Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

Was quoted $280 to have my sewer drain cleared. I described that there was an inch of standing water. A technician arrived promptly and said it would require jetting and 140' would be $780 just for one hour and more beyond that. If that had been described I would not have wasted my time. The last time I had it done was 3 years ago from another company and it cost $175.

I am very happy and satisfied with the work that this company did for me. I have had so many issues w/ my main line, that I finally had a liner installed, which cost thousands of dollars. However, much to my surprise and dismay, I recently had another main line blockage. The fear was that the liner had collapsed, which would cost thousands to repair. I was beyond distressed. A friend recommended that John's come out for a 2nd opinion, which I did. Kyle was my technician and came out that night. He was excellent: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. He especially was good about reassuring me that he'd be able to figure the problem out and would refer me on, if need be. (His company doesn't do liner repair.) I was SO relieved. Also, upon hearing that I had a liner, he is the 1st pipe technician that informed me that I shouldn't ever let anyone auger my main line since I have a liner. (No plumber has ever told me that either. I am disgusted that no one has ever warned me about this before.) Therefore, he'd need to "jet" the pipe. He didn't have the equipment w/ him that night, so came back the next day. So, the next day, he 1st, did a camera inspection. He had me come watch and he very patiently answered all of my many questions. I am grateful for his being so thorough, and for his knowledge. Hopefully, I will not have any more blockages, but if I do, I will immediately contact this company and will always request Kyle. He clearly is a valuable asset to this company.

I noticed that our floor drain was backed up yesterday afternoon. Jason was out with in 2 hours and cleared out a massive amount of tree roots from the line. He was professional and very courteous. He did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. I also found that their prices were very fair. I definitely recommend John’s Sewer and Drain!

Our sewer pipe was backing up. Rob came to hydro jet the pipe and trouble shoot it. Over 100 feet out there was a mass of tree roots. It was a major task to release them. He was able to get all the way to where our pipe meets the city sewer. It appears there is damage on the city side which we would not have discovered had he not kept at it. It was a backbreaking 8 hour job. He took no breaks. Amazing! Thanks Rob!

I am writing to highly recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain. While remodeling my basement bathroom, I accidentally broke a copper pipe. I spoke with the lovely receptionist, who was wonderful and scheduled service technicians to arrive the very next day. Eduardo and Julian arrived within the provided time window. In addition to fixing the broken pipe, I requested assistance with rerouting the plumbing for a new bathtub. They provided an instant estimate and completed all the work the same day. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend their team.

I recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain because we referred to them by Menards. We selected Gopher Sewer and Drain because they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau of MN. They responded to my email the next day, gave us a free estimate over the phone and had a plumber come to our house that same day to check to see if the the toilets we had selected online at Menards would fit our bathroom spaces. We had our plumber/sales associate pick up and deliver our toilets so they could be delivered inside our house which was not offered by Menards. Our plumber/sales associate was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced in installing toilets. Our plumber worked diligently to build our trust and confidence in his ability to help us reach our goal of having two new toilets installed. I would recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain to a friend.

Seth and Tony came out to address concerns I had with my washer leaking and my bathtub not draining properly. They performed diagnostic testing to identify the issues and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way I could understand.They replaced my washer drain hose .They were very professional, patient, and kind, especially since I don’t have much plumbing knowledge. Our basement had pretty bad water and and sewage backup damage. I was thinking worst case scenarios. I spoke to Luke who was very informative and kind. Tony came right on time. He did an inspection and it was clear he was confident in his analysis of the damage. He was more than competent with a big clean-up. He was a sleuth and discovered the damage that was visible uncovered a bigger hidden problem. Tony was able to pivot and offered choices about clean-up and ultimate bathroom tear out. He is an honest guy. His customer service skills put our minds at ease. It is clear to me he is trustworthy and knowledgeable. He hit it off with our pup, Harper, too!

This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I reached out to schedule an appointment to clean out a clogged main line drain, and their dispatch team called the same day to confirm all the details. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. Both our kids had nothing but great things to say about their experience too! We would highly recommend this company!

We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start.
