They were able to dispatch someone same day to clear a clogged tub. They sent a text with the techs information and picture. Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Main drain (it plugs every couple years with roots) clogged after my shower on Saturday. They said they could come out in 2-3 hours. Super! The technician called me ahead of his arrival, was a friendly - great guy and knew what he was doing! Have added John's to my contact list for the next time I have a problem.

Bonfe did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line. Kyle Llanas came out to assess the situation and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clog was eventually fixed by Joel Romero much to our satisfaction. Next, Mark Hiegel came out to scope the drain with a camera. He recommended a more intense deep cleaning of the line and then a liner install. The Bonfe employees that come out to perform the cleaning and liner install were amazing. They were all friendly and careful to not mess up our house. They put plastic down and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. I don't remember everyone's name who came out to do this part except for Josh. They were all great representatives of Bonfe!

We have been with Bonfe for years and always very happy with their services. This time was different. We were told to expect a plumbing technician to unclog a drain yesterday then we were told no one was available. Finally, after 6;30 pm, a technician came and said our kitchen sink pipe was frozen, told us to plug in a space heater under the sink and left without any further testing.

The service was fast and thorough! My kitchen sink was clogged - I mean reallllly clogged!!! It needed to be jetted. Their price was better than anyone else’s. The guy - I’m sorry that I forgot his name - was kind, considerate, and educated us all at the same time. He left and went to get the jet and came back 2 hours later. Our sink had been jetted 3 months prior. Those guys did not complete the job well causing the need for this job. Gopher found the problem at the very end - had a hard time but definitely got through. although Brad was unable to unclog our drain immediately, he gave us suggestions to allocate the situation and told us he would come back once the pipes were thawed . He was very empathetic and really tried everything to solve the issue. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help us understand just what was causing our problem and things that may occur in the next few days to watch for.

Laundry sink drained very slowly. Their plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line. Water now flows freely. The line was inspected thoroughly. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

Our basement had pretty bad water and and sewage backup damage. I was thinking worst case scenarios. I spoke to Luke who was very informative and kind. Tony came right on time. He did an inspection and it was clear he was confident in his analysis of the damage. He was more than competent with a big clean-up. He was a sleuth and discovered the damage that was visible uncovered a bigger hidden problem. Tony was able to pivot and offered choices about clean-up and ultimate bathroom tear out.
