Chachi saved the day!! We had a slow tub drain due to a toy getting lodged. Another well known plumbing company shared pipe would need cut and replaced. Their quote was a few thousand dollars. John’s Sewer came and looked. A few hundred dollars later, toy easily retrieved and pipes descaled too. Did I mention the professionalism of the office and Chachi? The integrity of this company is evident through clear communication and skilled personnel. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Warning! DO NOT hire!! We had our lines cleaned out and when he finished up, John said to us they do not warranty their service. So then, 3 days later we had a back up again!! I called the office and asked if they could tell us how far they went in, and I was told they went in 15 feet! what a joke. Also John said he needs to come back on another day to replace the seal for our toilet. You would think they would carry extra seals with them. A return trip would cost an extra $100.00! The poorly drain cleaning cost us was $450.00. Dear readers of this review, don't say you have not been warned! This whole mess makes me sick to my stomach!!!

Devin unclogged my kitchen sink and made the experience stress free. He was very knowledgable. Even gave me advice on how to keep the pipes clean so I wont have to call them often. He was very helpful and I would recommend him to friends and family.

GREAT SERVICE!! Devin was AWESOME!! He/we could not figure out what was wrong with our toilet/bathtub drain but Devin did not give up. Finally Devin determined we had an ice blockage and suggested using a portable heater to melt it which saved us $$$. We really appreciated Devin's professionalism and the fact that he cleaned up the bathroom once the work was complete. W e would definitely call Mr. Rooter again if we have a plumbing issue.

Broken and leaking shut off valves in kitchen. No pressure to hot water on faucet. Aidan did a great job explaining everything, and made clear what was being done. He ended up putting three new 1/4 turn stop valves in, replaced some of the copper piping, and installed a new faucet on my kitchen sink. Everything looks great, and works great. He gave us quotes on two other recommendations, but I REALLY REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try a hard sell. I understand prices of things are up, but I felt it was a bit pricy. On the flip side, Aidan was out to my house 30 minutes after I placed the call, the work was finished within a few hours, and everything is working perfectly. I don’t mind paying for fast effective service.

Mark is amazing. He even brought us fresh tomatoes from his garden! He came & unclogged our kitchen drain in under an hour. He is reasonably priced, extremely kind & a hard worker! We are grateful he was able to help us out quickly! He did a great job!

Mark was great! I'm a first-time home-owner and this was my first major issue in the new house. He came over really quickly even though it wasn't an emergency, walked me through what he was doing and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Our sewer pipe was backing up. Rob came to hydro jet the pipe and trouble shoot it. Over 100 feet out there was a mass of tree roots. It was a major task to release them. He was able to get all the way to where our pipe meets the city sewer. It appears there is damage on the city side which we would not have discovered had he not kept at it. It was a backbreaking 8 hour job. He took no breaks. Amazing! Thanks Rob!

I am writing to highly recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain. While remodeling my basement bathroom, I accidentally broke a copper pipe. I spoke with the lovely receptionist, who was wonderful and scheduled service technicians to arrive the very next day. Eduardo and Julian arrived within the provided time window. In addition to fixing the broken pipe, I requested assistance with rerouting the plumbing for a new bathtub. They provided an instant estimate and completed all the work the same day. Seth and Tony came out to address concerns I had with my washer leaking and my bathtub not draining properly. They performed diagnostic testing to identify the issues and took the time to explain everything clearly in a way I could understand.They replaced my washer drain hose .They were very professional, patient, and kind, especially since I don’t have much plumbing knowledge. My water service feed broke at 90 in my basement on Friday memorial weekend. Jared was able to come out and fix it that night even though he was still working on a job when I called. This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. I reached out to schedule an appointment to clean out a clogged main line drain, and their dispatch team called the same day to confirm all the details. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent and very reassuring. Tim was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was a little pricier than I initially expected, but with the level of communication, professionalism, and overall quality of service I received, it was worth every penny. We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. Both our kids had nothing but great things to say about their experience too! We would highly recommend this company!

We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start. Garvin was knowledgeable and friendly, taking time and care to talk us through the process as he worked. My furnace wasn't working right, and Brian from Metro came out pretty much right away. He identified and resolved the issue quickly. He also gave me a lot of great advice, and adjusted a few settings that should help lower my monthly gas bill. He also stayed around to make sure the furnace was running properly before he left. I wasn't sure which HVAC company to use after my former HVAC retired. I made the right choice going with Metro Heating & Cooling and Plumbing, and will continue to use them from now on.

Bought an older home that needed a gas shutoff valve replaced. I was able to get a technician out the next day. Megan was my technician, and she was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was given a reasonable quote and job done right away. She was also kind enough to show me the main shut off, and provide quotes for future plumbing works.
