Expert Drain Cleaning in Duluth, MN

Had a backed up sewer line in my 126 year old homes in Hunter's Park. He was there within a couple hours and had the problem taken care of quickly and without a mess. It was a very complicated situation with pipes under my basement floor going in multiple directions. Todd was able to snake multiple lines until locating the blockage. Pricing was very reasonable for the work required. Highly recommend!!!

Sewer backed up on the day after Christmas. Other companies were closed for the long weekend. Flow came out after hours, took care of the clogged sewer pipe and attached utility sink. Was done quickly and cleanly. In fact learned up way more than expected. Nice guy and very professional. Will call them again if I ever need a drain unclogged again.

I had had two separate plumbers come out to try and clear a blockage in a galvanized pipe behind my tub. They had tried and failed to snake it out, so they both suggested cutting holes in the kitchen ceiling from below, costing potentially up to $8000 depending on what they found. I called Todd as a hail mary - he came within an hour and unblocked the drain in 20 minutes with a plunger! He will definitely be my first call from now on.

We purchased our own sink and then had Stone, plumbing and heating install it. As it was a replacement, there was an unexpected issue which the team of two Stone employees handled effectively and confidently and it did not change the original estimate. final project looks great.

We are so impressed with Lavoie Plumbing's service and professionalism. Scott responded quickly to our request to re-plumb our house for a new washing machine and utility sink and stopped by for a same-day estimate of the work. The new piping was done to the highest standard despite the quirks of an old basement and it's a relief to know it's all done to code. Scott does outstanding and timely work, his prices are reasonable, plus he's the nicest guy ever. We will be calling Lavoie Plumbing for our next plumbing project.

I was in need of a new hot water heater and of course on the coldest days we have had. Lavoie was referred by a friend and I was so impressed with the great customer service and knowledge! Great service! Kalkbrenners fit us in to the schedule to get our new water heater installed. We just moved to this house a couple of months ago and still have much to learn about it. Tom was very patient and went above and beyond by spending a lot of time helping us understand many things regarding our heating, plumbing and air exchange systems. Only reason they're getting 1 star is Seth was helpful and very personal. Paid $1000 for a part that wasn't needed and a 15 minute service call. I asked if the technicians were going to atleast clean or inspect the furnace and was told it would be extra charge and furnace was in great condition. No offer of a refund on the unneeded part. Within an hour of technicians leaving the furnace still wasn't functioning properly.

Seth was prompt and quick to figure out the issue. Did a thorough job, friendly and cognizant of my animals. Explained the issue and made sure I felt the issue was solved before leaving.
