Brad from Guy’s sewer and drain did an excellent job cleaning out my main sewer line. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. He left my home cleaner than when he found it. Given The thorough job he did. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable price. I highly recommend Guys sewer and drain.

Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

Horrible service, overcharged, and then the refund check bounced. Easily the worst experience l've ever had with an in-home repair company. The job was a slow floor drain in the basement, which led to replacing the pipe it led to. Ultimately, the work got done and the technicians were good. But communication with the manager I worked with, who scheduled everything, was terrible. His initial diagnosis of the problem proved to be wrong. I didn’t hear anything for days after being promised a call, and was then told I was already on the calendar for a date that I wouldn't even be home for. Calling the main office was of no help because they apparently don't know what the manager is up to. Having to pay up front - before work was even done - really left me in a bind after the wrong work was initially done. The manager's first response to me asking for an accurate price was to extend the warranty instead. We eventually agreed on a price, only for me to have to ask four times to get the refund I was promised. When I finally got the check, it bounced! To their credit, One Hour Rooter did issue another check with the bounced check charge. I’m glad I switched to communicating with this manager by text message only so I had everything in writing. Horrible experience. Dec 2021 - Feb 2022.

** Do not recommend using this company if you have options ** We found a hole caused by a nail on one of the drains , I was told by them that this pipe need be cleaned inside and replaced, it cannot just be simply wrapped outside of the leak because “it does not work that way “. I was quoted over $700 . And the crew member have to come back to fix it the next day. The next day , crew member showed up , fixed the leaking within 5 minutes by wrapping the leakage ! Even worse , I called back with this overpriced misleading invoice . I was told they would refund me $200 which I never received. Just wanna say , it was too dumb and too naive of me to get into this and even thinking they would worth my time to deal with them afterward. Of course I did not get anything from them after the money in their pocket. I would give them that they fixed my problem and responded fairly quick when I first called which I gave them 2 stars . Otherwise , the whole experience was very negative and made me feel terrible.

We called them on Saturday night for a clogged toilet. The customer service agents were kind and Becky who coordinated our service was incredible. Our Technician was Devin Durfee, and he did a phenomenal job addressing the issues. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend this company and individual.

I am writing to highly recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain. While remodeling my basement bathroom, I accidentally broke a copper pipe. I spoke with the lovely receptionist, who was wonderful and scheduled service technicians to arrive the very next day. Eduardo and Julian arrived within the provided time window. In addition to fixing the broken pipe, I requested assistance with rerouting the plumbing for a new bathtub. They provided an instant estimate and completed all the work the same day. I am very impressed with their service and highly recommend their team.

I called over 11 plumbing companies to help us with an emergency sewer backup this afternoon, they were the only ones that said they could be here by 5 pm. Laundry sink drained very slowly. Their plumber removed buildup deep in the drain line. Water now flows freely. The line was inspected thoroughly. I feel confident the problem is resolved.

This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I reached out to schedule an appointment to clean out a clogged main line drain, and their dispatch team called the same day to confirm all the details. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and very reassuring. Tim was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was a little pricier than I initially expected, but with the level of communication, professionalism, and overall quality of service I received, it was worth every penny. We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. Both our kids had nothing but great things to say about their experience too! We would highly recommend this company!

We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start. Garvin was knowledgeable and friendly, taking time and care to talk us through the process as he worked. It was a cool process and very informative, and the report and video that followed has been helpful as well. Im glad we did this to aid us in our decision making process. We had a very difficult large project replacing steel and copper pipes throughout the house which were originally installed when the house was new in 1967. We did our due diligence and got three bids, we don't always select the cheapest, but rather, the company that can articulate what they are going to do and why. I do all of my own electrical, framing and finishing, but plumbing is not my jam. Our project was thousands of dollars and took several days; the entire project is only about a third done. We definitely are going to have them finish when I can catch up with the framing and electrical work this spring. The work is perfect so far. We asked the city inspector about some of the work that was recommended by the other contractors and he was puzzled as to why we would even entertain that work. Really great job, easily passed inspection. We will use them again.

I called Bedrock on a Saturday afternoon after discovering a crack in my water meter, which was causing a large amount of water to leak and pool in my basement. They were able to send Robert over within 2 hrs of my call, and I was back to having water about an hour after that. Robert was very knowledgeable, quick at identifying the issue and even provided some education on the surrounding pipes and updates I should look at in the future. I really appreciate them being able to come out so quickly and fix the issue!
