Race was amazing! He came out to help us with a backed up sewer line. He was friendly and understanding. Never made us feel stupid for any questions we had. Was happy to help us explore a variety of options. Was straight forward and honest the pricing was better than competitors. He arrived timely and the work was done efficiently.

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience. We called Roto-Rooter because our main drain was clogged and sewage was backing up into our basement floor drain — obviously an urgent and serious issue. We paid $700 to have the line cleared, assuming tree roots may have been causing the blockage. We were told their snake only reached about 65–70 feet and that their blades were unable to cut anything. After that, a camera inspection was done and we were told it showed “nothing.” It is very concerning to be charged $700 without a clear explanation of what was actually accomplished. If nothing was found on camera, why is our sewer still backing up? We were then advised that the pipe could potentially be collapsed and that digging to investigate would cost over $7,000. There was no detailed breakdown of billing, no clear documentation of what was done, and no copy of the camera footage provided. For this level of cost, I expect transparency, thorough diagnostics, and clear communication. Unfortunately, we were left with a large bill, no real answers, and a much bigger repair recommendation. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions and request documentation before agreeing to any major

Professionalism / speed / helpfulness / price. From first phone call to get a quote, then scheduling to completed camera sewer inspection (also allowing me to be there and see the process) was in total 18 hours. They were at site 8:30am the next morning. Speedy and awesome. The gentleman Jeremiah and Andy who completed the process, not only did so, but also answered all questions I had about sewer lines, potential future work, and curiousities around the sewer work and my homes inner workings. Professional, work was done without damage to my home (internal sewer access in a carpeted basement) - great workers. Holly whom I scheduled and completed all the booking and communication with was one of the friendliest and warm people I've been on the phone with, all wonderful experience with all my communication with Warrior Plumbing. Price for the quote was accurate and not surpassed, I also took up extra time from the gentleman asking questions and getting information from the gentlemen. Payment not until work was complete. Very happy I was referred these folks when I had a tight schedule - they over performed and were great to work with. Woody and Mitchell did amazing! They were efficient, answered all my questions, showed care for my property, and did the job in a timely manner to protect my wallet. Darn tree roots backed up my pipes, middle of winter! They made sure to pull them out and clear into the street not just the bare minimum. Als helped me fix my sink! Everything is working great! Woody made sure to come first thing after I called to make sure I had water… despite a full schedule! I recommend Warrior Drain for sure!

Great guys!!! Can't remember their names but they were polite and fun to talk to. They got right to work and i don't think it took them more than 20 minutes to complete the job. They recommended getting the tank pumped which will be done tomorrow. Just a great experience with a couple of professional and fun men. I'm glad I chose Warrior and will do so again in the future. Great and timely service. Roto rooter had been over 3 times within the last month and installed clean outs in front of house. Sewer backed up again a few weeks later. Called AAA at 10pm on a Wednesday night and they showed up 8 am the next morning. Chained my Sewer and let me know there should not be any other issues if this is done every few years. Could not recommend more. Pass on overpriced underperfoming Roto Rooter.

Nick and Hunter came out to inspect clogged drain problem in our detached garage. Embarrassingly enough all they had to do was lift up the cap and it drain immediately. Not a clogged pipe problem at all. We all laughed. They continued to use a wire brush to clean the cap off for me. And then said no charge!! I said I would definitely pay them their trip charge, but they said “ Not necessary” and for me to have a good day! I highly recommend these guys. This is the second time they’ve done work for me at our home.

Great experience, came out to clear a slow drain, and explained every step of the way when I asked questions. Very transparent with the process, and pricing. When I originally called a competitor, they quoted me double what AAA/ABLE ended up charging me. I will be using them again when I have issues with drains!

Josh came out sat and helped us with our old furnace.. the mother board completely fried out.. then today Monday 2-21-26 Josh and Jamar came out and installed a new furnace new thermostat and we got a new central air unit.. so happy with the work both gentlemen did.. and happy to have my heat back.. been a pretty wicked couple of days with space heaters.. thanks boys!!

Bought a new boiler from them last spring. As soon as the weather turned cold we started having problems with an alarm going off all the time.apparently the wiring was not installed properly. They were here for 3 hours last week but it still isn't working properly. In fact, when the first technician arrived, he didn't even know what he was here to work on. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere!! Also , their customer service is basically non-existant.

