I am writing to highly recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain. While remodeling my basement bathroom, I accidentally broke a copper pipe. I spoke with the lovely receptionist, who was wonderful and scheduled service technicians to arrive the very next day. Eduardo and Julian arrived within the provided time window. In addition to fixing the broken pipe, I requested assistance with rerouting the plumbing for a new bathtub. They provided an instant estimate and completed all the work the same day. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend their team.

The service was fast and thorough! My kitchen sink was clogged - I mean reallllly clogged!!! It needed to be jetted. Their price was better than anyone else’s. The guy - I’m sorry that I forgot his name - was kind, considerate, and educated us all at the same time. He left and went to get the jet and came back 2 hours later. Our sink had been jetted 3 months prior. Those guys did not complete the job well causing the need for this job. Gopher found the problem at the very end - had a hard time but definitely got through. He worked hard and got the job done! His price was cheaper! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend them!!!

From start to finish, the company handled the entire process professionally, including all coordination with the city and obtaining the required permits. The work was completed efficiently and within a short timeframe, and most importantly, the results were excellent and effective. The team was knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the project. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of drainage or plumbing work.

Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Main drain (it plugs every couple years with roots) clogged after my shower on Saturday. They said they could come out in 2-3 hours. Super! The technician called me ahead of his arrival, was a friendly - great guy and knew what he was doing! Have added John's to my contact list for the next time I have a problem.

The guys fit us in late in the day, spent an hour to diagnose the reason for our floor drain backup and then promptly went at it. Before hand they also explained the possible scenarios and costs involved so no surprises and it turned out well. Trust them, they know what they are doing.

Matt was awesome, quick and friendly service and good advice on how to avoid the drain backup in the future. They were able to come out the same day. The price was great for same-day service. I would definitely use them again.

although Brad was unable to unclog our drain immediately, he gave us suggestions to allocate the situation and told us he would come back once the pipes were thawed . He was very empathetic and really tried everything to solve the issue. Even though he was very busy, he took the time to help us understand just what was causing our problem and things that may occur in the next few days to watch for.

This is a great company! Please use them. I can't thank Viking Sewer and Drain enough. We had a clog in our main line, the whole house was backed up. I spent a lot of time and money trying to clear the clog on my own to no avail. Spencer came out and in about an hour had us unclogged. He even took the next step to make sure the entire drain line was clear. Really above and beyond. They are truly good at what they do, understanding and compassionate and an Incredible value. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for preventative maintenance and clog removal.

Spencer and his dad were great! We had to call them twice within a month and both times they were at our house very quickly and their pricing was very reasonable. if you need any drain work done I highly recommend using this company.

If you ever need a sewer or drain company call these guys first! I had the pleasure of having Dave and Spencer come out to my home and help unclog my main drain to my septic. It wasn't an easy task by any means but they tackled it head on and now I can use my water again! They were prompt, polite and honest hardworking gentleman. Seth and Tony came out to address concerns I had with my washer leaking and my bathtub not draining properly. They performed diagnostic testing to identify the issues and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way I could understand.They replaced my washer drain hose .They were very professional, patient, and kind, especially since I don’t have much plumbing knowledge. Tony inspected the pipes with an awesome camera and was able to give me an estimate and several options. I cannot say enough good things about 1 Tom Plumber. I had a frozen water line and sanitation line, and from start to finish, their team went above and beyond. Three guys came out, arriving right on time at 10am, and they worked tirelessly all day. Tony stayed until 8pm, working in the dark to make sure everything was done right — that alone says everything about their work ethic. Seth was there most of the day helping get everything handled efficiently, and John provided the initial quote and walked me through the entire process in a way that was clear and easy to understand. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the amount of work and time involved, and there were no surprises. As a single woman, it can be stressful hiring this type of service, but these guys were honest, respectful, good-spirited, and genuinely kind. They explained everything so I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. It was such a relief to have a trustworthy team show up and do exactly what they said they would. Laundry sink drained very slowly. Their plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line. Water now flows freely. The line was inspected thoroughly. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

Water started pooling near the washing machine, creating a mess in the laundry area. The leaking hose was replaced, all connections were inspected for security and the floor was left completely dry. It’s a huge relief to know everything is safe and functional now.

Loud knocking sounds came from the pipes whenever we ran water, which was disturbing. Their crew came and secured loose fittings, adjusted the water pressure and tested the system thoroughly. The knocking noises stopped completely and it’s much more peaceful now. I appreciated their careful approach.

Absolutely horrendous. I had an emergency backup from my main drain. Ken's came out and ended up getting their cable stuck in my drain. I thought they were coming back to get the cable out and complete the job. Instead, they had me sign a paper saying I am responsible for their cable and charged me $325. They never came back and instead send a different sewer guy from "Brothers Underground" to get their cable out and scope the line. The thing is, they were going to charge me $1200! Meanwhile, the sewer with the cable stuck in it and the cap off exploded, sending a river of sewage across my new laminate floor. When I asked Ken's to come out and help, they said they were done with my job and "didn't have anyone" to come out to fix their problem. I then called Ron the Sewer Rat (highly recommend!!!), and they pulled out the cable immediately with one hand (...) and charged me only $500 to clear the line. I suspect Brothers Underground and Ken's have done this to other customers, so BEWARE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am seeking a refund from Ken's. DO NOT USE KEN'S!

I had a main drain back up and called Ken's right away the next morning. They had someone at my house within 4 hours and he was open honest and extremely clean, careful and took care of my issue quickly and for less then I was expecting to pay. He explained the situation to me clearly and what steps might come next without making me feel stupid or talked down to. As a single woman, these things can easily happen and we can get taken advantage of because some contractors think we don't know anything. Well I will ABSOLUTLEY use Ken's again and recommend them to ANYONE including us women doing it alone. I know they offer other services and after this experience I will consider using them for those services as well. WELL DONE Ken's!!

I called Dan at 8pm, I told him my main was clogged. He acted on it immediately. Diego arrived the next morning. cleared the clog, and beyond. Hard worker, he diligently performed an excellent job. I needed to move the laundry drain in my basement, but the drain pipes were a Rube Goldberg situation. Laynee was able to quickly diagnose and provide a range of options. In the end it was easiest to replace the washtub. Having recently bought a 100 year old home I have had them out 3 or 4 times and they have always kept me informed of what does and does not need to be done based on any issues I am having. My go to plumbers.

Had the water heater installed on a Saturday morning. Matthew Cernoch did quick and professional work. He arrived on time - in fact I was the one who was late as I rolled out of bed to answer the door! Would use service again. (But hopefully not for another 10 years.😆)

I came home this morning to a fairly serious basement flooding situation, and with a finished basement had a hard time even pinpointing the exact source and had to cut water to the house off completely. Bedrock came highly recommended, and I had a great experience from start to finish - my plumber, Jaden, showed up within an hour of my call, was able to find a burst pipe in short order, and got it repaired quickly to get us back in business.
