out to our home and fixed an issue we had with our dryer not drying clothes until 8 cycles later. Shouldn’t have had a problem because almost a year prior we had the dryer vent cleaned with our air ducts, but we did. The team member came out was kind and professional not to mention same day service upon calling them. He found the problem and it is fixed. We will give them priority call for other services. Very happy with the job Prestige did for us. They fixed the leak in a short time for a very reasonable amount. They even cleaned up (without being asked!) some mud they accidentally tracked in the house. We have used them several times and will definitely call them next time we have plumbing issues!

James arrived promptly. He saw the problem explained the solution and suggested additional shutoff valves. I wanted those and was so glad he mentioned the items. We also mentioned my husband was a vet and received a 10% discount on parts. Excellent prompt service.
