Expert Drain Cleaning in Inver Grove Heights, MN

Well this was the 2nd time that I had more water in the home then what I knew to do with so I called them out. They came which was cool and the people were nice enough to deal with. They showed me that there was a blockage and it needed to get fixed. So we agreed. When I did make the apt call though I asked them to check the upstair sink as well and that never got looked at. I do understand that there was a larger issue at hand but I wish it could have been looked at. There was a couple other things I would address but the person I worked with was nice and it does not need to be on a public forum. I did work with Grant nice dude knows the ins and outs of the plumbing systems of Maplewood and the surrounding area as we talked about soil and the construction around the area and what he has seen on the job in the area. Which is what I pretty much figured in Ramsey County mostly screwing the people who pay for the systems with little to show of in support unlike other counties in the area who help its citizens. Being that we are original plants in the area meaning we were the first families on the block in the area of Maplewood. Off Highway 36 so the plumbing layout was just as Grant said it would be with the soil content and all. The only issues I have with this part is he was to freaking friendly. He worked best he could to get us assistance and work some type of payment for the job. It is not his fault that a uninsured driver ran into our car. Thus then having to buy a newer car because it was a total loss. So having a big ding like that screws up financing and being older does not help. However after making some calls and getting help from other parties I talked with Grant and said the funding was open and that we could get this done. That it would be paid in full and we could get it done asap. Taking care of someone who is on dietetics which cause you to use the head a lot and all I was told flush as little as possible because we did not know the extent of the damage and did not want sewage to get into the home. We said ok. I did ask when they do the job what takes place. He said they come in with permits in tow then start work which should take about a day. Then the inspector comes takes pics and they clean up the site rake it even with the matching area and I pay them and its a wrap. Everything happened as talked about. Nice people worked effectively. The job took less time then Grant said and I think they were done around early afternoon. It was nice to use a shower and run water again. Especially being able to flush. Job total was around just 9,250 I gave them the check and walked back into the house. I was a little disappointed when I came back upstair from doing laundry to notice that it was not raked out or even close to what I was told.

We had Bonfe out to clean our sewer drain and we couldn't be happier. Our service provider Harrison was very nice and did a great job. We also had a free scope done of our drain line by Mark and my husband loved chatting with him. All along the ladies at Bonfe kept in touch with us about when the service people would be there with calls and texts. We could even see where our service people were on a map in regard to where they were in relation to our house. Bonfe even has a special going on now for $99. A price that couldn't be beat by other companies I checked. Thanks Bonfe for your great service!

Adam came to put a camera into my main drain line going out of the house. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in a detailed way that I could understand and make informed decisions. He was very personable and was even very kind to my dog! What a great employee you have in him. I will definitely be calling Bonfe in the future if I need any plumbing work done.

I have used OnTime for a couple years now, and every service call I have made has been filled promptly and with highly professional experts. I recently had some blockages in my faucets that required plumbing service. Kenny showed up right on time, and had it figured out within minutes that my water softener had failed. He came back at the appointed time for new softener installation and did an excellent job! I especially appreciated how he was able to educate me on the plumbing issues I was facing and was very personable start to finish. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical, or heating and cooling needs, and they will be my only call when I have issues with any of these home items!

It was Memorial weekend in the late evening, and we called 3 places. We were so relieved when Carrie from Rosemount Plumbing On Time Service Pros called us right back.They assessed our problem. The other two places did not even return our call. They came first thing early the next morning. Jeremy was our plumber. (As he repaired our plumbing issue he kept us well informed with what he was doing to fix our problem.) We were very satisfied with his work. He assessed our issue and got right on it and fixed it! Very professional, helpful and reasonable over a holiday weekend! We highly recommend this company!

Andreas and Drew arrived on time to do our annual plumbing inspection. They were neat, polite, and sociable. They did a thorough inspection of all things plumbing in the house, pointing out what looked good and what needed some attention. They gave thorough explanations about everything. I elected to have a couple of valves replaced, and they were able to do that while they were here, avoiding an extra appointment. Fantastic job!

Aaron is a highly professional and skilled drain technician. He quickly resolved my clogged drain and patiently answered every question I had without any sign of impatience. The service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and I will definitely hire him again. Highly recommended!

Aaron is amazing! He fixed our overflow floor drain and kitchen sink. The price is reasonable and he informed you in advance, so no hiding fee. He also came back to fix the leak in kitchen sink that is not even cause by the service provided by him. We definitely would stick with this guy!

Had drain backup in the laundry room and was given a referral for Aaron Anderson and his company. I was impressed when he answered all my questions and from that I made an appointment without further research and I highly recommend him to anyone needing any drainage work done. He was on time, got the drain checked and cleared in less than an hour and was very knowledgeable and professional. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire him again if needed.