Toilet flushing & "water valve turn off" issues--on Fri night! Called ElJay emergency # &"Dennis" so very clear, "educational", skillfull& encouraging&efficient(!) helping to us know what to do till Monday. On Mon. "Mike" came & was also amazingly knowledgeable, efficient-while-also-friendly--and explained what "he needed to do "for now, & "for us to watch for/do differently" in the future to prevent much larger water-main shutoff issues (we've older home) for future. We are so Very Thankful for the helpfulness, expertise, integrity and all character from these two!! We will definitely "spread the word" --you can trust them for both integrity, timing, knowledge, skills and "education"!--and kindness! And receptionist April is also very personable, knowledgeable & helpful! Thankyou Team!

Brandon was super helpful! I had estimates from other companies of $1000+ for a frozen pipe, when I told him the issue he knew it was simple and didn’t need the work the others recommended. He told me what to do myself and it was fixed! Very honest and would totally recommend

I called ElJay on 1/25/2026 at 1:00 pm for service on a furnace not working. They forwarded my message to the technician on call. Waited 4 hours and called again. Gave information to another person and they forwarded it again. Found out 4 hours later that they don’t do residential calls. This whole time they didn’t have the decency to call or let me know on the initial call. If you ask me that’s poor and crappy service. I would and will not use or recommend them to anybody. I wouldn’t call them to unplug my toilet. I plan on letting everyone I know in the apartment maintenance business to use five star or Opie’s at least they’ll show up.

We had Augusta Plumbing over twice recently, both for plumbing and electrical services. Will Zeltner, Charles, and Mike A. were so thorough in their work. Our basement drain was backing up some, and they helped auger it out, gave us a good understanding of why it could be backing up, and step forward. They also installed a wonderful tankless water heater, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis drinking system, all in one day! They were clean, thorough, and very kind and patient. They did great work and everything looks and works fantastic! Alec Raisbeck and Evan also were wonderful. We are pretty techy and our poor century home's office didn't quite have the amps for our two computers and peripherals. Alec and Evan installed new outlets and gave them dedicated circuits, so we no longer have to worry about flipping the breaker! They also installed an outlet under our sink for when we get around to getting a dishwasher. Above all, we really appreciate Augusta Plumbing for their dedication and patience. We will definitely work with them again!

Mike and Charles did an excellent job of replacing the plumbing stack in my home. It required extensive work to remove almost all of the existing old cast iron pipes. As well as adding a secondary shutoff valve. I am impressed and very satisfied with the results. Friendly and professional ,competent service. Thank you!

Mike T. was great! He as friendly, knowledgeable and did a terrific job of installing a new fixture. He took the time to explain how the fixture worked and any water issues we may have. Calling and making the appointment was a breeze, I was able to get an appointment right away and the service rep was so nice and helpful with scheduling. I will be using Augusta Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning in the future and would absolutely recommend their services!

Shaun is amazing, gets the job done right. I removed an old shower in my basement and wanted him to hook up plumbing and move my sink to that spot. Which required re routing of plumbing for sink and drain plumbing. He also cut the sink elevators to fit 2 different heights so the sink would be level. He also moved water softener drainage lines. Very reasonable price for all that work. His wife Melissa is great with scheduling and sending reminder. Nice people.

The process was efficient and timely. I received an estimate, it was competitive and reasonable. I set an appointment time and the service was completed. All this was done in approximately a week. I am very satisfied with the job and all around professional service. A&K plumbing will be my first call if I need future service.

I work through Quality appliance with the sales person named Amy, which was very knowledgeable about Appliances. Amy told me that they use A & K plumbing for installation of dishwashers. Shawn arrived on time installed the dishwasher, any timely fashion and very clean, knowledgeable, and very professional.

Ken was very informative and took the time to explain what happened to my drain as well as how I could prevent it again without trying to upsell me at all. Very professional! I would definitely call him again!

What an incredible guy to work with. I will call him over a big company like Roto rooter any day! Reasonable prices, and so good at educating and explaining to home owners what the problem is, why is happening, what we can do to fix and prevent it from happening again. A lot of places give you the run around and don’t explain much or try to say you need to spend thousands and redo everything. Not in my case having Ken come out and do some work for us. A real trustworthy handyman. Support your local business always! Have had family/friends been getting his help for years. Nothing but good work from him.

He was on time and kind and quick turnaround. His machine is too small and he doesn't use a camera so he thought we had a broken pipe and we didn't. That's a $4,000 mistake.
