Michael did a fantastic job clearing a clog for this kitchen drain. He was fast, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. I called the office around 8:15am and issue was solved by 12:00pm or so. Very pleased, would recommend!

We had a clogged main line. Nate T was able to come out on a Sunday in under 3 hours and was able to quickly diagnosis where the issue occurred and next steps. He did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, recommendations for future, and was kind and polite to the kids who inevitably had questions. Nate was the first plumber that didn’t leave a massive mess and did an awesome job. I would recommend using Nate.

We used Drain Pro for the first time for a project that we should have done a long time ago. It would have saved us a lot of anxious moments every winter. We have had issues with our kitchen pipes freezing and even bursting once since we moved into our home 29 years ago. When it happened again in December (didn’t burst), Drain Pro was recommended to us. Troy came out and we asked what he would recommend, and he mentioned that we could re-route the pipes. This was the first time anyone had mentioned this. We thought about it for a couple weeks and decided for the peace of mind it would give us, that we should go ahead with the project, even though we thought it would cost a lot. When we got the quote from Drain Pro, we were ecstatic! Tim came out and moved the pipes, and today, Jan 14, with an overnight temperature of -8, the water flowed! We are so happy! Cyrus was great to work with! He’s so honest and it was so refreshing to see these days. He’s was not pushy like most these days. He recommended all that could help us in the future but didn’t push to make more money for himself. I worked in sales myself and they are pushed to get high sales which leads to greed so I didn’t like that. Cyrus was totally honest with us and I love the guy. I highly recommend this company! I was quite happy with the recent job by American Sewer -- friendly and prompt. Their charge was very reasonable. I did not do comparative price shopping this time, but my memory is that their charge was considerably less than that by a major company, which did my sewer a decaade ago.

This was my first time using Ron the Sewer Rat, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. They followed up again Monday morning to reconfirm the appointment and even sent a text with the service details and information about the technician who was being dispatched. We had a toilet that was running a lot and eventually leaked into our kitchen ceiling. I called Hessian Plumbing/Ron the Sewer Rat and they were able to come out the next day. Ezra and Dre were great! They were honest and thorough. They took time to listen to me, evaluate the problem and give me some options for fixing the problem. They answered all my questions and were able to get the parts and complete the work same day! We also have a couple other minor plumbing issues that they gave me information and quotes for. Their service and expertise are top notch. I intend to call them again for our other issues. We chose this company because they have done excellent work for our son and our daughter. We chose Ron the Sewer Rat for our sewer scope inspection when buying a house. Both the company and our technician Garvin were very professional and thorough from the start. Had a clogged kitchen drain. Joe was arrived at the house at the specified time, was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. In addition to clearing clog in garbage disposal, he cleaned adjacent pipes and adjusted a water pressure issue. Joe was efficient and respective of the house (very neat). Price was very reasonable. Will definitely have him back to the house; will definitely recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Thanksgiving Week my sewer line backed up. I called several services to find that pricing was high for a normal cleanout. Then I called Joe at JMJ Sewer Service. This is a small owner run company. Joe was over within the hour w/ the more usual quote for a normal cleanout. My house was on the area land 25 years before there were any other housing. So it turns out I had a very complicated sewer system that did not follow the normal routing with clogs in several places. He had all the latest tools. He worked hard for several hours and restored enough to get me to the next day when he came back to finish. Another several hours later, my slow drains, my sewer were all cleaned out. My sewer line is almost 150' which is not normal but in the end he showed me the camera view of my 60 year old house sewer and I was thrilled to find it in excellent condition. Joe is personable and wonderful to have work in your house. Obviously my job became much bigger and yet my final price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Joe and Ruben arrived right on time, about 1.5 hours after I called. They were so helpful! I ended up having an issue that was not plumbing related (our water hose burst and leaked around our foundation). They helped, explained the issue and left without asking to be paid. Jason came out to look at some leaking indoor shut off valves for our outdoor spigots as well as replacing the shut off valves on our washing machine. He was extremely personable and more than happy to explain everything he was doing. He even took a look at our toilet shut off valves and kitchen faucet for no additional charge, reassuring me none of those items needed repairs or replacement. He also gave me some pointers on things I can repair myself. Zero attempts to upsell me on anything (unlike most of the other companies). Jason is a true professional and genuinely enjoys his work and keeping his customers happy. He had me text him some photos of the valves I called about and sent me a FREE estimate without coming out to our house. His pricing is about half of what Bonfe charges, who we’ve used previously.