Absolutely horrendous. I had an emergency backup from my main drain. Ken's came out and ended up getting their cable stuck in my drain. I thought they were coming back to get the cable out and complete the job. Instead, they had me sign a paper saying I am responsible for their cable and charged me $325. They never came back and instead send a different sewer guy from "Brothers Underground" to get their cable out and scope the line. The thing is, they were going to charge me $1200! Meanwhile, the sewer with the cable stuck in it and the cap off exploded, sending a river of sewage across my new laminate floor. When I asked Ken's to come out and help, they said they were done with my job and "didn't have anyone" to come out to fix their problem. I then called Ron the Sewer Rat (highly recommend!!!), and they pulled out the cable immediately with one hand (...) and charged me only $500 to clear the line. I suspect Brothers Underground and Ken's have done this to other customers, so BEWARE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am seeking a refund from Ken's. DO NOT USE KEN'S!

Diego was very professional, and did a marvelous job. $390 was more than I expected to pay, but then I'm not current about pricing of sewer line cleaning. I only called Ken's because I was happy with them in the past. I will call them for annual cleaning.

Called on a weekend with the beginnings of a sewer backup. I got a prompt response and a service technician arrived in less than hour. The technician was efficient and diagnosed the issue (sewer blockage at 45 feet near the street) and cleared the issue quickly. I’ve worked with Ken’s Sewer Service in the past and have been satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend Ken’s

Matt was very professional and explained everything clearly and succinctly! Ryan was fast, efficient, and did a great job with our Toto installation. He made a complicated situation work and stress free. Cleaned up afterwards, never have known he was there. We are relieved to know AJ Alberts (and Ryan!) will be working on our upcoming projects!

Mike has been out to help me with clogged drains a couple of times now and has been great, was able to help me out the same day and also gave me advice on plumbing. So happy to have a good, trustworthy local plumber in the neighborhood!

Mike from Justen Plumbing did a great job fixing our bathtub/shower drain. He was able to come out quickly, did quality work at a fair price, and was straightforward and easy to work with. He also answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend him for plumbing work.

We called around to many places trying to find a company to clean our main line and a few secondary lines that had decent prices and were a small business (we always try to support the little guys). From the first phone call until the time they left, they were very professional, personable, and honest. They ran into a few speed bumps while working on our lines and asked before taking any next steps, which seems to be rare in this line of business. I would definitely recommend them!

Jeremy is wonderful! He installed a whole home water filter for us. We were able to pick out the one we wanted from our local Home Depot and he came and put it in! Very fast, friendly, and a fair price! 10/10 recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and especially the professional Steve that did the work. We had pipes jam up and drains back up on a Saturday and it was a massive mess and they got it fixed perfectly. Had them out for a clogged kitchen sink and main line clean out. They provided excellent service for a great price. Call was returned promptly, service guy was out quickly and my drains cleaned efficiently. Service guy was knowledgeable and they did a great job leaving the place tidy. Will definitely use them again.

I got in contact with top notch to clear a floor drain, the tech took it upon himself without contacting me to clear my main drain line, at three times the amount of service I requested, and to put the icing on the cake. They didn’t clear my floor drain because they said that it has unknown debris in it. So now I have to pay for services that I did not want or need and I still have to pay to get my floor drain cleared after doing business with this company several times this is the thanks I get.

Janecky replaced all of our old polybutylene (Poly B) water pipes in our home, (a major project) and we are very happy with their remarkable work. Tim and his crew were honest, hardworking professionals who went above and beyond. What is most important to us, is Janecky's honesty. Within an hour and a half of calling/texting someone showed up on site to start replacing our commercial water heater. We had a quote within the first 30 minutes of contact. I have a close friend who is a master plumber and they actually quoted us under what he thought they would to replace it. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. This company operates with integrity and respect. They will be our first call next time and we highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Called to schedule and owner Eric was very professional. Asked what household needs were and sent Dave M. as owner knew Dave had knowledge of my needs. Had old silt from old water softener in some faucets that he cleared, new water softener was not programmed correctly due to our own install (not their’s) and Dave corrected, new kitchen faucet/soap dispenser install amongst other things he corrected. Have been using Janecky for years and they do not price gouge. Fair pricing.

Tony’s Plumbing has always had excellent service and honest pricing. They treat customers with care and clear communication when scheduling. Something I’ve always appreciated is how the several plumbers who have been to my home educate me on how to prevent future problems and/or how to best take care of the plumbing materials they are installing. Jeff also fixed a simple plumbing issue while in the same area of replacing the pipe. We had a bigger fix this time where drywall had to be cut and galvanized metal pipes had to be replaced under our sink , but they handled it extremely well and finished earlier than expected.

We had Tony’s Plumbing and Heating install a heating unit in our garage.My husband threw his back out the day before installing was to take place, Jeff went and moved my husband’s stuff out of way.
